Few weeks back, I came in to test a used alternator before replacing it. Fortunately I was greeted and helped right away. The team member ran it to the machine and unfortunately it tested out as a bad alternator. The overall experience was great. No line, employees were nice and helpful. Ive got no complaints.

On 4/19/25 at 1:00pm, I go to the store for a new pair of wipers, but the female employee with short hair doesn’t help and bring excuses for not helping me because she thought she has to install the wipers. Next time have at least one male employee to help the 3 females employees in the store.

Incredible customer service!!! I had an issue with my license plate mount and the team went above and beyond to help me get the right mount, screw thread fit and helped me put it on my vehicle. THANK YOU!

Micah has helped me lately with fixing up my GMC sierra and running a diagnostic on our Tiguan. He's always helpful and honest. When I walk into the store, I hope he's the one who helps me. Definitely an asset to your team. I normally hate going in to places like this because as a woman I've seen guys lie thinking I won't know better. But I trust this place.

O'Reilly Auto Parts offers great customer service! There's plenty of parking both on the premises and in the small mall nearby. I was searching for a replacement screw for my engine airbox, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to help. They found the exact screw I needed, saving me over $35! I truly appreciated their effort and professionalism. Highly recommend O'Reilly for any automotive needs!

Took 2 batteries here to get tested/ charged, on separate occasions. I was told batteries were no good, and of course was asked to purchase new ones. I took them to another location and they were deemed good and we're both recharged and currently running strong

Chris, kassie, Ronnie, Micah, AZ, Angel, and Damon all work the front counter and are awesome. They take the time to help me find the right parts for my vehicles wether it is from O'Reilly or a competitor. They just want to make sure I get the right parts as soon as possible. That is true customer service. Helping me out whether I spend money with them or not.

Great service went it to exchange for my brakes warranty and the guy helping me let me know it was good I kept my original receipt because the person the did my transaction didn't save my phone number so not only do I have my original receipt now I have a picture plus he saved my number in the system

I ordered a part to go to the store down the block on fm78 by the Firestone, the driver left early so it wasn't able to make it. The people at that store told me the parts down the block so I drove to pick it up. Upon entering I was greeted by David who was busy but took the time to say hello & said give me just one moment as he had oil jugs in his hand. I got my part that was on will call then asked him to get the check engine light machine for my truck, we ended up finding out it was a sensor and it was on 20$. Thanks David

Love that I get treated as an equal when I walk in here to get whatever I need for my car. It's way too common for a woman to walk into a parts store and get dismissed simply because she's a woman. So thank yall for the respect.

I was here today to get a new battery for my car. Angel took my old battery and put it on charge. He advised me that the battery was good for now. My mechanic had advised me to get a new battery. Angel saved me by his honesty. I sure recommend this place. This will be my favorite place.

This location is close to my home and they're always so helpful. This visit I had to buy a new battery and Dave helped me replace it. He didn't have to but I was so thankful. I will continue to give them my support, 9yrs and counting ?

Went in to get new brake lights for my van. Without prompting the associate helping me check out made sure the bulbs were compatible and I didn’t feel rushed. Great staff (came back in for another transaction) with friendly service!

Octavio helped me out today. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Came in expecting to pay for a new battery. He showed me that a cable was loose and suggested I drive around and come back before I completed the complementary battery test. I drove around per his suggestion, returned to the store, and what do you know. The kid was right lol awesome. Need more guys like him.

Worst customer experience I've ever had. Ordered a part and was supposed to get a call. Never received that call I had to call them, on top of that it was the wrong part! The correct part was found after 15 minutes of Google searches because of the employee and manager lack of understanding basic car knowledge & not knowing there own search engine. Now I'm having to wait for my money back to go by the part from another company. !!Would NOT recommend shopping at this place!!

AutoZone may offer a lifetime guarantee but that also comes with a lifetime pain in the butt trying to get that guarantee. I much would rather pay a little more for a quality product than have any issues with that product down the line.

