Hook Em Up was recommended by USAA. Our service provider, Canaan, went over and beyond expectations to get us and our vehicle safely home, a very long distance. He was excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way. I would call on him again if I ever break down again near Killeen TX.
I would have to say I am very pissed. These jack offs came on Monday February 24th and picked up my bike to take to a shop. They also had motorcycle parts in a bag and the only key to give to the shop. Well they took the bike to a closed shop. That part was not there fault it was my wife who didn’t check 1st. So I call them to ask where did they leave my bike the parts and the keys because I find out the shop they took it to wasn’t open. The part that pissed me off was they acted as if they didn’t care. They told me they left my key in a overnight drop box ( that didn’t exist ) and left the bag just on the ground at the front door and not to worry bc the building has cameras. WHAT .. so I go to the shop to get my stuff because again they were no open so no one had any idea this stuff is there. Well guess what I call back to tell them hey there is no drop box ( they lied) for my keys so where is my stuff the guy said oh well check the floor door mat of the front door. Yall this location is Texas motor sports so yall left the only key to my motorcycle on the ground under a rug outside. They location had no idea why my bike is there they and told me I was over reacting. Again the place being closed that’s on my wife but how they just left my stuff outside careless and when I call about give me attitude like I’m crazy he’ll naw. Thats not how you treat worried customers at all.
I would have to say that I am extremely pleased with the Services of Hook ‘em up Services. They provided excellent customer service and beyond that made me feel safe , And I was able to receive quick service. They were very attentive, especially with my car crash and making sure that I got home safe and made sure that I was reassured that the process of everything was going to be OK.They are definitely The VIP in this Industry that provides VIP service.Thank you again for your Splendid Hospitality and Services provided to me..
Canaan went above and beyond to help. The job that needed to be done was a tire change and after about a 4 to 5 hour wait from other companies Mr. Canaan came to help and even made sure that my wife was well on her way safely.
David is awesome!! I had troubles with my tractor and they picked it up and took it to the bobcat dealer for me from cove to temple!

Terrible communication from the jump. Answered the phone and all questions with “Yea”.
Owner blames the customers for being upset about charges not explained prior to or at pick up.
The job did get done (hence the 1 star) but it made an awful situation worse.
5 stars struggle was real then my car broke down, my bro Caynan help me tow my car to Killeen, and ask him if I can pay him payday, he went ahead and tow me from GeorgeTown to Killeen. They good people and good company.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT BRING IT HERE. I was involved in a wreck and dropped my car off with them July 22. They told me it would take 2 weeks to fix MORE LIKE A MONTH august 9th I picked my vehicle up they gave me an after market number that doesn’t belong to my car. They refused to fixed it because the lights were after market however the bumper they gave me isn’t even the right size for the standard model and they lied to me saying it’s from Hyundai. I called they confirmed it’s was after market. Then my windshield wiper reservoir was still cracked still after they “fixed my car” and the serpentine belt and accessory belt were shredded before I even drove off with the car meaning they didn’t fix the interior of my car. I spoke to the owner and he said I’ll get the mechanic that worked on it to fix it. SURPRISE he shows up telling me he’s never worked on it or seen it when I came to grab my plates a week prior he was the one painting it and he did a HORRIBLE JOB. He proceeded to tell me he’ll get the guy who did to fix it with a new reservoir. The new mechanic had to repaint the car also SURPRISE It was used I watched the remove it from a wreck Sonta and replace it. After they agreed to replace it for my the belt shredded again 10 mins after I left the shop and I needed a tow they owner wanted to charge me again. Icing on the cake I had to go to another shop to finally get my car checked out and surprise my the alternator pulley was flattened for the same accident I asked them to fix and you can clearly see where it slammed originally. I have to pay for a new alternator now just to repair my car now. They are a body shop. They don’t do auto repair and they don’t disclose that be careful.
Lost my truck off the back and it smashed into another car. Employee said the boss KNEW the truck was broken and still sent him out with it. Now refusing to pay for the damages because they can “fix it cheaper”
If you in the Central Texas area (Killeen) and so happen to need an tow don't use this company. Long story short they lied to my face stated they will release my vehicle to me which they fail to do. No ethics no morals.
Owner was super cool and friendly over the phone the driver Rodney was prompt super friendly highly recommend this company and imo the best prices i have been able to find in Texas !
