David came and picked me up when I broke down. We talked about quite a few subjects and about the 90s pagers and cell phones. We talked about running small businesses and we talked about life. Just 2 men reminesssing about life and our journeys. What I can say is we didn't talk politics we didn't talk about religion we didn't talk about the current turmoil going on all over the place. Another thing I can say is David was professional he knew his equipment he knew his truck he knew how to operate and maintain every component of his rig and thats not an easy feat. We went to the drop couldn't drop we went to his yard dropped the trlr and he took me back the next day. I never saw him get upset I didn't see any sign of frustration and I never once heard him curse. As for me that's hard but I respected and recognized that he was trying to be as professional as possible so I hopefully tried to match his professionalism. I highly recommend that if anybody needs a tow a push or help to reach out and get a chance to experience his professionalism or have a conversation with him and get to know a true person a true professional and hopefully a true friend. This is a good guy I wish him success in life and at work.. Told him in our line of work the next time I see him I would probably be broke down again and that would suck but if I had to call anybody within 200 miles it would be him. It would suck but maybe we can have a conversation about something new.

Had roadside assistance, and they gave me a time but never showed up called multiple times and they kept giving me different answers.they never showed up! So I called All- Tex Towing & Roadside Assistance and told them what was going on and they showed in 30 minutes. And I was very impressed on their service! Great job All-Tex Towing.

Chris a driver at all tex towing was very professional and courteous he notified me he was at me residence and waited for me to get home about 10 min. He was contracted by BMW of San Antonio which in reality bmw should have notified me to let me know they were having my car picked up for an airbag recall. I never got any notice from bmw just a flatbed in front of my house which I thought was very unprofessional and ultimately a waste of their time and gas . I have been going rounds with BMW of San Antonio for over a year about this airbag replacement , and today was the last straw
I called corporate about the poor service with the service manager . Going to stop there . This is about Chris which I liked and he was very understanding about what is happening between bmw and myself. So curious to Chris a great guy . Very nice great attitude and all around very nice person. Thank you Chris. And all tex towing for your understanding.
I can truly say David was a lifesaver coming all the way to Three Rivers, TX to come get me. The brother’s truck was so clean and the guy was so respectful. I’m blessed that I was able to have someone like him to come get me.

Car broke down on the highway, called multiple towing companies and they wouldn’t pick up or had me wait at least 3 hours, called All TEX and David responded immediately and came within 20 minutes, he was very friendly and helpful/positive attitude. Would call again next time if I get stranded.
They came within 30 minutes as they stated when I initially called. Service was great with a flatbed. Dropped off my vehicle at home with no issues. Kind and friendly staff. A little much on the price but was happy to get service right away instead of waiting hours from other companies.

I recently ran over a random object on the highway and woke up to my brake fluid line leaking. I didn’t realize until I was already driving and my brakes weren’t working, I was able to pull over and All Tex towed me to a shop in such a short amount of time. Best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company in my life. I became completely frantic when I found myself stuck horizontally in the middle of a 2 lane road. After failed attempts of jumping my car as well as trying to push the car out of the street, I decided towing was my only option. That’s when I gave Tex Towing a call. The lady who answered my call was extremely sweet and let me know She had a driver who could get to me in ten minutes. The driver, David, showed up quickly and immediately assessed the issue. While trying to get my car in a position where he could get it on his bed, he was able to diagnose the problem. Instead of towing me to the mechanic like I had requested, he voiced that this was a very easy fix that costed maybe $15. He was able to get my car temporarily in drive and had me follow him to Orileys so I could buy the part and he could replace it for me. When I tell you that he went completely out of his way for me, I mean COMPLETELY. He could’ve just towed me to the auto shop like I requested and went on about his day but he didn’t. He was working on my car in the parking lot of Orileys for about 20-30 minutes dripping sweat but eager to fix this issue for me and he did just that!! I don’t think I have enough words to explain how great David was. I cannot rave about him or this towing company enough! Thank you Tex Towing and thank you David for turning my terrible day around. You helped me save so much money by intervening and sharing your knowledge with me. You deserve all the good things that may come your way… hopefully even a raise! Thank you, thank you, thank you! This tow yard was as rude as they come, never calling us back to tell us we had an appointment, when we did set one the office lady decided not to tell anyone else that we had an appointment so when we showed up we had to wait over an hour and a half. I didn't know tow yards did appointments anyway....the first day is 326 and when you ask they snap at you.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. Rep I spoke with on phone was very nice and the arrangement was made to have my service truck transported to nearby dealer for service. I was contacted later in the day letting me know the wrecker needed for this job was coming from WACO and there would be a delay, but would be able to pick up the truck. As a business manager, I understand these types of issues and let them know I would keep my business with them. We agreed to have their driver contact my driver for the pick up. That call was never made. I made two attempts to contact the office. Left messages with the after hours, on call dispatch. No one bothered to call. I called the office the very next morning looking for an explanation, and the person I spoke with had the "I really don't care" attitude. Very disappointed in this experience and will not be calling this company back for any future towing needs. If you are like me, and actually read the reviews, be aware.
