Worthless just worthless! Do not waste your time call someone that is really local. These people sent out their guy to different location out here for over an hour waiting. They never showed up but yet they’re charging me a cancellation fee for 49 bucks ridiculous. Finally just decided to cancel with them. Called Andrews Tires.
Place didn’t say the was a call out service. Still ended up with the same towing company that I called originally that said that was to busy to take it. Lost $380 on this call out due to the fact. Only know that cause dispatch called me thinking I was the tow company she called saying they was doing it for 400 by mistake. Should’ve just stuck with Andrews original towing companies.
If I could give negative stars I would!!! We called These crooks because we ran out of fuel 5 miles from Andrews… they claim to be in Andrews but actually quoted us $563.00 to bring us 3 gallons of fuel 5 miles from the town their located in!!! I could understand if we requested a tow, but this was just to bring fuel!!!! These people should not be allowed to be in business when they’re taking advantage of people!!
