We received endless compliments from our guests about our wedding at The Magnolia. We wish we could do it all over again — we wouldn’t change a thing!

We recently got married here (11/15/25) at The Magnolia and it was such a dream!!! We used this venue as a destination wedding, coming from Houston, Texas, and we cannot count how many times our wedding guests said how beautiful and perfect this venue is. This venue is truly so stunning and was so perfect. Macey was always there to answer our questions, if we needed a quick meeting for final touches, and was so timely to answer our emails! We cannot recommend The Magnolia enough for a beautiful Smoky Mountains wedding!

We could not imagine a more perfect place to get married than The Magnolia Venue. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views, and our guests felt the same way. So many people told us it was one of the most beautiful venues they had ever seen, and it truly created the most unforgettable backdrop for our day. While arranging shuttle transportation for all guests took a bit of coordination, it was absolutely worth it to ensure everyone arrived comfortably and safely. If you’re considering The Magnolia, don’t hesitate - it’s a dream venue in every way.

My husband and I had the most dreamy, magical wedding at The Magnolia on October 5th. This venue, with its sweeping views of the mountains, is like something out of a fairytale. Macey and the team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I couldn't recommend this venue more highly. I truly cannot express enough how gorgeous this wedding venue is, the view is absolutely stunning along with the venue itself! I was hesitant on having a destination wedding (traveled from MI) but I am so glad we did! from planning the wedding to when we arrived the morning of we were instantly greeted with smiling faces and such kind people. The bridal suite is so beautiful and perfect for getting ready. Our vendors were amazing and everyone was so kind and organized, we cannot thank The Magnolia enough for such a perfect day. If you are thinking about booking this venue, BOOK IT!!!

Our wedding at The Magnolia Venue was an absolute dream come true! Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee, the views were breathtaking and made for the most stunning backdrop to our day. The entire Magnolia and Elite Planning team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail, organization, and genuine care made the entire experience stress-free and unforgettable. Every moment was exactly what I had always dreamed of, truly beautiful and perfect in every way. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or team to bring our wedding vision to life!

From the moment we stumbled onto this venue through an Instagram post, we knew that we wanted to get married at the Magnolia. The venue itself and the views of the Smoky Mountains are breath-taking, and our experience with the venue and staff was nothing short of exceptional. It was raining on and off for most of our wedding day and the staff made sure we were prepared for either an indoor or outdoor ceremony, right up to the last minute. During the months leading up to the wedding, Magnolia team members were available for conversations and questions and the whole team worked to make our experience top-notch. I would recommend this venue to just about anyone – you absolutely get your money’s worth, and I can guarantee you will make memories to last a lifetime.

How to start/where to start? Well, from the very beginning. At our engagement party, someone in passing had mentioned the Smoky Mountains as a great place to celebrate an Adventurous Kind of Love. I (the Bride) began to research the area, and I instantly fell in love with the area of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. How had I not been here before?!? I booked a range of venues to tour, but one stood out beyond all the rest, not only did this venue meet all of our needs for our wedding, but the breathe-taking views swept us off our feet. The Magnolia was love at first sight. Upon touring, we knew instantly that this is where we would celebrate our Adventurous Kind of Love. Following our tour, we knew we had to secure our spot. Macey was EXCELLENT with communication from start to finish. We cannot thank her enough for being incredibly easy to work with. She promotes the fairy-tale and ensures the couple feels special during their time to shine. After 14 wonderful years together, we knew that when we decided to officially tie the knot, we wanted a venue that was nothing less than epic. Macey, Rene, and the team at the Magnolia were just that EPIC. Our guest, and our wedding party have RAVED about our venue. The day of our wedding, 08.31.25, Rene was on sight with us, and was an excellent captain to steer our ship. She was bubbly, detail oriented, and kept cool as a cucumber (whereas the Bride and Groom were not). My husband and I are eternally grateful to the Magnolia. It is where we share some of our fondest memories together, and with our family & friends. We will never forget our magical time spent at the Magnolia, nor the special people behind the scenes that made it all come together. 11/10 would recommend ?

