Tony at B&B is amazing. We were using a rented 20’ box truck to move my disabled sister 4 hours away.
We pulled into a truck stop a lovely Good Samaritan was trying to assist. We ended up with the additional problem of a dead battery and keys licked in the truck.
Tony helped us with everything and later towed us over 100 miles. Thank you!
The dispatcher is very rude, hung up in my face, and threatened to cancel a previous appointment. The reason is because I called to get a quote that was $25 less than the one she quoted someone else just moments before. Instead of treating paying customers with respect or listening she just hung up. I requested a supervisor and she told me to callback Monday. And then boasted about being a evening and weekend worker. Arrival time given was not met and they still upcharged.
Don't deal with the rude dispatcher, pray you get someone else. The gentleman dispatched was very pleasant and did his job with no problems.
9:15 and I find my car dead in a Sonic drive up parking spot. I called 6 companies and finally got B and B. The guy on the phone was nice said they were out and about I would see someone in “a few minutes.” I’m thinking that layman’s for half hour. Nope truck is pulling in before I can finish a medium milkshake.
This wasn’t going to be any simple tow job, AWD Mercedes. Says “do not shift gears. Take to service” It won’t shift, it’s stuck in park and in a sonic spot. Guy whips his truck around, somehow parks straight given the tight space. Takes a picture of all sides of the car before, access all the tow spots, then gets it all chained up.
I asked him when it was up on the truck. Now for the million dollar question, how do you get it back off? I hate to say I’m imagining bumper or curb damage as the least, on my 94k car.
We get to my house, he lines up to where I specify, he lines up boards to the tire, starts going g at an angle, shimmy up, back side to side and next thing I know it’s sitting right where I asked. Spotless.
Five freaking stars. They knew the job, all the tricks and worked exemplary.

I have used this place for over 8 years to tow our work trucks and I will always continue to use them. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always pleasant from the lady that answers the phone to the drivers. We have had trucks break down in weird places and they never complain, and always get it. It is nice running a business knowing if something goes wrong they always got it!! Thanks!

Once again. I am at the mercy of a tow truck company. Blew a brake line. UGH. Scary as hell! I called 7 tow truck companies. Either not available. Or something else. I called B & B!! Yeah!! 30 minutes later. He arrives. I think his name was Brandon. Nice, nice, nice.

Your driver was unprofessional and rude. He was upset because we refused service on a vehicle a customer was having towed. The situation had nothing to do with him. Also, he wrote a review talking about discrimination and we wasted his time! We didn't hire him or your company. We have a dedicated company we use.

Robert came to the rescue and picked up the tanker that sink to the ground. He's a real professional he got the work done safe and quick less than 20 minutes the trailer was out of the ground and sitting on the plate.
Mr Robert came out to quality carrier and my tank was sunk off in the ground and he got it out in less than 20 min fastest I ever seen in my life great communication and hard worker
My vehicle was recently towed by this company, which I’m not even mad about the fact my car was towed— I mistakenly parked in the wrong lot, so that is on me. HOWEVER; my car was towed in the middle of the night on Friday, so when I called Saturday morning in order to figure out how to get my car back the woman on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. She was absolutely no help, refusing to so much as give me an address to the location to confirm if my vehicle was in their lot (she wouldn't confirm it for me over the phone, I was also worried about it having been stolen) after being told I would have to call back Monday morning at 8. This business model of towing people's cars in the middle of the night right before you're about the close for the weekend, leaving people UNABLE to pick up their cars, and proceeding to charge them $125 holding fee AND $30 PER DAY is absolutely vile and how you ruin people's lives. I am not from the Memphis area-- I was fortunate enough to be able to just crash with my boyfriend until Monday but not without missing work because I was unable to drive back home (I live over an hour out of Memphis-- I am also lucky to have been able to miss work without losing my job.). It is not out of the realm of possibility for someone to be here overnight, without the money for a hotel, without anywhere to stay, and to be left stranded and in danger. There is NO indication ANYWHERE that they're closed over the weekend, their hours on Google say they are open 24/7, any signs posted simply have the phone number to the emergency line where I spoke to the woman who provided no help. This business model frankly feels like extortion-- they are taking advantage of the fact their hours are not posted anywhere to get more money out of people.
They towed my girlfriends car on a Saturday. When we called that day, the person who answered was incredibly rude and of absolutely no help, only telling us to call back on Monday at 8am because they were closed until then. She wouldn't even give us an address or verify that they picked up my girlfriend's car. Their practice of towing on weekends then not allowing someone to pick up their car until Monday while charging them $30 per day is borderline extortion. Because the woman on the phone was no help: don't bother calling about your car until Monday at 8am, it's $125 holding fee plus $30 per day, cash only (there's an ATM at the gas station down the road). The only reason I give more than 1 star is a man named JR whom we were directed to on Monday morning who was incredibly kind and helpful and quickly helped us get the car back.
Horrible horrible service. The dispatcher was very rude and hung up the phone in my face. Waited over 3 hours for their service. If you’re paying out of pocket and not using AT&T Roadside Assistant, please don’t patronize this business! Go with a better company who values all their customers…
They need to get a better dispatcher she has a nasty attitude. Don't even try help a customer on the waiting time. Rude plus their wait time is ridiculous. Only because I'm with AT&T roadside service is the only reason I'm using them. I'm being nice about my rating of them
Horrible company! My vehicle was towed to them from an accident and I released the vehicle the next day to have it removed off their lot. However, when the other company was trying to get it a worker lied and said that my vehicle was not released so they could not get it. I got my insurance involved day one and had to go up there numerous times and snap on them because they were trying to get money by holding my vehicle on their lot for a whole week. Then this reap off towing company ended up towing my vehicle to the repair shop the last I was up there around 12pm I checked on my vehicle and got a movie out for my son. My truck was working then and between 12:30pm and 2:30pm my vehicle was completely dead. Not turning on at all. What happened to my vehicle between that time? I have a witness from the repair shop on how my vehicle arrived and how it was left. This is not acceptable because the driver shouldn't have been messing with the inside of my truck.
I have had the best experience with B&B. Was given eta time of 30 to 45 minutes and guy showed up in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional . I will definitely use this company again.
The customer service I received was abysmal. When I called to check on my towed vehicle, they hung up on me twice. It took 3 phone calls to get simple information.
Great service from the driver Kurt. He got my car to the shop early to be first in line. He even waited for it to open to hand the key to the shop owner. Excellent job B & B Towing.
My car broke down just east of Memphis with just me and a baby and the gentleman that picked up my car named John I think was just awesome. He helped get the car seat out of my vehicle and made the whole situation less stressful. Thank you!!
Best tow company out there they were nice and professionals and to the dumb broad who said they wouldn't show up after they heard your son talking to the police is because the police has to dispatch the wrecker out there there is a police rotation list that the wrecker company is on so next time before you want to talk done on a company know the facts first second I know other tow companies that charges 125 and up past midnight
Don't use this service! Called for a tow truck and was told that the price could go up depending on condition of the vehicle. Although the situation was described to the dispatcher perfectly, the price went up by $40. Then, when the young man couldn't take a credit card, even though the dispatcher said he would be able to do so, it took a trip to the bank. And then the price went up again by $35. The dispatcher was rude and unprofessional as well.
Absolutely ridiculous. Called them at midnight. Wanted to charge $125 from Germantown Pkwy to midtown but after they heard me talking to police officer, they declined to come out. They must have a bad reputation with MPD.
