Honestly I was super surprised how smooth this whole thing went. I thought selling my car would be a hassle, but these guys actually came through. They were fair about everything and stuck to the price we agreed on. They actually paid me in cash right then and there. Super chill, awesome people to deal with. Called at 4 said they would be at my place in 30 minutes; never came. They called and said they would be here in 45 minutes and never came….. 2 hours later i called Them and got sent to voicemail. Very unprofessional. They offered me money and were a no show.

i sold my old car to them a month and a half ago and they were amazing, fast replies, good offer and came out the next day. my sister also needed to sell a car about two weeks ago so i recommended these guys as they were great, i handled the go between for my sister and they refused to communicate, said they would call back in five minutes and had me waiting hours, gave a lowball offer and when i asked if we could go a little higher they stopped responding and answering the phones entirely. disappointed that i had a great experience and when i tried helping my sister, they fell short of that same experience
We needed to get rid of our junky non op vehicle with no title FAST and had no idea it would be so easy to have the problem solved for us. We made one phone call, it took 2 minutes. With in 1 hour a huge tow truck pulled up and we were given cash in hand as promised by Joe. Literally 2 hours ago we thought we had a huge problem on our hands.
I would not recommend this place. First of all employee was very rude. Second of all I was quoted $250. Third of all they showed up said they would be back and did not return. Third of all they quoted me $150 acting like we had not talked and they still did not show up. Very unprofessional.
This is the second vehicle we have sold to them. Same driver both times. He was very courteous. I was kept in the loop on timing of when driver would arrive. Communication was excellent. Called about 10:00 they were here by 11:30. Went smoothly. Will recommend.

I found this company online and they came and picked up my vehicle the same day! I was quoted what I thought was a fair price for my non-moving vehicle w/no title. The driver who picked up my vehicle was friendly, professional and after a quick inspection, paid me what I was quoted and got my truck hauled away in just a few minutes.

Easy process. Good communication. Within an hour everything was done. They were there quick, in 40mins it was picked up. Fair price. My car was completely stuck and they were able to take it and I didn’t have the title for it. Took a big weight off my shoulders.

My husband was finally ready to sell his baby. To me it was an old junk car, to him it was memories that have kept him safe over the years. He called Cash for Cars San Antonio mid day on a Saturday, and in less than an hour they came and towed it away, and gave him the cash in hand that they agreed on the phone prior to them coming over. I highly recommend these guys, the pricing was reasonable, the driver was professional, and everything was done so quickly. It was a quick rip of the bandaid for my husband. Everything was perfect, short of the driver giving him a hug. Kidding, it's a pandemic. Thanks guys, you made this whole process as painless as possible for him (and me.)
I couldn’t find my title to my car that I knew I had somewhere in all my paperwork and this company still came and picked up my car without any hassles. They arrived in a timely manner, displayed excellent customer service, and paid me the exact amount that was offered to me over the phone. I definitely would recommend them to others.
