Daniel really helped us out. He was amazing. It was my sons first time there he was in kind of a bind and we had almost given. Then Daniel came by with his expertise and got us pointed in the right direction, and saved the day. Really glad we chose to stop by Instead of waiting a week to try to get the car fixed.
Great everything was East to fond including the car. As my husband and I are mobile mechanics, sometimes it's cheaper for our customers to go with junkyard instead of the dealership or even O'Reilly's / AutoZone. Will definitely be returning weekly !
David who I think may be the store manager is awlays helpful and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. He is there all the time and probably deserves a raise!
Don’t try to call Lynn to look for a part because they have AI answering their phones and if you don’t give AI the correct whatever it wants to hear you don’t get to speak to a human to find out if they have what you need so you have to take a long drive if you live out of town to go see about a part that they might or might not have an AI is not letting you get past when you say customer serviceOh sure I can help you with that and then it hangs up on you.

I stopped by here to look for a tire for my Son 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. And a Symbol for a 2002 Toyota Camry LE. What I love about this place is that it is very organized. They have a computer system that you can search for the year Make, Model of the car you need parts for also you can do an interchange to see what other car parts will work for that car. admission to get in is $2.00 for no VIP customer's and $1.00 for VIP which I am. They also sell cars as well. The prices for there tires are $24.99 plus taxes off the rim. I payed $33.99 plus the $3.00 for the core plus taxes$36.99 which am going to take my other rim back to get the $3.00 core, you have 30 days to do so. The tire warranty is 30 days. I found a brand new Goodyear 215/60/R16. They did not have the symbol I was looking for. You can sign up to get texts for the car you need parts for. Also you can go online to look at their inventory before you make the trip. This was an outstanding visit, the customer service was great also!!!
Staff was very friendly and helped during the process of removing an engine from a car. The forklift operator helped moving the car around and getting it strapped to pull. The manager is really nice and goes the extra mile to help you get through. The website is really helpful too, showing cars locations even with pictures! Cashiers do a great job too, I highly recommend this place for getting used parts for cars.
I had an excellent experience with this company. I called a few different companies to compare. After 1 company totally dropped the ball on keeping their word with picking up my junk car, I spoke to a representative that worked with me to get a fair price similar to what the other company offered. In about 24 hours of talking to the representative, my car was picked up with money in hand. Keep up the good work!
Let me just say this for my first time experience at Pull-A-Part I felt right at home with the warm greetings and assistance from Allison. I really appreciate her being patient with me and very informational. I think it's safe to say I'm sold great job
Allison was great! She helped us find what we needed and made sure the battery we got was good! She also helped us sign up for the VIP program which we needed because we come here all the time!

I had a fantastic experience at the Pull-A-Part in Memphis! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find the parts I needed for my vehicle. The yard was well-organized and clean, which made it simple to navigate and pull the parts I was after. Prices were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get in and out. If you’re looking for quality used auto parts and great service, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else. David was SO SO kind!!
OMG! Just when my mechanic lost my return receipt and all the cashier workers here were adamant about their no receipt no return policy, the most AMAZING manager, Sean, absolutely made my day and let me know that there were still really good people out here who are willing to go above and beyond to help! He was was to locate the store copy of my receipt through the credit card purchase I used. He didn't have to do that, but I sure do appreciate his thoughtfulness and willingness to help. He saved me from having to make another $300 purchase! That's what I call A-1 customer service! Wish there were a few more like him out here!!!! Thanks so much Sean... you're worth me coming back!!!!!
Not too busy, the employees were very friendly and were moving quickly! Someone was always available for assistance to help with any problems or questions. I love coming here because you can’t beat the prices for the parts and if you know how to tell the good parts from the bad parts, then you can save yourself a trip or two. Plus they have a VIP program that costs NOTHING (FREE!) and saves you 50% on admission! Several other neat, updated features like viewing your purchases and warranties for the parts online! I also use to work here and it’s a great place to work too!
