Don't let the getto like area make you uncomfortable from the best Service I've seen for you and your car. was completely comfortable leaving my 2010 Jag in there care. These guys really take care of you, from making time for you, to getting the rental car ready for you. Best Paint and Body has been doing this for sometime now and they know how things operate in terms of insurance wait time and informing you what to expect, and giving you updates in the process. The Fixing part was also done pretty well all things considering, there was some little bits of white residue left all over my car but was able to scratch that off. If your patient enough to understand the whole process then you won't find a better place in Killeen. If you also have some parts you would like to add-on but afraid you might mess it up yourself, they will also add any additions to the car while they fix it.

I found this place with a 5-star review on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. The mechanic Darrin was very easygoing and accommodating. He fixed my catalytic converter with reasonable charge. They do diagnose for free and give you a detailed report, you can leave with the report if you have a second thought or just wanna get different quotes from other shops. (Some places in Killeen would ask for money just to run diagnosis). Came in later for multiple times cause my rmp raves up at random, and Darrin did multiple tests to locate the issue. I really appreciate it. I had a very positive experience with Best Body and Paint, I don't really leave Google Reviews but BBP went beyond and above, I'd recommend this place.

Do not use this establishment to repair your vehicle for any reason. This is a shady establishment that does not honor their warranties or work. They do not respect service members or any customers, for that matter. Check their BBB profile. I am a victim of their predatory and unfair practices. They will try to disclaim this review, but I have verifiable and undeniable proof of my interactions with Best Paint and Body. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I have a 2022 toyota avalon. I had ran into my garage wall, trying to park my car. I ended up with white paint all on the right side. On the spot, my car was fixed by Best paint and body. I didn't need my insurance company, especially since the cost was cheap. I'm surely will come back, for my auto needs.

A place worthy of its name! If you ever need any auto work done or a new paint job then there is no place better to take your vehicle too. They can also help you with after market parts such as body kits, spoilers etc. which they can help you buy or you can buy it yourself and have them install it. I went in to get new door hinges and my hood realigned and was given a great price with no taxes added on, plus no 3% card fee even though I used a credit card to pay for it. I had to reschedule a couple of times when I was picking up my car, usually by the time they would close is when I would be free but they always made it work for me making it easy to pick up my car even though my schedule was all over the place.They will work with you and will help you keep the cost down by doing things like I've mentioned before, besides that they are very professional and efficient about their work. They do amazing quality work at a cheaper price than any of the other shops around here. Even though its location is kind of in the open you can trust them to look after your car. I left mine with them for about 3 days and it came back like I left it. Don't let the location of this place turn you off, you'd be doing yourself a favor to drop by for an estimate. I've been to other shops before and this is the only body work and paint shop I recommend and trust. Thanks again for everything Best Paint & Body crew!

This place has the best quality of service fast friendly and efficient. They helped with my deductible they made the long process of insurance claims painless. I really enjoyed working with them. They also do body kits and hail damage claims they were a god sent to all my car needs. If you need anything done to your vehicle give them a call for sure..

This company is the worst in Killeen hands down when it comes to operating on vehicles. They broke my water pump and didn't fix it told me I had to come back in with a payment of $550! My vehicle had deep scratches on both ends of my front bumper. I didn't even like driving it because it was ugly. Took my vehicle to the shop monday afternoon and it was ready for pick up Wednesday afternoon. I was highly impressed with the quality of work especially considering the fact that it was really cheap. About 60% cheaper than Caliber Collision and either shops in the area. And to top it they detailed my vehicle free of charge. Would go back every time. Highly recommended!

I was amazed with the way Young would go out of his way to make sure I got served up right. I came in with a Chevy Malibu 2013 after getting rear ended pretty bad, and Young dealt with all the insurance company stuff I barely had to lift a finger from my end. He and his sister were extremely professional these guys know what they're doing, you can just tell they've obviously been in this business for YEARS. Im new around here and picked this place randomly. I think I got real lucky for sure with my random choice of selection. I don't know why you would go anywhere else, I couldn't be more satisfied. Looks better than it was before.

Initially the work was ok. It had flaws but I didn't have time to have my car to be there longer. Time went by and I started really seeing the sanding marks, and pin holes in the Bondo. Now my clear coat is pealing and the rest of the clear coat looks bad. It is a couple years old but that's not an excuse really. I have to get the whole area redone and repainted. It's really a shame and I really hope they use better Technics and a better paint system now. The dude that runs the place is pretty cool though