Normally I'd give them much higher but this time they let me down. My brake pads were being replaced and I was sent to get the new ones. I had all the needed info about my car and answered all their questions but they still sold me the wrong pads 2 times, making me take 3 trips there to finally get the correct pads on the 3rd and final trip. WAY too much work, and those Lyft rides weren't free. I'll go back again, but I'll make sure I know every bit of info on the parts first.

Very unprofessional. Taking advantage of a women and giving inaccurate information about refunds and exchanges. Was told to go back to the store I purchased from; and said that location would not refund either. When I went to the initial location the product was purchased from(Kitty Hawk) I was told the manager for this location(FM-78) called and told them not to refund my part because I was “rude”. Stay away from this location and go 5 minutes down the street to the Kitty Hawk location.

Been here a few times now for a few different things. The folks behind the counter are super helpful and do a good job. They help find whatever you need and do their best to make sure it is the right fit. The tool borrowing program is the biggest asset they have. I've borrowed a tie-rod end puller and a spring compressor so far, and the process has been very easy. It's great for those one time jobs! Great store!

I was on this side of town getting my brakes worked on by family and we made a few trips to this location. The first trip was not so bad. Found what we needed at a decent price, we left. The next trip we went in to buy a drill. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We got the drill and left. The drill was not what we returned it for a different drill. This is where the star rating drops. The girl at the counter told my sister they were the exact same drills and that she didnt know why we were buying the other one. We purchased it anyway and when we got in our truck she was pointing at us then at the drill on the counter. That did not sit well with either of us. It was rather rude. We left hoping we didnt have to make another trip, but the rotors on my vehicle needed replacing also. I call the location and ask about rotors for a volkswagon Tiguan. It was the same girl who we dealt with at the store, she was the only female employee there at the time. She asked if my vehicle was diesel or hybrid which it was neither. I told her once again the make and model of the vehicle and then she sounded like she understood. We went in to get the rotors and she then told me that she didnt know what vehicle I was talking about because I pronounced Tiguan wrong. I pronounced it just as it's spelled (tig-uwan) . She told me it was pronounced Tegan (tee-gun). Entirely wrong. I've never heard any person call the Tiguan a Tegan. She laughed as if she were the smartest in the room only making herself look more foolish than she sounded. My brother then reminded her that there is a ua sound in there and that she may be wrong. We paid and left. Her behavior and attitude were condescending and abrasive for someone who can't pronounce a simple name correctly. She was loud and rude. Another employee walked in and she was rude to him, speaking very loudly asking him what her name was, if it was maam or Brandy. Highly unnecessary behavior. I will not be returning to this location. I've always had good experiences with o'Reilly, but that employee made it so bad I dont want to return to that store. She also deterred 3 more people from visiting that location. Her behavior was horrendous.

It will probably have what you're after. Service can be slow at times. Slower service has been ever since they started "We will install light bulbs, windshield wipers" and other "simple" items for you.

Samuel was wonderful tested my battery and alternator and even talked out to troubleshoot my problem which gave me different options. Looked up parts to get me an eta for having items special ordered.

My battery was about a month out of warranty, and because I shop there so often, the clerk helped me out and made it happen. That's why I shop there, always excellent customer service.

On Sunday afternoon April 22 ,2018 , I experienced some car trouble. I managed to get to that store. The associate did a test . The test indicated a bad alternator. He sold me one he had in stock. He also loaned me one tool that I didn't have. I had the new part installed in about an hour and was on my way.. There were two team member working at this time. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The experience for me at this location was one of the best...

I always like this location because they always go the extra mile to help customers like me. The female associate this time around helped to install a new battery in my car. She didn't have to do it but she was kind to have helped me. I struggle with some illnesses that I don't have the strength to do things on my own. Without the associate knowing she was helping someone in need of help. Want to say thank you and would recommend this location to anyone.
