Me & my older brother just came from Wiley’s gave my brother the hook up on a few parts on his Benz & they also already had the exact parts we needed ready to go, he also walked back & showed me all of their inventory, would especially recommend this company with anyone with a Benz or other vehicle, Very quick, easy, and kind businessmen
It’s honestly a pretty good place. They have a wide selection of Mercedes and I ven a bunch of other cars like Toyota Nissan and others. I thought they only had Mercedes. Ask To speak w Dave or David they usually hook people up w better prices They got wheels and a lot of other things and also they can sometimes order parts for you from other places. I been going to them for about 5+ years now and so far it’s been great for me! They even service Mercedes for good prices. They serviced mine for a pretty good price if you ask me. Definitely 1000x better than Mercedes asking for the price of a whole car just to service mine. I do recommend this place. Otherwise I wouldn’t spend 10 minutes writing a whole review
Great experience! Very professional. David fixed my Mercedes quickly and did a terrific job. Will be my new go to for any and all repairs from now on. Test drove it with the owner and everyone was super nice. So grateful to have found this shop!
David took my e500 in and figured out my problem and fixed me up right. These guys are the go to for anything on Mercedes. Took care of me and had me on the road when no one else could even figure out what the issue was
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They’ve had my car for almost two months!!! They replaced parts that were already put on brand new before I brought my car to them. They gave me different days to pick my car up saying it would be ready and it wasn’t. They put my car on the computer for days and were still guessing on exactly what the problem was!! When I called l, the owner was very frustrated, and told me to come pick up my car plus pay for the parts that they put on… MY CAR IS NOT FIXED. MY CAR IS LITERALLY IN THE SAME STATE IT WAS IN WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF COMMUNICATION SUCKS! YOU CAN HARDLY GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE! Needless to say NEVER AGAIN
I do not live in the Memphis area and have been calling this place for 2 weeks straight!! No one ever answers the phone and today someone answered the phone but no one said anything, I just heard people talking in Arabic in the background. Why even have a phone?
I called for a starter, the guy told me over and over that it was already taking off the vehicle. Make it up to the shop just to waste another hour for them take it off. Very very very unprofessional!!!
They are horrible. I bought a hub bearing assembly first they gave me the wrong one I took it back they gave me another one. My mechanic said it was too rusty and would not work. I took it back and they told me I needed to buy the bearings and they would press them in for me and it wouldn’t cost me much. I asked how much and they wouldn’t tell me just kept saying not much. I asked why can’t you just change it out and give me another part they said they would have to ask the manager. Just kept lying. Why should I have to buy the bearings and then you charge me to press them in you should have told me it would be free. They such and I will never go back
12-21-23 Called serval times from my Transmission Shop. I called today and was instantly put on hold with no warning. I was left on hold for over 34 mins. This is a horrible way to do business.
It was the worst repair experience ever. I paid a total of $3,395 to fix my car, but they didn't repair it at all, and it felt like they were cheating me. They presented me with a bill, but there was no actual repair work done. First, they charged me $260 for a new battery, but they didn't replace it; they left the same old battery in. Surprisingly, the battery died after just a month and a half. When I contacted them, they claimed that someone might have stolen my car's battery and replaced it, which seemed highly unlikely. On another call, they even raised their voices in frustration. Second, I paid $1,500 for body and bumper repairs and even purchased all the necessary parts myself. However, they only installed some of the parts, and the rest mysteriously disappeared. They essentially did nothing for the body of the car. Third, I felt exploited because I am an international student. I couldn't believe this could happen in the US, a place I had trusted.
Very helpful!! Even during the ice storm in February, they helped me get a transmission for a reasonable price. The communication was amazing!! Ms. Jenny is wonderful!! I'll be back for sure.
The employees at Wiley imports were courteous, and they sent pictures to confirm that the parts were correct before we arranged for shipment. They even confirmed the pickup by the shippers to see the sale through to its final phase. I am very grateful for their assistance.

I called them about a part, specified the part #, and was told they definitely had it in stock. I grabbed a company check and went to go pick it up. When I got there, I was told that they didn't have it but could have it by the next day for double the price quoted. No, dude. I don't think so. I would pay triple if I have to, to get it anywhere but there.
This is the place to go!!! They know what they are doing me helped me get a new radiator today. I am also driving a Mercedes that I bought the transmission for over a year ago am it runs great. Thanks again to you guys up there!!

Very very good place to get parts from. My e55 AMG has been broken down for 2 years due to everything I needed being on backorder. Thanks to Wiley’s I was finally able to get my car on the road and for a really good price. Not to mention I called and told them I was coming from 3 hours away and I’d be getting there very close to the time they close and they pulled it and had it ready for me when I got there! Couldn’t have had a better experience. If you need German car parts these guys are definitely the guys to go to.
Worst experience ever! I spent $3000 on body and suspension parts from Wiley Imports after closer examination at the shop my mechanic noticed Wiley Imports sold me parts that they labeled to be driver side but they where all passenger side. Clearly a inhouse mistake. They took no responsibility for there mistake. Called and was told that they couldn't do anything to reimburse me the$290 in parts because its been 30 days even tho this was clearly a issue with incompitant staff.
These guys are used car parts hustlers. One employee quoted me a price and when I went in another employee tried to up the price by a hundred dollars. Then when I got the part and installed it, it was bad. No refund or exchange. These guys are just out to take your money and don’t care how they get it.
Mr. Davis' is an ethically motivated people person first and a business man second who is not motivated by greed which is why you can feel confident that you will get "generous and honest care" for your vehicle from a professional mechanic with decades of combined national and international experience. Those priceless values of "generous, honest care" and "diversified experience" are not reflected in what you're getting in all of his service fees. Any service quality is as only good as the person doing the work.
So I was finally able to get a hold if sonesom to ask then why is it that when I dropped my car off for a simple diagnostic for my car running hot that when I get my car back it will not go anywhere when you press on the gas. The guy placed me on hold, cane back and talked over me basically said they didn't do anything but look and a water leak but the fact still remains that I've never had teasmiseiont issues, when I brought them my car I could drive it , and I get the car back and then I can't drive it ? I feel like I was take advantage of because im a minority female but I can assure you I will make sure MY story is heard. FYI I have purchased used parts from them is the past with no problem but my exierexper this time was horrific .I will be reporting them and if the news will listen I'll be letting Andy wise know as well .
Serpentine Belt broke on me and I made it to a truck stop off the I-40. Was looking for mechanics and came across Davis Automotive, LLC. Called and spoke to his assistant and said he was in Memphis, but he would call me and see what was going on. Talked to him on the phone. He was able to get the belt and meet me at the truckstop. Found another issue and fixed that as well as the main issue. Cost wise, parts and labor were reasonable. (William) Davis and his assistant were pleasant and were very helpful and informative. I was on my way in about 3 hours. Thanks again guys! Highly recommended.
