Great place and people and honest. I'd gotten an oil change at valvoline in Harriman and they tried to say my van had a fuel leak.... I called Midtown Auto Body because they can be trusted.... their mobile mechanic came and checked out my van with a scope and everything and there's no fuel leak. Definitely recommend Midtown Auto Body for a first call even for a oil change because no matter what they do they'll be honest and take care of you.
Yesterday while coming back with a load of hay my truck lost all power steering and started to over heat. I was 4 miles from the house so we limped back home.
I called Midtown auto body when I got home and realized my belt had in fact shredded. I knew they had recently added a mobile mechanic. With a trailer full of hay and the truck loaded with hay there was no way we were able to tow anywhere. This was at 12:40pm. By 1pm the mechanic has called me back and was on the way to see what all parts we needed. He was back by 230pm with all the tools and parts he would need.
Yall by 3p he was finished! Scotty was very knowledgeable and didn’t treat me like I didn’t know how to check the oil. Great customer service! Very knowledgeable! And quick! 100/10 recommend. This was one of the very best experiences I have had with a mobile mechanic.
I don’t give many reviews and especially knowing as a business owner how important it is. But I am beyond unhappy with my experience with this place. My vehicle runs worst now than before after $700 wasted money just to change 5 plugs and o2 sensor. I know parts are high but not this high and no way labor this much. Pricing was not known upfront and couldn’t guarantee it would work. The only guarantee was to take my money for something I would be embarrassed to send out the door. I hope you guys can do better in the future with others, not me or anyone I know. You should refund my money!

Let me start out by saying I rarely leave reviews. I especially hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses. I understand people need to feed their families. I am not leaving this review because parts were delayed. There are certain circumstances that are not in control of body shop. I'm leaving a poor review because they dropped the ball on things they could control. Multiple return trips back to the shop to fix what should have been repaired the first time. Not reinstalling factory parts. Lack of communication when informing us that parts are back ordered. Now I'm sitting in a tire shop getting new tires, because the alignment is off and has destroyed newer tires. The alignment was supposed to be completed by body shop. I'd search other body shops untill they can remedy their issues.
