Hit a tire on the highway and cracked the radiator. It was almost midnight so I called a few 24-hour towing places. Mission was the first one to both pick up the phone and say they could send a truck over within an hour. They got there in about 30 minutes and towed it quickly with no problems. The truck operator was a nice dude and pretty professional. The job, response, and operator were all great. My only complaint is with the card charging system. They don't have a toast or square to charge a credit card with so they have to read off all your CC numbers and type them into a notes app on their phone and then ask you for the zip code. I'm sure they're honest, but that whole process seems really sketchy to me. I paid about $160 for 8 miles of towing along I-10 and into a neighborhood.

John Lawrence showed up quick and safely delivered my truck to the requested dealership. I like that he also communicated with me during the whole process. Felt more at ease.

Brian provided a truly amazing service! I would give 10 stars if I could! I was amazed at how quickly he got to my car and his ability to assess the issue and come up with a solution. As a woman with a flat, on the side of the road, in the dark, Brian made me feel very safe. I relied on his suggestions and appreciate that he didn’t leave until all was good. I HIGHLY recommend this service and will be using them again.

Towing can be a stressful and worrisome experience nobody welcomes. However today Felipe made towing my Corvette Z06 as enjoyable as possible. He explained why he was doing things his way after decades of experience. I had a tow last month that went well however Felipe had a better system to make sure absolutely nothing scratched my car. A courtesy and cordial gentleman that I would trust towing all my families cars. I will be asking for Felipe on all future tows of my vehicles.

Warren, the gentleman who came to help, was incredible. The vehicle was on a slant and my jack wasn’t enough at that angle. Warren came with much better equipment, came earlier than what was predicted, and just is an incredible human being. Before roadside he retired from the fire department and EMT, and if that is the caliber of people that Mission hires, then I’m glad to offer them my business. Great experience. I feel like I didn’t just get help with my vehicle, but also made a friend. Mission will be my go-to for future needs. Thanks Warren and thanks Mission!

Thank you, kind, sir for helping me out of an unfortunate situation. This is a lesson to others. Do not drive when your windows are frosted over you won’t be able to see and in this case that happened and I hit a curb and you can see the pictures for the rest of the store.

I've used Mission Wrecker several times through Geico emergency roadside assistance. I've always had a great experience. They call almost immediately, are friendly, and gentle with my vehicle. John Lawrence did a great job today and communicated consistently about my vehicle since I wasn't with it this time, even provided a photo of pick up and drop off so I know the service was complete. I asked driver Chris to be very careful with the NEW lip at the bottom of the front bumper of my sons 14 Camaro. He did a great job loading my son's car but when it showed up it was damaged & has to be replaced. 1 of the pieces that got broke was sitting in the parking lot where the car got unloaded it.

We came in for a family function and our truck started leaking radiator fluid. Called Mission for a tow to the Dealer great service, I was given a 1.5 - 2 hour delay but they showed up in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when the situation calls for there service.

so after a terrible day with my truck needing a tow, these 2 great guys arrive at my house from Mission Wrecker Service. i am a question person and John and Tim took a quick minute to explain what and how they were putting my truck on the flatbed. they were in and out quickly but the huge thing for me was being shown the neutral override in case i am by myself and something happens. GREAT GUYS for sure. i will be using them exclusively from now on. As they drove off i thought to myself HEMI down.

The service was excellent this morning and John and Tim were very professional. They really helped pull my truck out of a tough jam and overall it went as well as it could have!

Great service! Quick, too! Popped a tire on the new part of 281 where it’s dark and not quite finished. While exiting to the right, I clipped a raised concrete curb being used as a temporary lane divider. Ugh! Special thanks to Troy who did great work and provided excellent customer service!
