Johnson needs Tim ! He just saved my life! Was locked out and needed help quickly! He is the man!!!!

The service they were called out for got done. The person that came to do it was pretty short with me. Cut me off while I was explaining the situation. He was in a big hurry to get done with me and marked me as completed before it was clear my car wasn’t going to just die again. Unfortunately, my insurance apparently has a contract with this company, so I hope I don’t need Roadside services again until I can get insurance somewhere else.

A little bit too much for a 2 minute battery jump 5 minutes from where he was ($50) but you don't have any other choice when your an older woman out at night and your car won't start

Once I got the text saying who was dispatched by my roadside, Tim was there in less than 15 minutes to do the lockout. He was quick and courteous.

Drove 90 minutes to unlock my door. Came up over a mile on a rough rocky road without a complaint. Followed directions to get to the location instead of following poor map directions. Kept in touch during long trip to make sure we were ok. Very pleasant and professional
