First drive in an electric car and it didn’t have enough juice to get home or a charging station. Progressive roadside service to the rescue. Kayden is a kind, polite and funny young man. I felt comfortable , safe and cared for ( he even got me some water to survive this Texas heat. He loaded and unloaded my car with care. Parked it closest to where we wanted to connect the charger. Best ride with a tow truck ever. I hope I don’t be a tow again, but if I do , sincerely send Kayden.

The tow driver was rude throughout the interaction. He called to tell me he would be to the pick up location in 15 minutes. When he called he did not initially identify the company he was with, and caller id didn't show as the company. I spoke with him acknowledging who I was and that yes I had requested the job to be done, he gave a 15 min time for arrival. He was discourteous whenever I spoke to him about his phone Manners at the pick up location. He told me he could just cancel the job then if I didn't answer the phone. He was given the key to the vehicle to proceed with the tow, once he had it on the vehicle he started trying to ratchet strap the hard bed cover down that could be locked. Told him I did not want to do that because he could damage the paint of my vehicle. He told me he was required to by his company and that's why he was going to use "these", and "these" were microfiber rags shoved between the strap and the bed of my truck . I told him I still objected and I did not want it done that way. Then he told me he was gonna cancel the job and drop the truck. I told him I would call his supervisor. Which he replied back he was gonna call him too. He did unhook, dropped the truck and left. I spoke with the supervisor who assured me they would send someone out with a flatbed to do the job, but apparently they canceled and insurance reassigned the tow. Not happy with the interaction.

Robert came out to pickup my vehicle. He was very professional and let me know everything that he was doing. He took pictures to ensure the condition of my vehicle upon arriving as well as when he loaded it on the bed. Robert sent me a picture of my vehicle once he dropped it off at the designated destination. Very respectful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Unlimited Towing & Recovery.

Andrew was very polite and extra careful loading my father's 31 Ford 5 window coupe. My father has bad balance and he was very kind to help my dad get in & out of the car and made sure he didn't fall. Very nice gentleman and did an excellent job.

Rob came out and got me towed home after my car stopped on me. Was quick, very nice, and did a great job. Plus as someone who usually dislikes being in a vehicle with someone I'm unfamiliar with, he is someone you can feel safe with! Best towing company I've ever used, and I've used a few by now!

Good morning, I want to say this loud and clear, My wife had a flat tire this morning. In a matter of an hour Unlimited Towing took awesome care of me and my family. The driver Dakota was the most professional and personable driver I have ever had!!! He was prompt swift and super friendly, he provided me with the best service any customer could ask for. What he did I not know we have a huge event this weekend for our Bike Rally and he saved the day. Awesome, professional service in a timely manner, and Shonny has been by far the best tow truck driver. She definitely knows her stuff and was professional and helpful in my time of need. Andrew was top notch! From the start his communication was prompt, met me at my father-in-laws car 1 hour away from where he was, where I only had GPS coordinates, and was able to safely load the truck onto his flatbed and hauled it off in a matter of minutes! So efficient! He continued communication with my in-laws to make sure the car was delivered safely to their requested drop off point, and took pictures and sent them to make me feel taken care of as well. Rave!! My call to AAA this morning was routed to Unlimited Towing who immediately called me back and had Dakota out within 30 minutes of the initial call. He greeted us, assessed the situation, and had the car loaded and on the road within 15 minutes. He also texted us a photo to let us know that the car had been delivered to the requested location. My car battery died over the weekend and I needed a tow as quickly as possible so that the issue wouldn’t run into Monday. My insurance company let me know that a tow company would be in contact and to expect them within 45-75 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes later I got a call from Dakota saying that he was 16-21 minutes out. He arrived within the scheduled time and was actually able to jumpstart my car very quickly. He then gave advice on keeping it running for the best outcome. Super quick and friendly service and would recommend Unlimited Towing to everyone.

Dakota towed my Dodge Ram. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He asked all the appropriate questions to expedite the towing due to being in an area with heavy traffic. Hola! My name is Asti! I traveled from one state to another while having complications with the rental vehicle. I have been overwhelmed and very disappointed during my risky journey. At the end, the vehicle became useless to me. It was such a pleasure receiving the services from Sra. Serena at Unlimited Towing especially the driver, Sra. Shonny! Sra. Serena understood my cry for help and Sra. Shonny topped it with the brightest smile attached to her kindness. I so needed that environment more than they imagined! I still have to figure out a way back home, but one thing I do know, I can sleep knowing that there are still kind people, and who don't take my situation as a nonchalant episode like the rental company did.
