GREAT BUSINESS!!! My ball joints & axle broke today on my Truck, in the school line picking up my daughter. I was in a panic. Drake’s tow truck showed up in a matter of minutes and treated my situation like professionals They pulled my truck on the wrecker very gently so it wouldn’t cause more damage. He took care of my truck like it was his own. Ryan was very personal and professional and made my situation go from really bad to not as bad! I cannot recommend them enough for your car care needs!! It's rare to find a well run and truly family owned shop these days but Drake's is one of the few left. They were honest and timely with southern hospitality. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone around
These folks are lifesavers. My F250 broke down at the end of the day, in the middle of nowhere 4 hours from home. They responded immediately after working hours, gave me a tow back to the shop. Got on my truck first thing in the morning, diagnosed, ordered the part needed, made the repair, and had me back on the road again by noon. Very professional and friendly. Wish I had a shop like this near home.
Fantastic Service and great mechanics and prices. Family run and they do almost anything. Got my brakes done on front and rear on a German Import and they did Fantastic work. Thank You.

The most honest repair shop we’ve ever dealt with. When we moved from Greenbrier we tried a shop within a mile from our home but was so unimpressed we gave them no business and went straight back to Drake’s, not minding the half hour drive. John’s a man of integrity-hard to find these days.
Took over two weeks to get an appointment dropped car off been there a day and a half had not heard anything called and they had not even looked at my car. In the time I waited for the appointment and the time my car was there I could of had my brakes fixed by another shop 3 or 4 times for how long I waited. If you can do without your vehicle for weeks may be a good place to have it worked on?
Truck got towed out a lil after 10am on Monday and by 9am on Tuesday my ride was ready and they were very professional and drakes will get the job done in a timely manner and have you back on the road in no time. ??

Had my vehicle towed due to the snow/ice storm that came through last week that rendered my vehicle immobile on the shoulder of the road. Was informed by the RobCo police that I had 3 days to get my vehicle before it was towed, yet mine was towed off on the first night. I was charged $250 for an 8 mile tow, and feel completely taken advantage of. The service claims the price was due to the fact they “had” to go out late at night and get my vehicle. I reluctantly paid, half in cash and half in card, only to find out a couple days later they still charged the full $250 to my debit card. I was able to get my money back, along with a half hearted apology and fake smile. Appalling customer service.
Small shop big work. I was looking for a spare tire. Everyone had my tire but would not break up the set. Drake sold me a 60 percent tire and gave me the other 3 for free. They were 2 weeks behind and still mounted and balanced my tires. Highly recommended.
My car broke down on the highway while driving through Tennessee, and the state troopers recommended Drake's. I soon learned why! They arrived very quickly to tow my vehicle, and got the issue fixed very promptly. Every employee I encountered was extremely kind and helpful, and their prices were very competitive. Drake's took great care of me and my car when I needed it most.
1st time using Drakes. Had a great experience. Family owned. Everyone I spoke with were very nice and patient with me and my many calls. Had my car ready sooner than expected which made me super happy ! Will definitely be back !
Got off work today and noticed that my tps sensor was on and my tire was low on air. So I went to drake's and they were fantastic. I got there right before closing time and I felt really bad about showing up so late but they were very nice about it. They found a nail in my tire and showed it to me and where it was. They plugged it for me and I felt much better knowing the problem was fixed and I didn't have to worry about getting home safely. Very professional very courteous and Joey and mr john are great people and I would highly recommend them! 5 stars all the way
Drake's went above and beyond their auto repair job. My brother broke down on I65 after dark. They towed his truck and took him to a motel. He's severely diabetic and they delivered breakfast to him when picking him up after the vehicle repair. God bless you!

My family has been taking vehicles to these people for years. Have never had any issues. It’s really hard to find a mechanic you can completely trust but I can say with confidence that I would trust them with anything. Very kind and polite and are extremely knowledgeable. I’d give them 10 stars if I could...
My family has brought vehicles up here for a little while now. The workers are nice, they always do a good job, and they're clean (as clean as a mechanic can be though)
Recently had a break down several miles from home. Called Drakes and vehicle was on the roll back with end 45 Minutes and on the way to my mechanic. Reasonable price,I am satisfied and will call again if necessary
