The driver, I believe his name was Efran, was so rude, cursed at me in front of my daughter, talked to me like I was so stupid and less than.
Horrible service.
Do not recommend.
The mechanic was drinking on the job, driving to fast,and was not very knowledgeable on diesel trucks. If I could give him a no star rating I would. If something is over your head to the customer, then don't take on the job. As a wrecker driver he drinks and drives, and goes too fast while towing vehicles.
Got my car towed without my knowledge… and now I have a piece broken under my car which is scratching. I called and emailed and everyone acts lost unacceptable
My car was towed without my knowledge or warning. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I was told that my car was tagged at 9:47 pm but there was no tag on my windshield the next morning. My roommate and I use my vehicle which is our only mode of transportation and we take his child to school every morning. So the representative of rapid recovery who released my car back to me wouldn't not listen to reason when I told him there was no tag on my car the next morning. I was then treated to be locked in the impound after paying for my car back.
Wow! The very WORST experience ever!! PLEASE DO NOT have you vehicle tow by them, your property in your vehicle Will STOLEN ! Then they will point to the sign they have posted that they are NOT responsible for things being stolen from there property! Very unprofessional Tow man screaming and cursing! Grant that I said a few words being upset that my property was missing! Not all property was taken, so makes me think if it was inside job! Lastly, I have camera in the vehicle, so I will turn it over to the POLICE!
This towing service allows their employees and others to steal from your car when it’s dropped off at their location. Very unprofessional and rude as well. Please avoid if you can, they like to take advantage of someone already going through a difficult time by taking their belongings from a wrecked car. Disgusting.
It was okay experience they get busy pretty quick I made an appointment drove to the location to pick up my vehicle and before I get there the driver took off he had to go on on a tow job so I had to wait an hour for him to get back other than that everything was okay they did give me a discount for having to wait two thumbs up
While I didn't get to meet William in person, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional on the phone. We called for car keys locked in the car and he arrived well before the AAA estimate. He called me to let me know that they keys weren't in the car, so I felt horrible for wasting his time but he assured me it was no issue and to call if we ever needed anything else.
I didn't get the name of the gentleman that assisted me in getting a project car towed up to a local shop but he was professional, polite, & on time. I appreciate his patience & he said he enjoys his job. That's so good to hear this day & age. Thank you for your service
Really good it seems like it's a woman-owned business driver with Blythe. They did the best they can. The accommodated my name. Very friendly and courteous great I have used 121 Towing several times and they always up to the task.
Had a wreck on 190 in Killeen these guys are fantastic they were there as soon as possible even gave me a ride with them to the garage area just doing exceptionally great job
To all shall see this review. This company is horrific. I called for motorcycle tow. The driver came out. Took pictures of my bike & 15 minutes later decided to decline taking my bike. It was raining & about 700pm. I asked why he didn t want to tow the bike & he stated it was a liability issue & he didn't want to be responsible for it. How can you refer to your company as Tow & recovery if you don t accept responsibility. The company didn't return my call or attempt to refer me. I was just left to figure it out. The driver wad short, medium build wm w/ red beard. Hopefully the person reading this will not have to have my experience.
The response time and arriving to the place was less than an hour; which was less than they expected it be. However the driver was very unprofessional. First off, he calls me and appears to have an attitude asking me my specific area which was fine but didn't need to have an attitude about it. Then we arrive to where he was and he doesn't appear to want to be there. We get in the car head over there and he takes a personal call on the road which is dangerous because it wasn't hands free it was just so unprofessional I was so upset that day.
Excellent service! My car needed to be towed from my son's school. I contacted AAA who told me it would take about 45 minutes. Kazi arrived in about 20 minutes and I was on my way in no time! Fast and friendly service!
William was awesome and and as quick as possible IN 100 degree weather! I had just got off a 12 shift at the clinic and was very tired hungry and hot he got me back on schedule!
I used my AAA membership twice when I was in a bind. Both times 121 towing came to my rescue. The driver Kazi responded quickly to my service call; wait time around 15 minutes. Kazi was very polite and provided great customer service. There was no damage done to my vehicle while being towed which has been a problem in the past. Definitely will request for 121 towing to pick me up if im ever in any trouble.
Today was the first time using my membership with AAA and I'm so disappointed in the service. They used 121 Towing and Recovering. I got a text saying the truck was in route and would arrive at 1:09 but never showed. I got no phone to update me. I had to call AAA and found out it would be another 20 minutes. At 1:50 got a call from the driver saying he was 20 minutes out. So poor and inconsiderate to the customer. After about 2 hours of no service truck I cancelled the service call. I'm thinking about cancelling AAA.
Absolute worst towing service you could ever call, never ever call them unless you are ready to be charged for stuff you didn’t even need from the start. Very poor mannered people as well, rude and very unprofessional
Worst place ever. Tow driver comes by early, and we weren't ready, asked him to wait, and he has the nerve to mouth off to us. Super funny way to make money.
