Easy pick up no long wait! Even the ports potty was good. The only bad thing here is the slender entrance/exit and two lane road. You can’t see coming and going very well so be cautious!

Terrible handling of goods. Everything that was not broken during the accident they will break after you buy it, during loading. Broken plastic on the bottom I can still understand. But he tore off the rear bumper, dented a door with a pitchfork that did not require repair.

Y’all should have more people on the registers , it took me 30 minutes to make a payment and it there was only one lady up front and there is 7 customers including me waiting.

Account suspended by Copart after payment was made on a car I won. This was due to an error by Copart. I submitted information requested and it’s been 2 weeks and account still not reinstated. They won’t give refund or my car. I call customer service every day and they have no clue as to why it hasn’t been taken care of and absolutely no help. I have a bad feeling I was just robbed of $1500. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I would not waste your money on a basic membership if you don't have a dealers license. Every time I went to bid I was not allowed too or was required to use a dealer somewhere any way and pay a fee. It's not worth it.

The customer service Guy was very rude he dont have the patience to treat customers at all. Even though he told me he was being very patient, Every customer outside was commenting something bad about him. He needs to be the maintenance guy or something else but not customer service receptionist. The ladies on the other hand after he left for a break they were courteous and helpful.

Due to an accident, my vehicle was towed to one lot and they wouldn't allow me to retrieve my personal things without paying an outrageous amount. I made a call to my insurance company and they arranged for my vehicle to be towed, was supposed to be towed to my house but it went to Copart instead. I called to ask about my personal belongings and I was told, I could get my things but the insurance arranged for it to be towed back to my house and now I find that someone went through my suff. Worst company ever. Dishonest!

After checking in with the app, not even 5 mins Chris was bringing it from the back. The fastest service our towing service has experienced. DOWNLOADING THE APP is the best way to get fast results and efficient service. We had no wait time!!!

One of the best copart locations , so respectful and rules oriented, Christina the general manager was the greatest person I’ve ever seen in Copart. Just before you go there make sure you scheduled an appointment. They are so quick and responsible.

Worst of Copart. Rude staff. Delay in delivery of the car for more than three hours. The staff does not get in touch, waiting for the car to be loaded according to the apoment for three hours or more. The loading delay is 3 hours or more, the staff does not explain.

AWFUL! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & STAY AWAY! Waited over 2 hours to get car loaded. The staff is aware that the car information they post online is false and heavily misrepresented, but they do not care.

Terrible customer service! We are a dealer in Memphis and we buy cars from Copart from over 7 years and we buy cars daily..... And they still treat us like any customer and let my driver wait hours just to make a payment, do not recommend at all, even there salespeople, about 5 people inline waiting, and they(Salespeople) are not helping anybody! BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I if I was able to put zero stars I would've done that. And of course.. there Auction-Fee's are ridiculous! We bought a car for $675.00 and I got charged $333.00(Auction-Fee).

Waiting an hour to claim my property, the wait time got longer, not shorter, and they were snippy, inconsistent with servicing some people outside of their kiosk system, and frequently used foul language. I am not cool with paying for this type of poor customer service

This has got to be the worst Copart I have dealt with. The office staff are very rude. There was only 1 driver loading everyone. Many people waiting. Then once my driver did get the vehicle after waiting hours, someone in the office staff had signed the back of the title, in the wrong spot even though the vehicle didnt sell. This was all around the worst experience with Copart I have had. STAY AWAY FROM MEMPHIS COPART.

NOT EFFICIENT at all, they lack at being able to do basic things such as someone just coming to pay for vehicle or pick up title. And if you were to pick up a vehicle, it’s even worse. 50 employees working and they’re all doing nothing. Hire more fork lift drivers and receptionists.

They should just take that app and throw it in the garbage. Literally, could be so many other solutions to get people in and out. Took me way to long to grab a car. I came all the way from Georgia, an over 6 hour drive and had to wait an extra 2+ hours. They literally have no one in line but can’t help you unless you have done everything on the app. Then after you do everything, it’ll tell you to wait an hour plus. Why?? The workers aren’t even busy, they’re just cracking jokes with other co-workers. They should delete this app and just take first come, first serve. Terrible experience!

