This company provided extremely poor service and caused significant damage to my vehicle during the tow. When I raised the issue, they refused to accept responsibility or offer any resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a company entrusted with handling customers’ property.
I am formally documenting this incident and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In addition, I am preparing to pursue the matter in small claims court to recover damages caused by their negligence.
Consumers deserve to know how this company operates before trusting them with their vehicles. I strongly advise against using this tow service.
Courteous and professional from call to pickup. Had half the wait time of other companies early hour on Friday morning. Driver was meticulous on making sure my vehicle didn't suffer more damage from locked up wheel on the tow.
My bumper of my 2012 Bmw was tore from my car fresh from the paint shop it seems no1 care haven’t gotten a response from dispatch driver was hostile and lied about him tearing up my car
Told insurance NEVER use them again! Had a blowout leaving hodpital in AR to see my aunt just placed on hospice.Told me 9:52pm for tow, over an hour wait. Waited in the middle of nowhere on dark highway for hours in a diff state, AR hot & with kids, ended up had to have someone come get us to take back to TN b/c they kept changing time w/o telling me uness I was calling. Such an inconvenience to have to set that up. Waited up couldn't sleep until I knew they could find my car & bring to me.Didn't happen til the next morning. No sleep before work & no communication from them unless I called. NO DISCOUNT offered for the inconvenience. Will not recommend, will ask insurance to find another provider if i need further assistance, and will tell others bad customer service. Discount should've been offered and I had to ask for it and was told MGR wouldn't approve, very dismissive!
Waited over 2 hours for two. Customer service was is horrible. They got loud, yelling etc on the phone. Tow driver was very friendly and helpful. But this company sucked. I can't understand why geico would even contract with them. Waited over 2 + hours in 100degree weather. Dealing with friendly tow driver ((who came from Forest City to pick us up) was the easiest part. These people are unprofessional! And should not be working in customer service. Horrible experience. Bye bye geico. Going back to AAA
If you’re stranded and need real help, do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else. This company clearly doesn’t value your time, safety, or even basic communication. I would give zero stars if I could!
All I needed was a jump off. Quoted arrival time of 549 am. At eta I instead receive a call stating he is 27 mins away. One hour later I call
Him, and he “had to drop a car, I’m twenty minutes out” you didn’t say anything about that when you called and told me you’d be here 27 mins after the original eta. So I guess I’ll get home sometime tomorrow at this rate! Still waiting as I type this!!!!!
DONOT use this company! The driver locked my keys and coat in my car and was not able to unlock my car. He was originally there to give me a jump, but ended up causing me 200 dollars to get my car unlock. I also left my car for a brief moment, I told the driver I will be right back. When I returned, the driver was gone,My car was still locked and he left my trunk open. I called the manager several times but he did not answer his phone and the sad part is the manager knew what was going on the whole time the driver couldn’t unlock my car. I feel I should be reimbursed my 200 dollars.
These guys are great! I am a towing company out of Chicago and had a customer send me to Memphis to get a truck and also had tow pro picking it up, double booked us and had me in a tight spot, tow pro worked with me to make sure I didn’t have a 1000 mile empty run !! Super stand up guys, from the office to the driver, as another towing company I would recommend these guys to anyone needed service!! 100% A+ company!!

This company was contracted by my roadside service to come boost my battery on my dead car...
He arrives, and is on the phone- you could tell it was a personal call- and never once gave us the respect to get off the phone... never introduced himself, never asked the problem of the car.... He paused his phone call long enough to say to put the car in neutral so that it could be backed out of my driveway. Why? Because all he had were jumper cables, no booster box, and he couldn't fit his flatbed truck in my yard. You cannot put my car in neutral with it being completely dead. He got in his truck and left. Suddenly he's back and kept saying put the car in neutral and I told him again- it won't. He got in my car, took the plate off the gear shift, and proceeded to try and unscrew something with my car key. I stopped him and told him I don't feel comfortable with him messing with the gear shift, especially with my key. He then told me to get someone else and left. This was the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience I've ever had with a row company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Called them to tow a truck for me about 15 miles, their guy came at like 9am and didn't manage to get it towed until 3pm. He didn't have any tools either, had to borrow them from my driver plus the dealership told me I have to wait for 2 days because we didn't arrive in the morning. Most unprofessional service I ever got.
Mr. Warren was very friendly and helped me when I was in a tight situation. Great experience overall. Very thankful he came out on his off day to help me make it back home after my car broke down.
Saturday morning the driver took the initiative to keep me informed of a delay in his arrival and then went way above and beyond duty to keep me, my car and camper safe since no one was working until Monday morning. Towing my camper and my car was no big deal for his heavy duty tow service. His knowledge of the local area was a definite plus! He certainly deserves a bonus for his courteous customer service
This company is the absolute worst I had to get my diesel truck towed by this company it took them 8 hours to tow my truck the general manager was the guy who took my airlines off my truck and did not put them back ..then had someone come pick him up from the scene and left the two guys he was training to finish the job..then after messing up my airlines he told me they were already like that. Please be careful with this company.. I have been calling and calling no one will return my phone calls …
My experience with Davenport's Towing was exceptional. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Despite a slight delay due to traffic, which was beyond their control, I was promptly informed of the revised ETA and they arrived on time. The driver, who I believe was named Dave (apologies if incorrect), was truly outstanding. From his initial call upon arrival at my gate to introducing himself and ensuring my truck was safely loaded onto the tow truck, he exhibited professionalism and thoroughness. He took extra care to secure my vehicle's steering and provided reassurance throughout the process.
I greatly appreciate his clear communication and responsiveness. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will certainly recommend Davenport's Towing and utilize their services again in the future.

be careful with this company, we hired them to move a truck to houston from memphis, and after having agreed on a price they changed to mutad en route, additionally deiver had 3 days without sleep and was literally high, a job they should have done In 10 hours it took 54 hours to do it, stay away from this company, they are irresponsible
"Unfortunately" I had to use Davenports Towing. I say that not because of problems with the company. The guy who came out to help me was so friendly and helpful. He had the biggest smile in the world. It only took about 30 minutes for him to arrive, which isn't bad considering the time of day. Service was fast, friendly, safe, and they took care of me with a winning attitude.
I used Davenport Towing to transport my lifted Silverado after a pot hole mishap damaged my rear-end. Service was set up by my Geico representative and was easy. I received text updates as thier dispatch coordinated pick up of my truck. I was unable to remain on scene but the driver arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule and called me to discuss everything. My truck was transported about 80 miles from Tunica, MS to New Albany, MS to my preferred collision center without incident. The driver even sent me a picture of the truck safely parked at the shop. Very easy scheduling, customer service was great and my driver was very professional and careful with my rig. Top notch communication all the way around.
The dispatch and driver were amazing people! $150 for them to come from Memphis to Cordova and then tow my vehicle to Arlington! I even tipped the driver $20 on cashapp I was so satisfied! Got there very fast way quicker than the estimated time!
The man that towed my car was great super nice older gentleman. Even entered in my insurance info to get the tow covered. Very thankful for his help. Took my car to a mechanic he trusted and that would treat me right.
