Great service I expected to sell the vehicle for scrap maybe $2-3 hundred dollars. Instead I almost fell out of my wheelchair. This went so smoothly, I can hardly believe it. Abdul was very helpful. Got a fair price for my car. Tow truck driver showed up as scheduled. Car was gone and check was cashed in less than 24 hours.

Overall everything with customer service went well. Just had to reach out and reschedule the pickup a couple of times because the guy picking up had some vehicle issues, but instead of letting us know why they were late we had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. The customer service representative stayed on top of things though and kept checking in with us when he noticed the vehicle wasn’t picked up yet.