Omg so unprofessional. I went to pick up my vehicle and waited 2 hours. They told me to stand by the gate which tow trucks was in and out that same gate. I called the inside and the lady told me you’ll just have to wait. I had to call several times to speak to several workers. Once again another lady told me to stand by the gate again which didn’t work my husband had to walked through the gate to give the forklift driver the paperwork. I finally got the vehicle after waiting 2 hours.

Had a 12pm appointment to pick up one (1) vehicle. Arrived at 11:59, logged in an it said I had a 3 hr wait, there were twelve ppl on the yard ahead of me, an 3 ppl working the counter, you do the math ... most unefficient experience I've had with copart to date. Was loaded at 2:25, called in the office to get my paperwork at 3:35. Needless to say unless they start giving them away or I get desperate, don't see me buying out of Memphis anytime soon!!!!!

Wait time to get inside to pay for car was one and half hours. Saw about 5 go in ahead of me. Took me 5 minutes to pay and out after I got in. Horrible service and guy at counter was rude and had the personality of a rock. This place has gone down hill. This is not the first time I've had this experience, been a member for 25 years but I'm tired of it!

Waiting! Waiting! Waiting! One yard driver. People standing around with hands in there pockets waiting! Some smoking cigarettes waiting! leaning against their vehicles waiting! Memphis Copart! I love the staff. It has to get better! Now you have to download an app to receive your vehicles. Waiting! Loading area is small and compact. Semi Trucks shouldn’t be in the same area with the single or two car haulers.While the yard driver maneuver between Cluttered parked vehicles.

Corporate extortion at its finest, purchased a vehicle on thursday paid same day, they do loading by appointment, all appoints for friday are booked, so they start charging storage because there's not enough slots for pick up, as if thats somehow my fault they cant load the vehicle. Copart has really gone down hill, I hope somebody takes over this conglomerate, because this is just extorting the little guy.

Be careful never buy from this auction. Even if you see start and drive never is the same don't waste your money. This place makes money off junk! Attorney Generals should shut them down all around the world!! They're customer service people are smart a---s and all about the money, not helping, or serving people!! Awful outfit!!!

Worst customer service, I buy cars every week and it takes 2-3 hours just to come in and pay for a vehicle. They have 10,000 customers a day and only one CS Agent upfront to help customers. Absolutely greedy company, they have grown 10 fold over last few years but have the same number of employees in the building. Takes hours for cars to get loaded. Copart Corporate should be ashamed of what they put their customers through. If I could rate them a negative Infinite number I would have but google doesn’t have the option for negative rating.

I can not express how bad this has been dealing with them. 3 hour wait to pay for 1 car then 2 hour wait to get the car out of the back. The car ran and drove- I paid someone to check it out before I bought it. Then get there they won’t bring cars out of the back unless you have a tow truck or trailer. Then by the time I could get a tow truck here to say that I have a tow truck they closed. Had to get a hotel room and stay the night. This is my last purchase from here.

My experience was during the last days of mandatory masks, (which, I miss peoples facial expressions), but still...the operation was smooth and logical. I had the privilege of seeing an unfavorable encounter with a customer complaining he had been "over-looked", yet, from the counter-associates reply and body language, this was a regular customer, just giving them a hard time because, he could. I have experienced several "car salvage yards", and, these guys have made a truly professional operation of it. Thank you for the provisions to recover my billet aluminum rims vs the chrome-plated stock rims that came on my replacement Buick.

I called around 415pm for a quick question. I was on hold forever. When someone finally answered, the call was "dropped". I called several more times. Each time I was on hold for long periods of time. Someone even answered and put me back on hold before my call was "dropped" again. This went on until they closed at 5pm. The last call was the same. Someone answered, said they were the wrong place and then ransferred my call; where I was on hold til my call "dropped" for the final time.

Very unprofessional. We’ve currently been here for over an hour & only been getting the complete run around to simply clean out a totaled car. We’ve called the General insurance company to help settle the issue at least 4 times to the point their manager has now tried to reach out to copart. If your car gets towed here, have patience or bail money ready.
