The parts person chunk said it's a 90 day warranty on the engine over the phone but it's not 30 days now I'm out 1200. Next time never trust what a sales person says always compare what's on the sales receipt to what he's saying they know after 30 days it's nothing you can do .

I called ahead to confirm that the radiator I needed was in good condition. The gentleman I spoke with responded, “Why would we sell a damaged part?” That gave me confidence, so I went ahead and picked up the radiator. Yes, it was my mistake not to inspect it thoroughly at pickup, but the radiator ended up having a broken tab at the bottom where the rubber grommet goes—and even worse, it was leaking from the bottom. I explained to them that the only reason I was buying this part was to help someone in need fix her car, especially since the part wasn’t available locally. I was told I could bring it back for a swap if it was defective, but at this point I don’t even trust that they would replace it with a reliable part. I’m sorry, but this is really unacceptable business practice. You may have many positive reviews, but in my experience, I feel misled and disappointed. Karma will hit everyone for their act.

Great shop. Roy did an awesome job repairing my car. Everyone there was professional and nice.

Called ahead to see if they had a part I needed, and they said it was in stock. Drove all the way there from the other side of town and paid prior to them pulling the part. They initially pulled the wrong part and then said they never had the part I needed. Waited the standard 5-7 business days for the refund only to find out they'd shorted me $2.90. Bad experience all around.

I’m very pleased with Dennis hall and the help I got from the lady at the front desk. She was unbelievable. She was answering every phone on her own and still managed to be attentive, respectful and professional with me. I won’t be going anywhere else to get my parts ! She was very helpful all the way around ! I cant believe how busy they were and she handled everyone with a very professional manner! Thanks I’ll be back for sure … if you go ask for Jenny she will help you until your satisfied! Thanks Dennis Hall !

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING WITH THE OLDER GUY THAT NORMALLY ANSWER PHONE BUT TODAy i CALLED AND A WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS VERY RUDE AND I WAS JUST INQUIRING ABOUT A TRANSMISSION AND SHE TOLD ME I NEEDED MORE INFO ABOUT THE AYLE RATIO AND TO CALL DEALERSHIP FOR THAT INFORMATION AND BEFORE I COULD SAY OK THANK YOU SHE JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE. THE WOMEN THERE ARE VERY RUDE AND IM PRETTY SURE SHE RUN OFF A LOT OF CUSTOMERS INCLUDING ME I WILL JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE IF YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY YOU DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS, you have to stay professional at all times no matter how you’re feeling. Had my car stolen and damaged and I needed replacement parts for a fair rate and after calling around I found the part I needed at Dennis halls salvage yard. They held the part for me and charged me a better rate than the other shops I called, so after I picked up the part it was exactly what I needed and my car is driving around better than it was before it was stolen!

Helped Nephew from out of state buy a transmission for his Malibu. Great price and even better service. Opens until 5:30 pm so people working can still get there after work

I took a part back but I didn't have receipt but I took a picture of it and they still wouldn't take the part back that didn't work at all

Horrible customer service and if you don't need a part you purchased you still get charged 30% even if you buy something else at the time. I should've known because it was another customer in there at the time with complaints

They had what I was looking for, bring cash because they charge 3% on credit cards. They charge if you don't need to the part and have to bring it back. Really nice people no complaints on customer service.

Sold me a motor for a g35 infinty heads where cracked already and it didn't work a full 30 days but it was past the 30 day Warranty so I just gotta cut my losses

The staff where very rude and not very helpful they where suppose to deliver a motor but the driver left because he said it suspicious to him without delivering the motor plus i called them and they rudely said no im not going there anymore after i spent more than 800 plus dollars its safe to say i want be buying anything from them again

Bought honda odyssey motor didn't work all they said was bring it back we will refund you that's all so i will have to pay someone to do the job all over again i think that's not fair

I PURCHASE A RADIATOR FOR MY CAR FROM HERE IN 2014 BRAND NEW N WAS TOLD I HAD A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON IT TILL I WENT TO EXCHANGE IT in 2015 N was told THEY ONLY GIVE 30 DAY WARRANTY. I WILL NEVER BUY OR SEND ANYONE OR ADVISE THEM TO GO THERE FOR "ANYTHING"

My brother attempted to buy a window for his car from this place. After paying up front, he was told that the window was going to be in on a Friday. He went to get his window and was told that they did not have the window that was promised and that they had been looking for it for 3 days and nobody called to inform him of this. With this piece of information, my brother requested his money back. The sales clerk was about to refund him when the “manager” told my brother that he could not get a refund. Dewayne, the manager, told my brother that he could not get a refund for a window (that they did not have for him in the first place) and that he would have to get a store credit. My brother insisted that due to this being an error on Dennis Hall’s part he did not think it was fair and he wanted his money back. After a few minutes of debate, the manager went to get my brother’s refund and instead of giving the money to my brother, he “tossed the money to the sales clerk and said. “Give this to him.” Also, he did not apologize to my brother for the mix up. The following Monday. My brother called the business and requested a corporate number because he was concerned with his treatment by this manager. The same manager answered the phone and told him that this was the way that he deals with people and proceeded to not give him any information. There are a lot of issues at play with this exchange but I will point out the most troubling one. I do not believe that this how Mr. Dewayne treats all of his customers and this is NOT how you conduct business especially when your business was at fault. I plan to let everybody know how horrible “certain people” are treated at the Dennis Hall’s.
