fast & wonderful service 👏🏼 i called several towing companies & i swear their prices could nearly give me a heart attack 😂 . i had one company coming to tow us & we waited almost 2 hours 😳 . they came & they couldn't tow the truck after i said what was wrong w/ it & i needed a flat bed to come . Wasted our time in the hot sun w/ our babies but .. I gave Action towing a call & spoke to Richard & he was there in less then 10 mins (Thank You God) . He interacted w/ my 2 year old son as well because he's so amazed w/ any big truck bigger then his daddys own . The service from start to finish was AMAZING ! i would highly recommend him to anyone who needed a tow . Thank you Richard for helping us & getting us off the side of the road .
Really great tow company, they have the best customer service! I called and they were able to tow that very second which is great cuz I didn’t have to wait. I’m not going to lie it was a confusing pick up on my end and he understood exactly what I needed and not just exceeded my expectations but was the best service I’ve had! Definitely my go to tow company! He even backed my car in my drive way!!!

Originally my Roadside assistance gave the call to J&A tow and they kept me waiting beyond the ETA time and kept delaying the arrival time so I called Roadside back and asked for another service, Richard from Action Tow took the service call and he was here in 20min. J&A showed up while Richard was servicing my vehicle (J&A was an hour and half late from their original ETA) Thank u Richard for great service and friendly honest help 😁
