If I could put a Zero I would. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TRASH of a crooks! We made the mistake of dropping a car off to get an engine. They charged us 1786.00 plus 1500 for labor. My daughter went to get the car the car was doing the same thing it was doing when we brought. I was nice I told them ok keep the labor fee but send the engine back and refund me my money for the engine. I have been dealing with this for two weeks.. TODAY if I don’t receive receipt of my refund. I will be seeking legal action.
This man is very crooked and shady. I own a repair shop and bought a used transmission from him at customer's request. Well the transmission made it maybe 12 miles and lost all gears past 2nd. Ok no problem, it has 90 day warranty. Well I've been getting the run around for about a month now. Every time I call he says he will look into it and call back, he never does. He keeps saying a replacement will be here tomorrow, but it's always something and still no transmission. He will not give a refund either. I believe he's trying to let the warranty expire, but it doesn't matter. We have proof of contact, including recorded phone calls, well within the warranty period. Will be taking legal action if this doesn't get resolved very soon. Don't take your money to this place. They will sell you trash parts and refunds are not an option.
I’ve been giving the run around about my parts… they already have my money and are terrible about communication. Even if I get what I need they just suck… go to someone else
CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT, ALWAYS HAVE WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE LOOKING FOR. IF NOT THERE THEY WILL LOCATE OR SEND YOU TO WHOEVER HAS THE PART. FRIENDLY AND GREAT ENVIRONMENT. PEOPLE PUT STUPID REVIEWS, THEY ARE IMPATIENT AND THINGS DON'T GO THEIR WAY AND THEY PUT A BAD REVIEW. GREAT JOB GUYS!
Got an engine about 4 months ago they told me they rebuilt it completely the engine is running fine! No mechanical problems so far but the oil pan gasket blew not even a week after the swap my exhaust manifold is litterly coming off ! They didn’t torque or use threat lock on the manifolds. Poor quality job on the gaskets! Now I’m thinking they didn’t even rebuild the engine I bought.. if they did the head gaskets wouldn’t been blown already
Booked a car to go get a part they SAID they had, but they brought me the wrong one. Thank goodness I noticed before I left, because if it's wrong, you're stuck with it. Rude man a t the desk .
We bought a motor they charged us 2400 it was rusted from the inside the owner told us they would give us a different motor instead his mechanic Rudy painted the engine with the owner knowing about it and gave us the same motor back I called the police today and filed a complaint they are total rip offs
They installed a motor for me last year and about one third of the bolts were missing.I had to spend more money to repair their repair.Owner pretends to not to speak English,when you complaine about a bad job.Go else where.
Good service. Secured my motor on the truck. I was about to buy a new radiator but the clerk suggested I check my warranty. I checked the warranty and now I'm getting expedited a new radiator. Friendly people. I drove 5 hrs to get motor, hopefully no issues with it.
I should have trusted the reviews. Sold me a bad part. Said the "rule maker" doesn't allow refunds. Out over $100 and the cowards keep hanging up on me
This place is a Fing joke my wife waited over 4 hrs for a part that takes 10 mins to remove they have no clue on what parts they actually have , i told that Cigarette inhaler to make sure all the parts where there before she made the drive, 30 miles, he goes o ya we have plenty, and they didn’t

This place was horrible. My mom went to get a spare part for her car and was told over the phone that they had the part. They didn’t. They gave her the wrong part then didn’t want to give her the refund!! They made she her wait over an hour because they didn’t want to give her a refund. The owner is extremely rude! Please don’t go here or be careful if you do. The owner is extremely greedy!!
Do not go there. My car was there for a new engine, spent 2 weeks there, and when I picked it up, had a major oil leak. Took it back to be fixed, and it took them another 3 weeks to fix a problem that should have been taken care of from the start. And now my car has no power, and a check engine light. I will not take it back to figure out the problem. So I repeat, stay away from there unless you like trouble and heartache
Ordered an engine put $500 down, for him to hold on to it, I decided I didn't need that engine. He sends it back to his dealer without confirming it with me. Saying I have to pay $300 for him shipping that part that I didn't need.... Ridiculous, ower and other employee were very rude. Completely uncooperative. Don't waste your time like I did. Please take your time and look, there's plenty of better places.
I could find the parts I needed went there and the guy is rough but he will give you good price and help you get what you need even if he does not have it.
I bought a used moter about 3 weeks ago paid my guys to install. Moter was a lemon they said they would make it good.Paid to take it out again,received another one paid again to install gess what another lemon new freeze plugs were installed by someone. Leaking now I can make lemon aid,I called and talked to someone today with an accent put me on hold,then told me they were closed to call tomorrow 4 the suger.l paid more 4 labor than moter.C if I get regular suger or i get the brown sugar again.Choose your flavor I'll call them tomorrow. Let yall know Brown suger.
Great Service had exactly what I was looking for and the best price in town. If you need anything I would call them 1st. He can even find parts that he does not have and get them for you in one to two days depending on the part.
Refund request on 08/30/2010 @ 5:17p.m. I'm waiting for a call back from the owner( John, who I was told he is out of town, after I called for a full refund on service & parts for services on 08/16/2010) Right!!!!? this has been a nightmere. My advice to anyone after bad service/ parts is to report it to the BBB, call your local news stations and contact the DA.. I given them 24hours to contact me. Bottom line is that they have two options here. (1) give me my full refund on parts&labor or (2)Million Auto pays for legal fees on their part and give me my full refund. I'll keep you posted
