06/15/2023 I called and tried to tell the guy what I was looking for but was rudely interrupted. I know for a fact that from passed experiences if he would have listen and write everything down then see if they have it or can get it. But instead I had to repeat myself twice, then he said we don't have it. We'll I had someone else call and they had what I was looking for, but I will not go and buy it. Been buying things from this company since 1999 and I will not give them my business again.

I wish I could leave 0 stars bought a motor from them and it ended up being bad. Had a "90 day warranty" but it took my mechanic a while before he could put it in because he had all kinds of other work going on and I didn't drive my vehicle more than 5 days after I got it out before my motor I just bought from here started knocking. Save your money and don't buy from here. Called about it and they said well we have a 90 day warranty and it was LITERALLY A WEEK PAST and they said the best they could do was sell us another motor for 700 after I just dropped 1200 on this one! Lost my business forever and I hope everyone reading this review is smart enough not to buy from here. Worst thing I've ever experienced basically just robbed me.

Very helpful.If they do not have what you're looking for they can usually find on their network. I'll list two examples: I had a red Ford pick up that I needed a fender for. My 2005 factory paint job still looked great, but the smashed in fender did not. I called all the area salvage yards within 90 miles. I called Anderson's back (they had two different color fenders) and asked if they could find me a red fender for my truck. And in about a week of searching they found me one... My dad has a Mazda Miata with 240k plus miles and the engine was very tired and weak. Anderson's had an engine for it, but it had 176k miles on it. So I asked "E" if he could find a lower mileage engine. It took a few weeks, but he found one with only 106k miles on it. They did have to have it shipped there (which cost $300), but they delivered it to the repair shop for free! This should be your go to place when looking.

I spoke to that Yonke, I asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish and for that reason the same person hung up on me twice, that's why I put this comment so that they realize the type of people who have customer service and for this reason I am going to recommend all my friends who have a mechanical workshop that do not buy there, racist ball

Great service....bought a part for my super duty that unfortunately wasn't any good but thats the chance you take buying used. With the 60 day warranty Brian was quick to get me another one with in a day and exchanged no questions asked and lost my invoice. Thanks guys for helping me get back on the road

I purchased an engine from them that was supposed to be in good running order. It was far from good running order and they refuse to give me any of the purchase price back. If you have a choice don't choose Anderson. They were rude and dismissive when I picked the engine up as well. Not very Profesional of them in my opinion!

Horrible experience. My husband is a mechanic and bought a transmission that didn’t shift. He took it back so they could honor the 3 month warranty. Got the second transmission and it still would not shift. He found out that instead of taking it to a transmission shop which they had told him they did they instead just swapped the front cover and pump off of the old one. (he put a marking on the original transmission parts so he knows this is what they did) They tried to deny it until he told them that he had done that. They did agree to a refund after a lot of arguing back-and-forth but he is still out the time, labor and transmission fluid not to mention the time driving out there three times and they said they would do nothing about it. Horrible customer service. For charging premium prices they should at least offer a premium customer service and honor their warranty’s that they offer to customers.

Was trying to buy a rim. Called in ahead and they said sure come in we have it. I drove 40 miles to get there, from the get go they were complaining that I was only gonna buy a rim but they wanted to make happy the little guy. Like my business wasnt good enough. I didnt mind, just wanted the rim. An hour later he finally charged me 84 dollars for an used rim, it's ok I need it. Well he failed to communicate till after he charged me that he cant give me the rim till next day, company policy. Frustrated I told him I'll be here tomorrow. Show up next day. They check my invoice, explain someone will be out soon with my order. About an hour and half goes by finally I call him out cause he was looking at me and trying to avoid eye contact. He makes a call I wait again. Finally someone shows up. Tells him that he didnt read the email and that part wasn't going to be off the shelves for another two day. How hard can it be to get a rim from a shelve???? I get mad tell him to give me my money back , cause am not driving another 40 minutes to deal with an unprofessional insecure incentive team again. It took about a week for that money to actually hit my account again.

I didn't know much about this place going it. It looks like a regular auto junk yard. The staff is what makes the place special. Super friendly and willing to work with you. They do all of the work. Great people and great prices. I'd choose this place over wrench a part or pick and pull any day.

A great group of guys. After all of the run around trying to find what I needed. They had exactly the item. I will be trying them first from now on. Highly recommend

I came here last week w/ a friend helping him out I said let's go to Anderson's well they knew we were college kids, and sere immediately biased towards us. They made us wait around for 1/2 An hour in the parking lot before they informed us that they didn't have it. An then reffered us to the dealership who buys parts through them, which told me he was jerkin me around. Well I highly don't recommend this place if your just cruising through for a part take yojr business to pick & pull in Belton, these people are obviously already in corporates back pocket, at least there you can go get your own parts @ Anderson's you can not. I gave this place 2 stars because after all that at least the tech. There shook my hand afterward because he knew what they were doing, burning up my time amd time is money in my field buddy.

Bought part and the puller broke it in the process. Decent price and people just frustrating. Please make your puller more diligent when handling product!

Worst place to get used auto parts, costumer service is real bad, waste of time and money
