J&A was highly recommended to me by a bodyshop. I gave them a call and was so satisfied with the process. Ryan towed my vehicle from Belton to Killeen. He called me when he got to my car and sent me pictures when he dropped my car off at my house. The process was as simple as could be and more affordable than renting a uhaul trailer to tow my car myself.

The best tow company in the city! I needed a tow for a bad tire and it took 20 min max!! I got a call 10 min out and the customer service was above anything I’ve experienced. Best of all this company is HONEST! It’s no scheme or a plot to make money. Who gets to laugh with when their car is being towed … you do when you pick this company.

Called roadside assistance and they dispatch J & A towing out. Gave us a time of 90-120 minutes. At 2.5 hours called to get an update, was told it’d be another 30 minutes. After yet another hour called back 2 times with no answer and then got a message that the service requested had been cancelled. Very unprofessional.
Called roadside assistance again and had a tow truck there within 5 minutes. Tow masters came and get our car loaded after about 4 hours of waiting on J & A towing definitely don’t recommend them.
So impressed with this tow company. They towed my daughter’s truck from her home in Killeen to my home in Kempner and made sure I was okay with the tow. Zeke is really nice and great at his job. Very reasonable, respectful, and reliable company with great customer service. Give them a call if you need a tow.

I was on my way to go camping when my truck has an issue so now I needed a tow back home...at 6oclock on a Friday night... 140 miles away...in a tiny town out in the middle of nowhere. On top of that: i locked my keys in my truck while in a pit of frustration. And not to mention: it was below freezing in central TX. J&A was the second company that my insurance contacted because the first insurance company waited 1.5 hours to say that they couldn't come. So now it's 730pm and all hope feels lost when I finally get at call at 8pm that a driver is on the way. I have nothing but greats things to say about their driver Michael. He was absolutely heaven sent. He drove 75 minutes to get to me, then 2 hours to drop me off and was able to get me home before midnight. I rode in the tow truck with Michael and hes a cool guy so it wasn't dreadful at all. I would say my experience with this company far exceeded any expectations I had of any tow truck company.
If you ever use their services, ask for Chris. Very polite & goes the extra mile for his customers & business. I won't detail my initial experience as it was rectified & we're both pleased with the outcome. I will call again if I need tow services. The driver did arrive as time given & I appreciate that.

Had an accident and a previous tow not show up. My insurance resubmitted another dispatch and within 20 minutes, I received a call from J&A towing! He was very helpful and nice. Very prompt on time and taking care of my car. I felt super bad that he had to get in the mud but he did amazing and got my little car out! Please call them for your towing needs
