Representative was very professional, fast and efficient. The service was top notch. The rep gave me a time and was actually early (which really was beneficial for me as it was really late at night). The rate was very affordable and the whole process was quick. A very satisfying ending to a very frustrating situation. I highly recommend this company if you need a tow.
I called just for a tow, and they looked at what was wrong and said they could fix my truck. A couple of days later, they called and said it was done and running like new. I happily paid $2300. I started to drive away, and it was having the same exact issue. I drove it right back. Another mechanic said it was a sensor, and he told Malaki. I had Malaki drive it. He agreed it was still not running right, and I left it. I didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks. I called multiple times. Finally, I got a call back and was told my catalytic converter was blocked up. They could cut it off. He could not give me an estimate to put a new one on or to cut it off. I called back to just pick it up and was told they would drop it off. After multiple days, calls, and texts, they returned at 1 am! It is worse now. In addition to the problem we were having, it now overheats too. I have now requested an itemized bill multiple times and have still heard nothing back.
I am truly disappointed.
This is the ONLY company I use and trust. I have used this company on several occasions and they have always been prompt, efficient, reliable and helpful. This company has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of every time. I hands down recommend them to everyone!
Definitely recommend this company. I had an issue with my car and Carlos and Malikki were so helpful. They took care of my car and got me back on the road in no time. Been having problems getting my car started had some problems with the people where my car was parked at. After i was at the finish line to getting my car fixed amd when I thought the whole world was collapsing on me. WILLIAMS TOWING & RECOVERY was there to help I cant thank them enough ima get my car started in the next 3 days and saving me from getting it out the impound. If I could rate 10 stars I would trust me cheapest in town and wonderful service thank you again!!!!
My boyfriend and I’s truck broke down on the side of the road, and Carlos came within 10 minutes of me and my boyfriend needing our vehicle towed after his employee and employee’s wife pulled over and came and checked on us. I want to just say thank you so much for the assistance, it saved us from a lot of trouble!
Don't use them. I had an estimated wait time of 45 min, average. After waiting an extra 30 min, no one showed up. I contacted the provider Urgently, and they "claimed" that it canceled on their end. LIES, LAZY, WACK. I repeat, don't use them. Now I have to wait another 45 min for roadside
I was referred to Williams Towing by a good friend that had a great experience today. I had to use them to tow my truck from one into town to the other and I had the same great experience they came immediately they were respectful and professional and I called around to every towing company and they were cheaper Than anyone else I would definitely recommend this company for all your towing and recovery Needs.

Was broke down on the side of the road. when Carlos rolled up and called Malakki to come get me my Gf and her sister back home with the car. Saved me from a long night just to help. In today’s world that just not a thing anymore. It’s nice to see good people in this world helping others that r in need. 10 out of 10 not only for the greater good of the world but the service also seemed like it was just friends helping friends. By the end of everything I felt like my own family came to help me. great service to make sure ur loved ones or u urself are taken care of.
