We don’t have to wait too long, and there was great communication. He went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs towing services.

My rental Tesla ran out of charge 5 feet from charging station and Leon came to assist. The Tesla was completely dead so Leon patiently figured out how to jump start the car through the frunk. The wires were hidden deep within but he managed to: get to them, jump the car, charge the car and eventually save the day. I was a few minutes away from giving up and having Hertz tow the car (with all my stuff inside inaccessible because doors would not open from outside). However, Leon was incredible and persisted to solve the issue. If you’re in need, please give them a call ASAP! Thanks Leon!!!
Victor with J&A Towing’s service should be the industry gold standard for service. Victor was prompt, on time, service and client focused, took pictures of the vehicle, explained the process, hooked the car up, took it to the dealership, filled out the paperwork and left the key in the drop box for us. He sent us a picture of the form and key at drop off, communicated consistently before, during and after the tow, was courteous and considerate. I will always request this company and specifically Victor for any future needs and I recommend everyone else do the same. Definitely way above the industry standard!!! Victor picked up my truck with no problems and even gave me a ride to the shop with my truck. 10/10 service from him. I’ll definitely be giving them a call back if I need to, I just hope I don’t need to.
This was the first time that my mom and I used this towing company. We had an emergency come up with our vehicle and we were working on trying to get it fixed and in the meantime, we called the company to get it towed, just in case. Despite being so late at night, the driver arrived in a timely manner! The car ended up getting fixed enough to drive home, and we will continue using this company in the future! I didn't catch the driver's name, but he was so nice and awesome! Totally recommend this company!

Victor came on time to tow my Corvette to a local transmission shop. He was fantastic! Assessed the car, took pictures, and figured out the best way to pull the car out and get it on to the tow truck. He was very careful in his work and genuinely cared about not causing any damage while towing, due to the fact this is a low car to begin with, and the position the car was parked in. Very grateful for his time and service.

Came back from a deployment and my car was dead and need a tow to auto zone for a new battery. Didn't wait long for a driver to come and help get my car towed and drove me to auto zone. Luis even helped me install my battery to my car and I was back to driving again. Would definitely come back to use this towing company for my towing needs.
After my tire popped on the highway, my insurance company connected me with another provider who told me they would have to “break into my vehicle” to tow it back home to me since I wasnt present. I had my insurance send another company and Luis was very professional, got my car towed without having to enter my vehicle and got it home to me with no issues. Would 100% use this company again. I was on my way to go camping when my truck has an issue so now I needed a tow back home...at 6oclock on a Friday night... 140 miles away...in a tiny town out in the middle of nowhere. On top of that: i locked my keys in my truck while in a pit of frustration. And not to mention: it was below freezing in central TX. J&A was the second company that my insurance contacted because the first insurance company waited 1.5 hours to say that they couldn't come. So now it's 730pm and all hope feels lost when I finally get at call at 8pm that a driver is on the way. I have nothing but greats things to say about their driver Michael. He was absolutely heaven sent. He drove 75 minutes to get to me, then 2 hours to drop me off and was able to get me home before midnight. I rode in the tow truck with Michael and hes a cool guy so it wasn't dreadful at all. I would say my experience with this company far exceeded any expectations I had of any tow truck company.
If you ever use their services, ask for Chris. Very polite & goes the extra mile for his customers & business. Had an accident and a previous tow not show up. My insurance resubmitted another dispatch and within 20 minutes, I received a call from J&A towing! He was very helpful and nice. Very prompt on time and taking care of my car. I felt super bad that he had to get in the mud but he did amazing and got my little car out! Please call them for your towing needs
