These guys are great and very knowledgeable. It is certainly the first junkyard I will go to before the other one in belton and 195. They do not charge for yard access, many times will pull the part for no additional charge and there are no upcharges for waisted warranties, core charges or environmental charges. Best prices in town. I love this place
If you need car parts, THIS is the place to get them!! I needed an alternator for my Chevy, brought my tools thinking I had to pull it out of a car, asked the gentleman at the counter and he told me they had one in stock, pulled out, and ready to go, I have never seen that before!! Was in and out in 5 minutes!! The staff is great and my car is running like new!!
Out of all my interactions with businesses related to automobiles since I have been in Texas this is the only positive experience I've had. I don't remember his name but the guy helping me was great seemed to go out of his way to help me. Most importantly he did not take advantage of my auto ignorance.
Great communication, great quality parts. They were helpful enough to go and check the condition of the replacement parts I needed for my wife's Jeep. When I got there I was in and out in only a couple of minutes. I'll definitely come here again amd recommend to others.
I called and inquired about a part. They looked it up and confirmed it was available. It was four times less than any other location.( Not exaggerating) The part was waiting on me when I got here. I love the atmosphere, friendliness and professionalism.

Wasn't sure about all these bad reviews, but every time I have called them about wanting to look into pulling or buying a part they have been complete a-holes. I really wanted to just ask if they are TRYING to ruin their business. It's like you're asking for a favor or something when you're just trying to give them your business. I dealt with them a few years ago and it wasnt quite so, but don't think I'll be talking to them again.
I bought a used ABS control assembly from triple R and they told me it had a 90 day warranty. The first time they gave me the wrong part. The second time they were very rude to me, but gave me the right part, unfortunately it was defective. So I call them and try to get another part and the OWNER of the business tells me he isn't going replace my part. The worst thing is I told him I think he's taking advantage of me and he literally told me "that's the way things are done". So now I'm stuck with either buying another part (these things are $2000 new) or driving in an unsafe car. Never buy from these guys they personify why the auto repair industry has such a bad name.
