They were offered as a towing provider through my insurance. It only took the driver an hour and a half to show up after being blown off by another company after a four hour wait. A+
This man is not just a tow truck driver, he is an angel!! Proof there are good people out here. Not only towed our truck, took my husband to try and get parts and helped him fix it!! Truly a God send!

Jason was awesome and helped us out tremendously over the weekend. He used great communication and was prompt and courteous. He also gave me some helpful information and recommendations . I really appreciate him and will be using this service if I ever need anything.
My wife's car was hit by someone and we were unable to drive our vehicle. We called our insurance company for road side assistance and they sent a driver out. We didn't get his name, but he was very friendly and professional. I am not sure if they offer towing to everyone, but would highly recommend them.
LOVED LOVED LOVED my experience. Best dealership ever!! Billy was AMAZING. If you work full time you’d probably don’t have the time to sit up in a dealership for hours on end ( like Killeen certified) I did most of the process over text and Billy was very understanding that I could not answer calls due to being at work. Billy, his manager, and the finance manager treated us like GOLD. I didn’t get the run around and everyone was friendly and open. The car did have some minor problems but that’s in line to be serviced at no cost to me. I also have a killer warranty and it only added like $8 to my monthly payment. 10/10 will recommend ( and did) to all my friends!
The staff here are just phenomenal. Steven was a great salesman and Adam was just exceptional at customer service! They made it easy to purchase not one, but two vehicles without any hassle. They answered all questions with great knowledge and treated us as part of their family. We will for sure use them for future purchases for all of our vehicle needs/servicing. I came in wanting to get out of truck and into a car found a nice Cadillac they had on the lot and Billy was the one who helped me out and he truly went above and beyond. He treaded me like I was a friend he’s known forever he had great knowledge and was amazing to deal with along with the help of Caleb, Brittany and the manager Chewy, very good group here running things and they truly great people to do business with!
I really needed a SUV, it’s been forever since I drove and I’ll be traveling often billy made the process go so smoothly, there was not a time I didn’t feel welcomed from walking in to leaving with my car. Man I wish I could go over 5 stars because the service was that exceptional. I’m so grateful that I came in when I did. Great dealership highly recommended
In November one of my employees drove my van and left the parking brakes on. I took my van to Connell Country to get them replaced. They informed me that the whole rear end on both sides needed new parking brakes, the hubs and wheel bearings needed to be replaced and all of the brakes as well. They charged me $3,389.08 which at the time I was fine with considering the work that needed to be performed. A week or so later I heard noises and felt something from the rear end of my van and took the van back. They looked at the van and said everything looked great. My van then sat in my parking lot until after the holidays I got another mechanic to look into the matter and found out the only thing Connell Country did was replace the rotors and brake pads. The noise I was hearing was the broken parts grinding around from the parking brakes that were still broken. Long story short I was charged $3,389.08 for services that should have only cost me $600 because all they did was replace the rotors and pads but charge me for everything. Look at the pictures attached. Be careful dealing with them, they will do it to you too.
I reached out to them with my concerns and they refuse to accept responsibility. They tried to insinuate that I broke them again even though you can clearly see that those are not new parts and they have record of the mileage on the vehicle and I have only driven this vehicle sixty miles since I received it from them. My next step is reporting them to the BBB and then getting my lawyer involved.
Archie was amazing. The guy made calls and worked with me even on his day off. Archie answered questions waaaaay after hours and never had me wait more than a minute or two on any question I had. Customer service was absolutely amazing all the way around. Didn’t change the price when I got there or tell me they had it on the internet and then suddenly not have it once I got there. No lying and no haggling. I will shop here from here on out.