Well, they maybe good at service, but their employees are very inconsiderate when it comes to them parking their wreckers in my yard. Wearing out the grass. They claim it’s their right of way, but would you like this big wrecker parked on your lot?
My sons car broke down when I was out of town and I couldn’t help. I called Hook ‘Em Up Wreckers and their response was immediate. They offered him a ride home and towed the vehicle to the shop. The driver was skilled when backing the vehicle between a very tight space between two pillars during drop off. Cost of the tow was surprisingly cheap and payment was easy. Saving their number in my phone. Thanks y’all.
They helped us out very quickly , other places were charging an arm and a leg to travel 2 miles. We were charged a flat fee and they came to get our car very quickly
wait was 30 mins, which was quick, and quote was reasonable for distance, others nearby did quote 40 to 50 dollars more.
had other service as well because gear would not engage they did not charge extra they said they got it and in fact did that. recommend.
We were in a bind and needed help the same day we called. They showed up within an hour and gave us a very fair price. Turns out that where we needed our car towed to was on the way to another delivery, so the cost was lower than normal. I can’t thank them enough, we have been moving and this was the last part we needed to get done. Thank you Canaan for being very professional and extremely timely! You guys ROCK!!!
Justin was awesome! Totally courteous, professional and any everything you would want when you're in distress with your vehicle vehicle. This company in this driver was just the best ever. They were quick. Got to me within 30 minutes. Took me to where I was going in an hour after I broke down, I was at the repair shop. Damn good guys well done.

Great experience with the staff, they were very helpful in getting my toolbox where I needed, the price was very reasonable, and they very quick and friendly but careful with my things. Shout out to David for getting me done so fast, I'll definetly be coming back whenever I need a tow
These guys are amazing!! i called for a tow, its almost impossible to get someone within 30 mins these days. the driver was super friendly and helpful. and the price is fair, cant ever find a tow for under 100$ in town. will definitely be my go to tow company!:)
I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS.
I called them for a 3 mile tow from the shop to my property. Was told $85. Then after about 1 they call me from the shop and tell me that it's gonna be an extra 65 dollars Because they have to do something special for the vehicle because of it being four wheel drive. $150. I said I had 140. I have someone else to pay to. Gentleman says he's on his way, leaving now close to almost forty five minutes later, says he went to the wrong address. It took almost longer than 2+ hrs to get to my house from a 3 mile away shop.
He said he had got a flat tire. After he went to the wrong address. Because I called him because another hour went by. I ended up having to pay $50 to someone. That was waiting at my house to look over the vehicle by appointment made. Will have to pay another 100 when he comes back. Which it was only right that I paid him the fifty for coming and only waiting.
Because I surely thought that my vehicle would be at my house within 1 hour because it was only 3 miles away, but the gentleman that came waited for 45 minutes. And then had to leave to another job.
So you decide on what you think from speaking to friends and family, I could've got way better deal.
By my vehicle, being here on time and less money out my pocket. And just at 85 dollars like I was told not 140.+50=190
I just feel that these things should have been preventable like I gave you the address 3 times the place of business I gave them the addresses when I called to set up the tow. Your a tow company your tires should be inspected often.
Horrible customer service, horrible place to have to go and work with !!! Worst place I have ever ever called and I have worked in most industries!! if the guy doesn’t like how you sound on the phone he will tell you he doesn’t have your car! He will tell you that you can’t come get your things. Then he will tell you there is no one else for you to talk too. Crazy to me to run a business who already benefits off misery of other people then completely cannot answer simple questions if you don’t ask them right. I guess he gets off on it. It’s sickening.
My car broke down yesterday on base and my husband ended up calling this towing company to help us out. The guy was nice and quick, however for a less than 3 mile drive to our place, he charged us $182…. Absolutely horrendous. Customer service wise they get a 3 out of 5. But for overall pricing?? I’d give them negative stars if I could.
Hook ‘em up is fast to get your vehicle (aka your money), but will take their sweet time for you to get it back. My husband and his friend waited outside of the facility for three hours (during business hours mind you) to get his bike back. They charged him $858 just to pick up his already totaled bike. They charged him for 16 days when the bike was only there for 11 days. Then when it came time for him to actually pay the guy called some one and read his card number out loud in order to charge him.
Seems pretty sketchy to me…
