These folks are AWESOME !!! They have "taken care " of the Hubby and I through "many" car Crisises. Including when the Hubby's car caught fire on the I40, to my car getting crunched. . My car broke down on the interstate on my way to Thanksgiving…everyone’s worst nightmare. Mike’s Body Shop got to me quickly and towed me to a nearby dealership. Huge thank you to Mr. Chuck for helping me out and being so kind in a stressful situation. Would recommend to anyone.

My grandpa broke down and Mike body shop did a amazing job on their tow service, I definitely recommend them!

I was driving on Route 40E before Gallaher Road in Kingston when I experienced a blowout. I was so stressed, but my husband called AAA and arranged a tow. Wanda, the dispatcher, and Wally, the driver, made the situation as pleasant as possible. They maintained clear communication, Wally arrived promptly, and he handled our car with care. I would feel very comfortable bringing my car to this service station in the future.

I never did business with Mike's Body shop. I only looked it up on Google. The post was supposed to be to Eddie's Body Shop. I gave up on all auto repair places and my son is going to fix my car. He works on it when he has time.

My experience with Mike's Body Shop was outstanding in every way. Hopefully I never need body work done again, but if I do I'll use Mike's.

Excellent friendly service. Replaced window that had been vandalized. Provided a ride home when I dropped off the vehicle. Repairs finished when promised

Only use insurance with this guy because Mike and Jason will rip you off With insurance Mike has no choice but to be on the up and up but my widowed mother was charged 2,075 dollars to fix her car but it never got fixed after she paid 1000$ up front to jason and yes she has receipts and the bank statement from where the check was cashed so when I called Mike and asked about my mother's car he acted like he didn't know anything about it I explained to him that's not what Jason is telling I explained that Jason collected $1,000 saying the money was going to both of them. My mother lived by herself and did not no its not customary to pay anything up front until the work is done of course she wouldn't notice because my father handled all the car work. All I can do is tell you about The Experience my mother and I had and I'm sure if she would have used her insurance this would never have happened

I came by here and found them from Google and they actually fixed my tire at no charge, thank you very much and I wish you continued success

My husband and I broke down on I40 on our way home from a trip to the Smokies. Mike and his team were amazing. From the tow truck driver that came to get us to his mechanics and office staff and Mike himself we're completely honest and up front every step of the way. We had to stay one night due to our repair. They made sure we had a room for the night and got us to and from the hotel. He kept us posted and was very open and honest with us every step of the way. He was also very helpful with the bill in the end very responsible!! Thanks to mike and his team we made it back home to Kentucky safe! I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks, Mike and team for all you did for us!!

Incredibly honest, trustworthy service. I broke down on I40 and Mike and his team took care of me all week. He got me in on a Saturday and communicated the options with me the whole way. Mike cares about his customers and it really shows.

So I'm gonna leave 5 stars. I'm pretty happy with what this shop did to my truck. They not only fixed the body damage but cleaned up the inside. The only thing I found that I didn't care for but I got it fixed was my emergency lights on my bumber was cut. I had to get them fixed. But with the deal they gave me I have no complaints.

Mike's came through our car broke down motorists helped me push it off the road Mike's came towed us home,,n helped us get it to the dealer,, Mike's went above n beyond to help us,,I would recommend anyone to Mike's auto body n mechanic shop,,thanks a bunch

I had my 2020 F250 repaired In the body shop. Just picked it up today. Completely satisfied with the repair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also I was picked up @ Mike's by Enterprise rental. Was able to leave car there for them to pick up. Wayne was great @ keeping in touch. Saved the best for last..........got a free t-shirt.

Mike is the man! I just had my new Jeep in for the Racing Strip to be put on. He was so helpful and his guy really went above and beyond to make sure he did just what I wanted. They did a great job and I will be back for more. The staff is great and they all are very friendly.

If you need your car fixed Mike's is the place to go! Recently took care of some work on one of our cars. Not only worked us into his schedule, but went above and beyond on our repair! Great folks and quality work.

They have been a life saver I accidentally left 1 of my truck doors unlocked and my transmission dipstick was stolen. I spent 3 weeks calling around and NO one had it or could order. I decided to call Mike's and they were able to get me one. I highly recommend.

Can't say enough about these people! It's never good when you have to do without your truck, mine had extensive damage. Mike's Body Shop goes the extra mile. Quality work, excellent service, finished when promised and pleasant people to work with. Oh, almost forgot, less expensive than the two other estimates I had.

Each time I have called upon Mikes the friendliness of the staff has put me at ease. Today I needed my new vehicle towed from my house to the dealership and they were right on top of it. Treated me like I was their one and only customer. That type of customer service is few and far between now a days and I just Thank them. I will definitely recommend Mikes in the future and will continue to call them in the future.

Excellent service. Unlike so many mechanic shops, Mike's isn't out to fleece you for as much as they can. They are honest and upfront about what things are going to cost, and I've had them even recommend I get another car instead of sinking money into repairs when it wouldn't be worth it. It is refreshing to find a place that honestly does out the customer first and tries to give the best service possible.
