I was in town visiting and my car started acting crazy. Being 3 hours from home, panic set in. They scanned it and it showed 8 misfires. Instead of just sending me on my way (like other stores), a gentleman came out and looked under the hood. His opinion was I had bad gas. He recommended a treatment that I put in the tank. Come to find out, he was right. After driving a while after the treatment, all lights went off and my car drove normal again. Thank you!

Was having battery issues with our car while on vacation, asked for help testing and possibly replacing the battery and was essentially told to kick rocks. Will not be visiting this location again.

Cashier was very rude and could’ve handled the situation differently

We are vacationing, and my car started misfiring pretty bad. Timothy had no hesitation or issue helping us change a spark plug 30 minutes before they closed. Made it to our rental safe because of him; thank you!

Chad is the truth! His expertise and dedication made all the difference. He's incredibly helpful, honest, and treats you like a friend. He is wholeheartedly recommended. I asked if he wanted to get food and told me he'd like a nice review instead.

They had what I needed and made sure I was good to go. Check them out if your having any vehicle or atv issues first.

Had bad experiences with staff that made me refuse to ever go to another O'Reilly's. One day I asked if they had any more of something, and very rudely, as if I had disturbed royalty, I was told "if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it". It was the attitude and energy. idk how it is today, but I've lived here for 13 years and when I was visiting, I almost always was met with gruffness, and distastefulness. One of the employees got into a scream cussing match with my friend's stepdad one day, but I was so young I of course didn't leave a review. Not going to say don't go here, just be weary.

I guess being from out of town don't help out with the hospitality of the smokey Mountains. Not helpful at all. Soon as I walked in I can tell by the employee body language he wasn't going to be helpful. Lucky their neighbor AutoZone was there and very helpful. 5 stars for Autozone.

On our first day of vacation our truck had engine troubles. Went into O’Reillys to have them scan to see what was wrong. Turned out to be two engine cylinders misfiring. A couple of hundred dollars and a hour of labor in the parking lot, we were up and running…we thought. Day three, it happened again. Back to O’Reillys we went. One of the parts went bad. The young man behind the counter said he could diagnose the problem and put my truck into Limp Mode because he didn’t know what he was doing. After doing this, he upsold me on a replacement, then refused to re-scan the OBDII when it happened again. Day four, ended up renting a car and taking our truck to Firestone where they found that the part that the young man upsold me didn’t have all the parts to work. Needless to say, I’m $700 deep in repairs, rental car and parts. Went back in for a refund on the bad parts and the guys in there wouldn’t even look me in the eye. Service sucks in Pigeon Forge, TN. Note: Always buy parts with “Lifetime Warranty” Advance Auto Parts and Firestone were the best to help us. There’s a good reason the parking lot at O’Reillys is empty.

Recently while doing a scavenger hunt with a motorcycle group. One of the requirements was to get a picture of your group (along with the bikes) inside an autoparts store. The manager Timothy was very helpful and instead of allowing us to take the picture in the back of the store. He said we could use the main front inside! If I could give this store 10 stars I would! Thanks Timothy!!

I needed plug wires for my car so called this location to have them ordered. They told me they would be in next day. Called when they were supposed to be in and after being told I hadn’t even ordered anything, they finally found the order. Wouldn’t be in until the following day. I understand parts not being delivered because of a holiday but if I had been told this when I called then I would have found them somewhere else.

We were on vacation and my battery died. Went to different locations without any positive outcome. Then I found O’reillys and Chad. The outcome was wonderful. I was looking at huge cost to get my car repaired. He sold me a battery and very helpful support and assistance. Thank you very much.

While on vacation, our battery died. We got a jump then went to O'Reilly in Pigeon Forge for a new battery. Danny was amazing. He installed it for us then checked the alternator. This gave us peace of mind for the ride home. Five star service from Danny!

One of the only places that carry parts for some late model gm cars

Workers were not very friendly. We was on a family vacation, and had to do emergency brake repair. Came into the store to get what was needed and another family member that was with us experienced an issue with their brakes too. Employees were more concerned with keeping the lot clean and clear. Also didn't want to let us rent tools, had to buy what we needed. Diffinatly not like our stores back home I'm southern indiana! Next time we will use Auto Zone!

