I don't believe I'm making an unreasonable request.
I never asked for the car to be restored to a brand-new condition.
However, if you consider yourselves professional repair specialists, I doubt even you would be satisfied with the current level of exterior repair.
I understand and accept the use of used parts, but using damaged used parts and taping them together as a temporary fix cannot be considered proper repair work.
The more I think about it, the more I feel that your repair service was unacceptable.
I am not satisfied with the work done, and I would like to request a refund for the incomplete and improper repair.
Additionally, I’d like to provide a more detailed explanation.
After the car accident at the end of last November, I entrusted the repair with the promise that it would be completed within three weeks—by Christmas. However, the repair wasn’t done as promised. I then tried to pick up the car on January 2nd, but due to an unresolved airbag warning issue, the repair was delayed for an additional two weeks, and I finally received the car in mid-January.
However, the damaged underbody cover was still left unrepaired, and the joint area around the right headlamp was poorly aligned, so I requested a rework. Over the next one to two months, I was told that the delay was due to your health issues and that the headlamp was to blame for the poor exterior alignment. Still, no actual repair was carried out.
During that time, I followed up several times over the course of two months, but all my inquiries were met with complete silence. While I’m sympathetic to your health situation, your lack of communication and the unwillingness to take any responsibility has completely destroyed my trust in you.
That’s why I decided to take the car back. Even now, the A/C isn’t working, but I haven’t raised any issue about it—because I already know there will be no response.
That’s why it’s rather ironic to see you responding immediately here.
They did a great job on my truck. They had a lot of problems with my insurance adjuster, but we worked through it! Would use again.. would reccomend to others.
