I’ve been meaning to come back and leave a review. But Joe I believe, the store manager provided such exceptional above and beyond customer service on one a day that I just about had enough of. It was my baby’s first birthday and we had a dead battery in my car and I brought the battery to auto zone. He assisted getting my battery from my car as I had my little one with me and he even gave him a lollipop! He helped me remove some stuck on bolts and helped take my battery to the truck. He was so kind to me, very helpful and thoughtful! Thank you Joe for providing excellent service will forever only shop at auto zone.

Custumer service was really bad I went there hoping for some help buying a oil filter and I I was treated if I was a annoying when I was juts trying to make sure I got the right one worker really was not helpful at all and he seem like he annoyed I left because I not tolerating this kind of treatment. Workers supposed to be there to help customers and answer questions regarding the product they buying

Sold me a dead battery that wouldn't even hold a charge on the day purchased. Conveniently couldn't find my previous battery that should have still been under warranty.

Visited store and no one to assist me. I could hear person in back but never came up to assist. I asked gentlemen that was pulling items from shelves behind counter and when I asked him for assistance he immediately said I don't work at this store. Not even lilet me get someone to assist. NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN

Was honestly surprised that you don’t honor parts warranty. Yesterday on my way home from work my check engine light came on. Stopped by o Reilly who told me it was due to cylinder 2 misfiring and can be resolved by replacing spark plugs. However I just changed the spark plugs in November of 2023, not even 16 months ago. The representative let me know the Autolite iridium XP ones I bought should have a life time warranty and so as long as I can take them out and bring them to the store I bought them they should be able to switch them out. Sadly I made the mistake of buying them from this Autozone, store 05769. When I called ask if they could check my purchases based on my phone number and the fix finder print out I had from when I originally bought them, the Autozone representative told me they don’t do warranties on spark plugs and their system wouldn’t show the purchase for a part like that. Mind you this was after I called, was placed on told for 15 mins and then hung up on without anyone checking on me and having to call them a second time. A very poor experience, and from here on out I will be buying from competitors who actually care.

Auto zone is a great auto parts store. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find your auto part or whatever you need. They will diagnose your car problem when the check engine light come on for free. I have been using autozone for decades

Finding the right auto parts store is often a matter of good service and convenience. And because I love a good road trip, I have always wanted a store near where I live, and also has locations near where I like to travel. So no matter where I go, each store has a record of the parts I have purchased before. Autozone is great for this. So my hats off to my local AutoZone store. And if they don't have my part, there's another one near by that does.

Excellent service! Was having issues with an old battery that was still under warranty. Joe and Angel were very helpful and replaced the battery making eveything a smooth and easy process. This is what customer service is all about.

Went looking to purchase just under 2k worth of parts and accessories got a "hi" from someone if the front, wandered around the store looking for items that I could not find and everyone was just to busy to acknowledge and offer assistance, tried walking up a couple and they would walk away, guess they don't want my business. I believe one of them was the manger. Lost sale

Sold the wrong headlights left my family member stranded for 2 days and said sorry we can’t help you come return them. But we can’t drive without headlights after 5 pm? Big safety hazard. Family member slept in their car bc of wrong headlights. Called in. Christian told me sucks to suck and that’s about it with no help. I am out of town and cannot help my family member and have to report back that my family member must sleep in their vehicle because they refuse to be decent and help us out. I’ve worked in the car industry for about 10 years and have never told a customer they need to sleep in their car because we were unwilling to help. I’ve taken off on my shift to help. Total lack of respect or empathy for a customer and I am going to tell everyone I know to shop at any other auto parts store because autozone has completely turned me away. I’ve been a driver, a mechanic, a service advisor, etc. never treated a customer like this or told them I can’t help them. Absolute trash employees.

Love this place Joe and the woman with red short hair (sorry I didn’t get her name!) are so kind every time! I am helped with what I need and treated kindly even when I don’t know exactly what I need.

Every time I stop by and need help, Angel has been the best at getting what I need and even offers to help me set it up in my car. Next time you stop by, ask for him. Hes awesome!

Needed my battery tested, they tested it for me and stated and showed me it was bad. I picked up a new battery from them since I was there, they even offered to install it, I respectfully declined since I was prepared to replace it myself in the parking lot. They provided me with a cart to wheel the new battery to my car and the core battery back into the store.

Guy was rude. Seemed like he didn’t like his job or was above helping customers. And he put my part under the wrong number. If I hadn’t noticed it, they would of given me a hard time replacing my life time warranty. He was also wearing a grey shirt. Management should work on hospitality. Won’t be revisiting this location.

Ray, the store manager, was so kind and helpful! I always get the best service here. He even provided me with some education about my car while he changed out my battery. Go see them. They'll take good care of you.

Peggy was first up to help me and was incredibly well informed. After she did all she could (and it was a lot) she informed Jake of the situation. Jake obviously understood and decided to take some of the work upon himself. I thought I was going to have to work on my car and as I typically would, read through the book of curses while doing it. Jake took care of everything for me, all I did was buy the parts and leave a review. I am very grateful and surprised at the lengths they went through for me. So very glad I chose this store.

I had got the wrong jack for the work my partner and I are getting into so Ms. Peggy directed me to what I needed and she was very straight forward on the products and which would better suit what I'm doing and helped with my return and new purchase of my new jack. This is a very great location and I appreciate everything Ms. Peggy and all the others who've assisted me down the past couple days as i bought what I needed for work. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED THIS LOCATION to anyone looking for great customer service and a very clean and organized environment.

HELP is on the way! Johnny was the best! I was frustrated due to another flat tire within 24 hours! Johnny was very caring and compassionate. He extended curtesy help on his time off. He put on my spare and taught me how to change a tire while doing it! Thanks Johnny! I will be calling your boss to inform him and to ask for a Hazard pay increase for you and your staff!! Johnny was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond getting us the best battery for my mom’s car. We got so lucky being able to be helped by this gentleman who clearly still values great customer service. I will be returning to him if anything else ever comes up.

My wife and I were stranded on a Sunday afternoon 90 miles from home. The alternator was bad and the battery was totally drained. With limited options the Store Manager, Bobbi Jo quickly found a mobile mechanic (who was really good, reasonable, and friendly) to replace the alternator in the AutoZone parking lot. Bobbi Jo saved the day, what a great person. She turned what was becoming a very rough day into a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Bobbi Jo, you are awesome.

It's a parts store, none of the staff are mechanically inclined but are friendly and I am always greeted at the door which I feel is basic common courtesy from any business when walking into the establishment. Store is always clean, staff doesnt do any goofing off in front of the customers, it's a respectable establishment.
