The initial customer service did not seem to know English very well I believe they are remote. They offered me a much lower offer than they offered my husband when he called. They would not give me what they offered my husband. My husband called months ago and they never came. Not sure what happened there. The customer service was nice enough though. The local branch here at home was great and the guy that actually picked it up was great.
It was pleasant experience working with them. I sold my 2008 Toyota matrix and got the good and fair price. I would like to thank Mr. Carlos for helping me to make the process very smooth. He is very professional and honest. I recommend him and this place.
Please do not buy any generators from this Copart site because their forklift will not lift the stuff you bought there and you will end up paying more storages because you will find it difficult to picking up from

Getting everything set up was great, got an appointment scheduled to pick up the auto because I had to drive in from out of town. I arrived on Wednesday evening for the appointment on Thursday. I phoned a couple times during the day Thursday and was assured they would be there to get it. Thursday at 7:15 pm or so, I phoned and left a message that I had driven in and they didn’t keep the appointment that I had set due to travel. They did arrive by 8:15 on Friday morning.
I called them and the person answering the phone was friendly at both occasion.had a pick up appointment fast.the pick up driver was curious and friendly.will recommend this business to anyone
At first I was really skeptical because I just randomly found them online, but everything was legit. As soon as I handed over my title they handed me the check for the car I sold them, and I went to the bank right after and it cashed no problem!