I cannot say enough about the Magnolia Venue! We got married on 09.02.25 and it was the best day ever! The venue is perfect for an intimate wedding! We had around 30 guests and the venue felt just right. The views of the mountain are absolutely breath taking. The bridal suite is amazing, stocked with small snacks, waters and a steamer! The staff was great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The only thing that could have made it better was to have the venue available until all hours of the night to dance the night away ;)

This venue gave us the rustic glam setting I have always dreamed about, and we feel so lucky to have celebrated one of the most important days of our lives here. We got married at the Magnolia in April 2023 and would highly recommend. We are from the midwest so almost all guests had to travel, but it was an amazing weekend and everyone loved the venue. We booked about 20 months before our wedding which allowed us to book the house rental up by the venue for the groomsman for the weekend. This was extremely convenient so the guys could get ready here and it was a short walk for the first look and pictures. Overall I would highly recommend this venue. The views are absolutely mesmerizing. The venue staff and our planners at Elite Wedding Planning were amazing to work with. There are a couple of downsides, but none of them outweigh how amazing the Magnolia is, I just wish I knew a few beforehand. If the bride is on the left hand side, you may be staring into the sun the entire ceremony. I did not expect this and it was unfortunate but did not ruin the night. There is a shuttle onsite to take guests back, however the majority of our guests stayed until the wedding/DJ ended. This is a good problem to have, but we had to wait about an hour to get a shuttle back since everyone stayed so late. The wedding venue rental is until 11, but there is a noise ordinance which meant all music had to be done by 10. This meant last call was 9:15 and the bar closed at 9:30. Being from the Midwest this was 8:30 central time, so very early for our guests. Our ceremony was at 4 but I’d recommend having it earlier so there is more time to enjoy the reception. Overall this is an amazing venue with amazing and friendly staff. I would highly recommend anyone gets married here. Over two years later and people continue to rave about how amazing the wedding and venue was. We were so lucky to find The Magnolia!

This view is breathtaking--and you can enjoy the scenery from any spot at the venue. The reception building is glass on all sides and lets the light in beautifully. I photographed a wedding here on a rainy day in July and the rain didn't take away from the party one bit. Highly recommend.

Just WOW! We had our wedding here and it was breathtaking! The Magnolia is a well oiled machine! They have everything so organized and are so professional! It was also so easy to plan! We were planning from out of state and the fact that they have preferred venders made everything seamless and that much easier to plan. Everyone was so nice and they took care of everything the day of so we didn't have to think about anything and just enjoyed the day! We didn't need to worry about weather but they have the plan B option with the covered patio which really calmed my nerves because I knew either way it would be amazing! So happy we picked this location! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our wedding here on 3.14.25, Pi Day! WHAT.A.DREAM. When I first searched this venue up on Google I just knew I had to see it for myself in person and let me tell you.. the pictures don’t do this place justice. We immediately booked it. Macey and her team were so helpful with answering any questions we had and providing a preferred vendors list. We basically booked and LOVED everyone on that list. We were an out of state couple and she made the entire process so easy, we literally could not have done it without her and our coordinators (Custom Love Gifts). If you’re on the fence about booking here, just do it! My only “complaint” if you can call it that, was that I wish that the bridal suite was available earlier than 10am. Other than that, our day was everything we had hoped for and more.

We had our wedding at the Magnolia Venue on May 13th, 2025. It was a dream come true. We are from PA and our first time seeing the venue was the day of our wedding. I have never seen a more beautiful venue, and Macey and the team couldn't have been more helpful in the year leading up. We used their recommend vendors and have nothing but amazing feedback for them all. They are a group of amazing people who genuinely want you to have the best day of your life. Honestly I cannot say enough good things. So many photo opportunities that are even more beautiful than the last. Bridal suite was gorgeous. Having the flexibility to move due to weather saved me so much stress. All of our guests are still talking about how gorgeous and perfect the day was. The shuttle service was easy and super helpful to our guests as well! I cannot thank yall enough for making our wedding day just like we dreamed!

Words and photos cannot adequately describe how beautiful this venue is. We had some rain during our wedding on 4/22/25, and even with the clouds and fog, the views were absolutely stunning. I had many people come up to me saying this was the most beautiful wedding they have been to. Macey has been so kind and quick to respond throughout the wedding process, and we are extremely satisfied with our experience. We truly had the best day ever!

