Great shop — they have parking for trailers, and the guys really know their work. Very nice people to talk to — both as individuals and as professionals. They found the issue, explained in detail what caused it and how it happened. They ordered the parts, giving options with prices both from the auto market and the dealer — you choose what suits you. Labor prices are also reasonable.

These are some of the worst people in the world to business with. Brought my 2000 Vanhool T-900 to their shop to have the Air Conditioning Fixed and Serviced. I was charged $3,400 for it. I was told it could be repaired in 2 days. Not even 3 months later. My Driver goes to prepare for a trip. Air Conditioner not cooling at all. This is after a previous shop did the exact same thing. When I called and explained that the air wasn't working. The owner asked me what I wanted him to do about it? I told him I wanted it fixed. Or my Money back. I had my Coach driven up to Memphis TN to this shop from the Mississippi Delta (Yazoo City MS). I had to pay to drivers to bring and pick it back up. Then pay this shady shop for not fixing it.

DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE.They dont care..The supervisor..cursed me out several times after he failed to fix my issue and charged me almost $500 for literally nothing..Very disapointing
DO NOT use this repair shop lot of money and waste a lot of time. Had my truck towed there on the 15 of May due to transmission failure. replacement. For change clutch asking $9,493.02 but I refused fix my truck his so so angry asking for inspection labor charge me $2503.17 block my truck for his car…… !
Great service came in for electrical issues that no other shop could figure out they stayed on point and explained everything that was going on with the tractor and trailer highly recommend the guys very knowledgeable and helpful thank you
We were passing through the West Memphis area yesterday morning around 7:30am. Our box truck broke down and we noticed that we had a brake leak. We called the local towing/ roadside assistance/ repair shop company United Diesel Power out of Memphis Arkansas. They were godsend! They were courteous, professional & experienced mechanics. They diagnosed the issue immediately on-site, took the old brake line out, took it with them and didn't return until they found us a new brake line. No towing involved. They worked on the truck where we broke down. Incredible! After installing the new line we followed them to their shop where they pressure bled the brake line & had us up and running. They made sure our brakes were fixed and safe to drive.
Did I mention that they are a 24/7 roadside assistance/ nomadic mechanic? This company deserves praise and so much more. If you're stranded anywhere In the Memphis Arkansas area you MUST make them your first call. They'll take care of all of your truck issues. Thanks again guys, without your efficient diagnosis we wouldn't have been able to be on our route the same day. They're the best. I guarantee it

Very knowledgeable and quick with service; but VERY POOR with customer service. Leaves customer sitting in waiting area for indefinite amounts of time, while he is gone or on the phone!! Make sure you ask the price!! They charge different prices for cash, CC and Zelle. While he is good, be ready to wait…
I saw the reviews. I can’t speck for no one else experience because sometimes people put expectation on people when they are mad about something. One thing I like about this shop is that they will tell you upfront on what something will cost to get approval. Sometimes in fixing in trucks things come up. He will let you know what it before he fixed the other issue. It’s always a choice. They always let you know when they have to go beyond the first quote. People have to remember when he talk to you and tell you a price it’s just a quote. But I’ve been dealing with Jake and the shop for 5 years now give or take and he is always fare and respectful. The mechanics are very good at what they do and if you ask a question it will be answered. Steve is there transmission guy and he very good at what he do. Highly recommend him to be under your truck.

These guys are Awesome! We were passing through Memphis in our Cummins powered Diesal Pusher Motorhome and our power steering was failing and the engine was overheating. Called them at 8:30 AM, They got me right in and had us back on the road by 4:00. AND IT WAS A SATURDAY!!! Wow. Definitely call United Diesel Power if you need service in Memphis.
I had a Semi unit broken down in Memphis area, I reached out to this guys (after I tried some others around) and explained the issue. Manager Jacob assigned a mechanic and Jilly to help me with this issue. He right away sent me all the price and hourly information on text messages with detail, which I could say they are decent prices. Arrived within an hour, discovered the issue; a water pump failure. The mechanic took the part to Freightliner dealership and grabbed a new one and fixed the issue. With total travel time back and forth for the parts etc it took roughly 5 hours to complete the job and the truck was back on the road. He also diagnosed with computer and cleared fault codes related to that issue. Paid online through the link they sent with CC, they ask to sign authorization form with ID of the card owner. They are transparent and professional. Recommend to anyone. Thank you guys

I had to have a rear axel seal fixed.The guys I delt with were knowledgeable,I like to ask questions and they answered them.
I called late in the day and one of the guys waited for me to show up. Did not charge extra. He got done about 8pm.
And I had a warranty issue and Jake handled it as quick as he could. This place handled everything as quick as the could. I go to memphis every week. I will go there if need to.
Someone said they were expensive I didn't think so. There are places much higher. Of course I would like it cheaper. It is what it is. I am not the type of person to take time to post on here. This company went out of there way to help me. You don't see that often, unless you pay extra for after hours. Excellent place.

I had a client issue. My truck broke down working another mechanic they put the clutch wrong. It was not shifting gear. I called United diesel power. They send their technician diagnosed it. He said the clutch is not properly open and reinstall. I towed their shop. He really helped his start working on it right away even there was a lot of truck on the line waiting for the repair. Help me because I was going through a lot of trouble. I had reefer load. I was stuck three days. I wish I called them on the first time unfortunately I waste my money and time with other scam mechanic

Do not use this repair shop unless you want to spend a lot of money and waste a lot of time. Had my truck towed there on the 17th of June due to transmission failure. The part has a two year unlimited mile warranty so the original shop shipped in a new transmission for the replacement. I was told the truck may be ready by the 26th of June so I flew back to Memphis only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. Stayed in a hotel for three days ubered to the shop to be told it's still not fixed and I was told that the inertia brake needed to be replaced. Once again the original shop sent the part. The part arrived Friday morning on the holiday weekend (4th of July). I noticed my truck didn't move from the spot it was parked in because I went outside and marked the spot. The truck was never moved and the mechanic claimed to replace the inertia brake. When did he do it when he was working on another truck in the shop? I believe they kept the part. By the end of the day I was told they couldn't get the service light to turn off and the fault fixed and I could take the truck. Why did it take until June 30th before I was able to get the truck back and the service light was still on because they didn't realize the wiring harness needed to be replaced. On top of that they charged $3298.97 for dropping a transmission and putting in a new one. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is one of the reasons why owner operators are being put out of business dealing with inflated repair costs and shady repair shops. Avoid them at all costs would be my advice to anyone needing any type of repairs.
Did NOT do a thing that they agreed to do but instead gave us the run around while they held our truck 4 days past the time they said and then gouged us with the price while making it a very difficult process just to pay them their insane price. Very unprofessional establishment. Don't recommend sending your enemy there. Do yourself a favor and keep searching.
Came to fix tail light on brand new trailer,
They cut tail light frame and weld it. And charge me for 2h labor (1h is for cutting and welding). After I ask how much longer they say couple hours, I say that’s fine we would like to leave and won’t pay anything. 2 min later they found connector issue.
Stay away, overcharging on labor and doing unnecessary repairs to make you pay for it
