Needed a long distance tow so i called my AAA that dispatched out to this company. Was the worst experience to have my vehicle towed ever!!! They knew vehicle was going long distance (approx. 80 miles), and still took the risk of towing my vehicle on a wheel lift tow truck and not a flatbed! Because of that, the risk of getting a blowout on my rear tires was high, and one of my tires blew thus caused damaged to my rim and somehow the electronic brakes in the rear now is locked up and seized! I didn't think too much of it, as i assumed they have insurance for this as any responsible company would, 2-3 weeks later and still to no resolve! They tried to cheap out on everything from tow, to reimbursement by offering to send it in to repair for only $90. From my personal experience, no company professionally repairs wheels for $90! Been there, done that. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED!!!!
My daughter's car needed to be towed due to a bad starter. They responded quickly and communicated well with me. They were super helpful, even when I accidentally sent them to the wrong address for vehicle drop off. They waited patiently while I got the correct address. I will definitely use them again.

I am truly satisfied with his service it is rare to find customer service that good especially in a tow company y'all take good care of George workers like that don't come along easy down the road

This towing service has helped me out many times. Not only are their prices fair. The staff is pleasant to talk with. Every one who has come to tow my vehicles have been amazing. While I understand that getting my car repossessed is 100% my fault. Getting my stuff stolen out of my car while in their possession is not my fault. MY car was there a total of 8 days and I was in communication with them everyday. What is even worse is I had pictures that cant not be replaced. The front of the car had a damage done to it.
When I called to let them know stuff was missing. I was told " they put everything in the bags". So watch what you leave in your car, because if it has value it will go "missing"

I recently had a break down on I-14 and required a tow. The roadside assistance company told that it would take 45-60 minutes to get someone out to me. The tow company called me within 5 minutes of me completing the request. The dispatcher Briana was so courteous and professional. The drive then called and arrived within 20 minutes. He took my safety into consideration first. He quickly gathered my information photographed the vehicle and towed it to my home. He was quick.
Affordable, clean, polite, on time ... My go-to towing company from now on. (This is not a comparison with other companies, because I have not used anyone else in decades.)

I called they got to me in less than 30 minutes. The driver JD was very professional and helpful. He tried to jump my car but it wouldn't start,so he had to pull it. He made sure he took his time because the car was low in the front. Will definitely use them again. I will also ask for JD.
James from Killeen Towing & Recovery. Went above and beyond expectations for me tonight. The first call was for a Jump and he used both the portable and his truck to try to jump Start it. When it didn't start he tried a few other things. James came back out for the tow. He's professional as well as courteous. I will be requesting the tow company again. Totally unreliable. AAA needs to quit using them. First the claimed the pick up time was 18:15. Then it got changed to 20:18; Then it was changed to 21:02. Meanwhile I am on the side of a busy highway in 100+ degree temps with no food, water, etc.
They don't know how to answer their phone after hours or claim that it wasn't forwarded correctly just so they can make more money from customers. When they finally do admit to part of it they still won't compensate for their error.
The driver went to the wrong location and when he finally got here he blamed me for going to the wrong location then questioned my military service. Would never use this company again!!! Despite me telling him to just squash it and tow my car, he continued to fuss with me about providing building numbers!! This driver will only cause this company business.
This is the second time I’ve had to use Killeen towing in the last month for road service. I did not catch the first service members name but Ariel came out tonight and he was extremely helpful, arrived promptly and got our issue resolved and back on the road in no time. Recommend them to anyone that is in a pinch. Quality and affordable towing !!
I would be very leary to do business with them. They told me my car was totaled. And recently a friend looked at the pics and said the car was not at all totalled. So I had a mechanic go (once i found the guy) im not from here. He looked at it and said it was not totaled. By then the storage fees acrewed abt $1000. This should be illegal They are going to keep a car i just paid off and make off money by deception. That car is worth minimum $8000
Today I needed to have my vehicle towed to a body shop and KTR was at my home in a timely manner. Kevin the tow truck driver had my vehicle hooked and and ready to roll within minutes. He was very professional and experienced. I will continue to recommend KTR to anyone needing roadside assistance. Thank you KTR for a 5 star experience.
AAA messed up on letting me know what’s going on and they gave the tow truck driver the wrong phone number so I had no idea what was happening. When Wil came I told him how I didn’t have any idea what was going on and he apologized. He was very professional and friendly and did a great job.
Earlier today I was driven off the road by a flat bed, Unit 1 from it decal, from this company. No signal used and he merged what would have been on top of my car, had I not moved to the median and slammed on my breaks. Oddly enough, he was suppose to yield to oncoming traffic however he took it upon himself to drive reckless. Had my child not been in the car, I would have let him hit me and allowed your company’s insurance to foot the bill. You may want to do a better check on your drivers. Or teach this waste of space he’s not king of the road. He’s going to hurt or kill someone. I wouldn’t use this company because of him even if it was free of charge.
My car unexpectedly stopped on me yesterday and I had to leave it in Florence. Well, today I called got a reasonable quote and had my car towed to my house.