We attended a wedding here in the beginning of May. It was easy to find the parking lot and the shuttle was quick. The actual venue was decorated beautifully and the views are stunning. The food was good, and they had prepared a special gluten free plate for one of our party members. The bar service was efficient and very friendly. It was a cool perk that they accepted both cash and electronic tips - they had a sign with cashapp and venmo info. That was such a nice thing for us because we didn't have any cash so we could just send them over a tip. It was a cooler night, so I was cold almost the entire night. I was surprised the venue didn't have an outdoor heater or anything. I would recommend bringing an extra sweater with you for the cooler air. My husband was even cold in his suit and jacket. It wasn't unbearable or anything, but it was uncomfortable. The other downside was that there are only two bathrooms for the guests - so at times there was quite a wait. At the end of the evening, the shuttle back to the parking lot was quick and an easy ride. We were worried about it taking a long time since there were many guests, but it didn't feel like we waited a long time or anything. Of note though the parking lot itself is gravel and my heels sank into the ground everywhere - might be a good idea to wear flats until you get into the actual venue. Overall a great wedding and a beautiful venue.

My wife and I chose this venue for our destination wedding on 10/12/24 and it did not disappoint! We were looking for a venue with views of the mountains and a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. The Magnolia team was very helpful in answering all of our questions and made for a seamless planning experience.

We absolutely loved this venue! We are still in awe from our day we didn’t want it to end! To the amazing views, amazing vendors, and the Magnolia staff we could not have asked for anything more! The Magnolia was the perfect setting for our wedding! All the planning was so easy, especially being out of state. We really lucked out finding a venue that had open vendors, could provide our own alcohol, and have our fur babies with us! We had a winter wedding and were assured that they never had to cancel a wedding due to snow and ice before which put us at ease and we certainly lucked out with a perfect day on 12/30! We were also able to get an suv sized trailer up the mountain if you are thinking of bringing lots of decor. All of our guests were in awe with the space and haven't stopped talking about it! I had my destination wedding here on 10/22/24. It is absolutely breathtaking. This venue is so worth touring and booking, you won’t be disappointed at all. The staff were all lovely people and made sure the day went smoothly along with my day-of-coordinator’s team. They made an amazing difference to my day, especially when it didn’t start out as the greatest morning for me. The venue is unbelievable and the views are next level. I would get married here in every lifetime! Thank you so much for making sure our day was beautiful.

We had an absolute magical wedding at The Magnolia in October! The views were gorgeous, the space was beautiful, the bridal suite was perfect, and Macey and the rest of the crew were wonderful to work with! While we spent a pretty penny having the wedding here, it was hands down the best decision we could have made (and we ultimately saved money by relying on the stunning atmosphere instead of florals or excessive decorations). If you have the means to have your wedding here, we highly recommend! Our guests were blown away by the location and are still talking about it weeks later!!

We got married at The Magnolia on 5/24/24. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The venue is gorgeous. Macey was incredible to work with from the start. She was kind, friendly, and professional. She was so helpful leading up to our wedding and on the day of our wedding too. We were married on 04.18.2024, and the The Magnolia was the perfect venue for us. The combination of locality to the downtown Pigeon Forge parkway while also being quiet and secluded is an absolute win. The venue itself is gorgeous. We actually visited it three times across three seasons (fall, winter, spring). Depending on when you choose to have your wedding we can guarantee you won't be disappointed with the mountain backdrop. Also, because the venue itself and surrounding mountains are beautiful, we actually went light on the florals (in case you are looking to save some money somewhere in your budget!) Communication with The Magnolia team was fantastic, and the pricing options for time of year/day of week are far more reasonable compared to so many other options we looked at for a mountain wedding across other venues in TN, VA, WV, and GA! Now, we can't go without mentioning the shuttle service. The Magnolia works with Elite Shuttle Services and provides 1 free shuttle for a specified amount of of time, to which you can add more time for an additional cost. You can also add a second shuttle for an additional cost. The shuttles can pick up and drop off guests from their lodging within a 10 mile radius of the venue. We had two shuttles and this was absolutely one the best decisions we made, and a compelling factor as to why we chose The Magnolia. Feedback we received from our guests was the whole afternoon/evening felt easy, efficient, and professional with how those logistics were handled. Getting up to venue can be a bit scary the first time, but if you have an AWD vehicle then you'll be fine. Like we mentioned, we visited the venue 3 times and each time the road quality improved due to cabin construction at lower points of elevation than the venue itself. Long story short, drive slow and it'll be well worth it if you plan to visit the venue.

We had our wedding at the Magnolia on March 29th and it was everything I ever dreamed of and more. The team at the Magnolia is so professional. The value for the cost was well worth it. We worked with them and Elite Event Services to have a day that flowed perfectly. The getting ready space, the three distinct areas for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and the knoll for a first look? Perfection. I cannot recommend this venue enough for the mountain wedding of your dreams.
