I woke up this morning to find that my vehicle had been towed by triple nickel. I had parked my vehicle in the parking spot in front of my house as I have done so every day for the past 3 years. There was no indication or notice left that it had even been towed. I had to call the police department to find out that they had taken it. They claim that my car was on the grass in our trailer park community. I asked them to send me proof and they said I had to send them proof of ownership. I did so and then they claim that they could not send me photo-proof of my car because it was illegal. This company, like most towing companies that have contracts of these kinds are just looking for a quick buck and any excuse they can find to tow vehicles. I would never use this company for anything, and I will continue to post all information regarding this. What I consider illegal towing of my vehicle so that everyone is aware that triple nickel towing is a low brow towing company with no ethics or transparent business practices. Companies like these should not be allowed to exist and they do not deserve business. They need to be shut down.

This towing company is amazing! Matthew was the most generous, kindest, hilarious person. When he pulled up at the location, I was a hot and crying mess. He assured me that everything was going to be okay. He even told me what was wrong with my car and how to go about it to get it fix. He even payed for my towing services because I didn't have the funds at the time to do so. Because of this man, my car is back home safely and I'm not a crying mess.
