I would recommend them to anyone. They made the repair process painless and took away the stress of the situation by working very well with my insurance adjuster. They paid attention to every detail and we walked through expectations for repair which were all met. In a timely manner as well. They even returned the rental car provided by insurance for me.
Ridgetop Collision Center did an excellent job on our 2022 Palisade. The work was high quality, the process was smooth, and the vehicle was returned to us looking like new. We’re very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend them. I can't say enough good things about the customer focused approach to doing business. Many shops today are corporate, and I feel like a number. Not at Ridgetop Collision!
Left my car their with minor dent in door , it look over 7 days to start working on it . Then after that took another 6 or 7 to finish ,picked up yesterday and missing pieces . Very disappointed
I have a long-overdue rave to give about the folks at Ridgetop! Last year we got caught in the cycle of almost losing my daughter's beloved Camry following a low-speed accident. The first place we ended up had sent in an estimate that instantly deemed the car totaled, and they were about to have it sent to salvage. I posted in a local FB group for help because I was certain the car should have been fixable, but in calling around I hadn't found anyone who was willing to try.
Chuck Bobinger responded to me and became the savior of this situation! He walked me through everything I needed to do. They fixed and replaced just what was needed mechanically and aesthetically, for a reasonable cost that ended up less than the settlement. The car was restored beautifully, quite literally "like it never happened." (One advantage of this terribly late review is I can attest that the car has been golden ever since and makes regular road trips.)
Suffice it to say if we're ever in this situation again, I will only believe a car is unfixable if Chuck tells me so!

Awesome shop! Brought my Tahoe to them so they could install new tail lights. They did a great job and got me in and out quickly. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Love this place

I left my daughter’s Nissan Altima in Ridgetop Collision Center’s care to be repaired after an accident, and it came back looking better than I’ve ever seen it!!! It was smashed in front and back, and they had it looking like a whole new car! James was absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience by staying in touch and letting me know what was going on with the process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The repair work was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the middle Tennessee area.
I took my wife's Kia here that had close to 10k of hail damage to it. I heard great things about this bodyshop so I decided to bring it in and get it repaired. I am giving Ridgetop 5 stars because when I got home I noticed my sunroof did not work and a couple of hail damaged spots were over looked. I called James and he told me to bring the car back. We walked around the car and relooked at the car together. He then said to leave the car and he would have it repaired and ready for me the next day. This is why the 5 stars. We all makes mistakes or over look things BUT how fast does the service repair center make it right and get right to it. James did this for us. From what I can tell if their is something over looked or a mistake made James stands by his word and makes it right quickly. The job they did turned out really well and I can not tell my car has been repaired and had some paint work done. I waited a few weeks to post my review because I wanted to make sure I did not see or notice any other things wrong. All is good, Job well done!
After my collision with a deer, my car looked awful. Both body and under the hood were just horrible. After insurance called, they set it up to have it towed to RCC. They made room for me and assured that it was in good hands. Throughout the process, they were attentive to what was necessary. They are a great trustworthy company. I felt comfortable leaving my auto investment in their hands. When I went to pick it up, they answered all my questions with confidence. I highly recommend this company over a corporation any day.

Everyone was great when my son had a wreck. The car ended up being totaled but James and the rest of the guys were great in dealing with insurance and went above and beyond what they had to do making sure we were taken care of.

I got sideswiped by a semi and had damage all down the left side of my car. Ridgetop got me an estimate in 24 hours. They worked with my insurance company, got parts ordered and we got the repairs done in less than 2 weeks. Also they found a broken rear shock that several mechanics had missed and repaired that as well. My car looks amazing and drives like a new car. Their staff is friendly and responsive. I can’t say enough good things about Ridgetop Collision. They took all the stress out of getting my car repaired.
