You never really know what you’re going to get when you walk into a new Copart location, but the staff - both lot staff and office staff - at this one were extremely helpful from start to finish. We didn’t have to navigate the lot ourselves - they brought the vehicle right to us, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. This was one of the easier pickups I’ve done, and I’d absolutely enjoy working with this location again in the future.

I bought a car with hail damage, no accident, after the forklift brought the car outside it was showing service damage to the quarter panel, rear bumper and broken taillight, I called them right away, they said we gonna submit your request, after 2 days they said the car already has picked up we can’t do anything.

“Copart has mastered the art of deception. I called in advance to confirm the condition of a specific vehicle , and was assured—in no uncertain terms—that it was as represented. That assurance turned out to be a flat-out lie. What I received was nothing close to what was promised, a deliberate misrepresentation that speaks volumes about their ethics and integrity. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic decency in business, look elsewhere. Copart’s behavior is a stain on the industry and a warning sign for anyone considering doing business with them.”

This is the worst cop in Texas. When the usual operator is not there, it is a disaster, work piles up. The new person who gives you the documents takes too long. Terrible customer service. They are not conscientious, very strict with appointments and do not keep them. If you want to have a bad day, visit them. The only thing that can be saved is the usual operator. The unfortunate thing is that the clients are not to blame and we have to fulfill our commitment to them.

I will never ever buy another vehicle in this location! Over all except was terrible! We all now Copart has made several changes this pass couple months and if your not buying cars every week/month you miss this changes. The personal from each location should explain and help there customers to understand the changes. This location does very poorly on customer service. They expect everyone to now the process and is very rude when the customer is clueless. This manager must have hated me so much that he suspended my account and flag it for fraud. So now I have to wait for customers services to unlock my account and that takes days while I’m getting charged lot fee for not being able to log in my account and make my payment and set pick up time. I’m wondering what bs they will pull when I pick up my vehicle!

Management should learn to be polite Forklift guy is a very nice But he can’t handle all loading because everytime I come there are 6-7 trucks stay there 2-3 hours just to get loaded. Today I came at 10 am and left at 2:4pm.

I arrived at this copart at 11:40 to collect a car and it's already 2 in the afternoon and they don't bring the car, terrible with the notes, the forklift driver has no manners and keeps passing his friends in front of those who arrived first!

Worst auction, they do not protect their clients in the bare minimum, and many times the description on the vehicles is inaccurate. They even provide wrong keys and do absolutely nothing about it.

Great customer service quick load up forklift operator is very patient Trinity, and k’Ana are wonderful front receptionist always a pleasure coming to visit and pick up cars hassle free never any issues

As a transport, it is nice to get in and out of places as quickly as possible. Using their APP to set up appointments, I got in early, and they still took me in and got me out quickly. Their loader is helpful to not just dump it in the trailer. He got it straight and moved it as I asked. Everyone has had different experiences here, but on my part, they are great to do business with. Look forward to my third trip soon. Thanks, God's blessings

As a carrier I assure you if you don’t make an appointment the staff will not help. All they want is to be sitting on the chair like there’s nothing besides them. Needed a vehicle loaded which was FORK on but with 25 prior to closing they refused to help. Just a warning the staff Osmar friendly. And if you don’t have an appointment go home. Or come with an appointment so they can help you.

Terrible service, purchased 2 items from them, phone system says title available in yard. Turns out they dont have the title, sent a driver from Toronto 25hr drive and can't pick it up due to no title. They refused to do anything and just said we charge you storage until the title comes or you pay the relist fee, terrible company. Will start a credit card dispute. Update: I called the yard ahead of time to find out if the trailer I purchased was heavily damaged, and they said it wasn't, the auction pictures were intentionally taken at an angle where you could not see the obvious damage. I had told them I have to come.my self to pick it up and they said it shouldn't be a problem. My truck box was damaged when they loaded the trailer. When you look at the trailer from behind it looked like it was making a right turn was bent beyond repair. I had to take it to a framing shop and spend 3 days to get it straightened enough that I can some what pull it 25hrs. Letting you management know is garbage and doesn't resolve the issue you generic reply is dishonest and disrespectful. I spent 15000$ just to get this mess home. You are a disgrace and should not be allowed to do busniess, everything you have posted the pictures are no where near the actual damage.

They towed my car to their yard and I took my title to them the next week and they wrote me a check!! It has been over two weeks since that has happened and I've been to 3 different banks and they all told me it was a unregistered account and yet they refuse to do anything about it!! I'm writing bbb on them for sure!!!

Loved it, nice and easy to get in and out... not like Houston or Dallas that takes you 2 hours to do anything in the offices.

poor customer service, called the day won the vehicle to investigate what requires us to move vehicle out their lot , their agent told us they will help load the vehicle with us providing lot number of vehicle to make sure what type of vehicle it is , my driver got there and they refused to help load the vehicle, we had to spend $550 just to load the vehicle, we wished we were told right info before driver had to waste over 4 hours trying to find a company will help load the vehicle, policy is not same as every location , its really up to the manager if they want to help or not.

Purchased a truck from this lot that was said to be running with keys. (Keys were pictured zip tied to the steering column) When my driver arrived he was not able to locate the keys. I contact the Copart office and was rudely told they don't "guarantee keys". They would also not let me speak to the manager. So after purchasing a vehicle, paying all the fees, and organizing transportation this seems to be how they treat customers. Terrible yard with rude and shady staff, steer clear

Was in an accident and car was totaled and sent here. I live in Colorado so never had a chance to get there to clean out the rest of the items in the car. Was on a call with copart and the insurance company 3 way call and copart agreed to ship ALL MY ITEMS. Took several months to get the items and HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF ITEMS MISSING! Crooks crooks crooks!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would arrived at 4:05 they didn’t want to load me because they said they had to much work when all the copart location close at 5 pm and stop loading at 4:30

I think you should give people more time to pick up their vehicles If you don't have help to load i have been waiting for over 4 hours drove all the way from ruidoso nm i think is bad service

I had a car that the windows were all out I called up and asked them to wrap it and they told me for a $50 fee we can do it I said ok. And of course the windows were not wrapped very disappointed

Friendly staff. Cleanest salvage yard I have ever seen. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They brought out our vehicle & even put it on the trailer for us.

Newly open place employees not trained well on what can be picked up with forklift they caused me to be held over the weekend because of a trk they said was to heavy .went back on Monday and got trk loaded (by the forklift) after a hr of debate
