Mr. Garcia is a true professional and does his job well. He worked with me on the time and was actually thirty minutes early. The last time I ordered a Tow the driver was around 2-3 hours late. He even towed my vehicle around 20 miles at half the cost of other companies. One company wanted $270 just to tow the vehicle out of the front gate of the impound yard...REALLY!! I called 18 Towing Services yesterday and got the run-a-round. After much frustration, I woke up this morning and asked God to help me find a reliable, inexpensive, tow company who could get my truck from San Antonio to Del Rio today. The first number I called was Garcia’s Towing and Mr. Garcia stated he could have my truck to me today. He followed through with his promise despite the heavy rain he had to go through to drive slow at times. I appreciate his prompt and professional service. His company has great equipment and handled the truck with care. His price beats everyone I called. I can promise you that. There I was stuck on the outside access lane of 281 between Hildebrand and Basse, passed 10:30 PM. I Googled "tow service" and multiple ads and tow services near my location pulled up. I called the first four numbers Google recommended and each tow service companies were asking $150 - $250. Garcias Towing offered a better rate and faster service. Garcias Towing gave me a 30 minutes ETA and exceeded my expectations by getting to me in 20 minutes. The driver greeted me with a handshake and was friendly and professional. His flatbed tow truck was nice, clean and had a working A/C [I've experienced some tow trucks with no working A/C]. Overall great experience, don't be fooled and allow these other tow service companies to overcharge you. I definitely recommend Garcias Towing for your Towing needs.

I used Garcia’s Towing services to transport a car from San Antonio to Houston, Tx and the owner was incredible. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and he was very professional. The transportation itself was excellent. I had my BMW X6 and he did all the work. I fully trust and recommend this company with any transporting needs, and if I have to transport anything else I will be using this company again. 11/10 recommend Garcia’s. He was there very quick to pick up my car that wouldn’t start and drop it off at my mechanic for me. I really appreciated how instead of just picking the car up, getting the payment and taking off. He tried to help me get the car started first and gave me a very reasonable and affordable price for how far I needed it towed. Even sent me pictures after the successful drop off. If I ever need help again I will not hesitate to call Garcias!