Was in a pinch with a bad thermostat on vacation. John was more than helpful getting me my part quickly so I could get it switched out before bad weather rolled in. Always use them anywhere I go for this reason. Thanks a ton John!

We were vacationing in the area. Our jeep had a caliper locking up. None of the service shops had time to get to it. O'Reilly had all the tools and parts in stock and allowed me to fix it in their side lot. Thanks for saving our day!!!!!

When I went to this location Chad was amazing. He went out of his way to help me find items to use on fireplaces that was meant for cars. Chad could’ve just brushed me off and sent me to Home Depot but instead he was genuinely happy & helpful . I wish there was more of him everywhere ☺️. He made my day a lot easier.

These people are a joke do not lose your breaks and need them to turn them for you. They will give you the run around and keep pushing it off to someone else that does the same thing. My truck has been on the side of the road for 3 days and I’m still trying to get my rotors turned I tried Saturday was told to come back Monday morning I’m here now told Tuesday. I will never go back to this location again. EVER

We had a check engine light come on in our camper van while staying at a nearby national park. The folks at O'Rileys we're extremely helpful as well as very knowledgeable! They made what could have been a really big deal into a manageable situation for us and helped us get all the answers we needed even though the part we need can only be ordered from the dealer. Can't say enough good things about these folks! Hope the management sees this and gives the staff some praise for their helpful attitude, superior knowledge and the best customer service we've had in a long time! Thank you!

So glad we chose this location to run diagnostics. We got better service here than we get at our O'Reilly back home. We had a bad battery and alternator and they had both in stock luckily. Tim was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. Not only did he diagnose our issue but he recommended us to Pigeon Forge Tire Service nearby, which really helped us out. We might have been stranded had we not chose to visit this location, where I could tell they really cared about us and getting us taken care of. You don't always get that type of experience from auto parts stores anymore, so we are very thankful and highly recommend!

While in Pigeon Forge the check engine light came on my truck. Not a good feeling when traveling on a holiday week. I was sitting at the O’Reilly store on Wears Valley Rd. when they opened at 7am. Told the gentleman my issue. He grabbed his coat/computer and out the door he went to access the problem. Took great care of me and treated me like a family member. WOW, people like this are just a rare breed these days. Thank you sir! You were a blessing to me today! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

I was experiencing an issue with my wiper motor on a rainy day and called this store to see if there was a replacement in stock. Talking with the associate on the phone left me feeling incompetent. I am proficient in car maintenance but I am no expert in the field wiper motors. Entering the store I felt as if all therein had unanimously taken their breaks, upon further searching, a man (I believe his name was Timothy) sat at the farthest register with not a word spoken. Speaking to the man gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing him. This man personified "it's not my job" and to say this store lacked in the principal of going above and beyond is an understatement. However, the evening associate (Chadwick) who helped me after I replaced the part was very friendly.

Made a quick stop here. The restrooms were clean, the staff is helpful. We were quickly in and out and got the brake pads we needed. There is lots of parking space and we had plenty of room to change out our brake pads without being in anyone's way. Thanks, O'Reilly's!!! ?

Needed a battery, called and asked if they could possibly stay open past business hours. Not only did they stay open until we could get there, they were more than accommodating with tools and even offered a helping hand with the battery. Extremely grateful for the fantastic employees at O'Reilly. Thank you so much!

We are on vacation in Pigeon Forge and woke up to a dead battery on the car. We found O'Reillys and they had us fixed in no time. The staff was wonderful, especially Merle. He was so friendly and came out and put our new battery in...we were in and out in 15 minutes and able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!

This O'Reillys saved us. We had to buy an alternator, they had one left in stock. My husband had to put it on himself because we were from out of town and didn't know anyone. Their employee, Joshua was a tremendous help to my husband! He went out of his way to help him. Came out in the heat to help him take out and put in the alternator. We had our 2 children with us and if he didn't help my husband we would have been there all day. This man didn't have to come out but he did and to me that is amazing. He deserves a raise. I know that may be extreme but he showed such professionalism and excellent customer service in our darkest time of need.i seriously can't say enough good things about this man. He was a true southern man to help someone in their time of need. As a result of this man's actions we will be O'Reilly shoppers for life. They will get all our business.
