Completely honest and straightforward people. No pressure to buy at all. The owner responded to emails after hours, upon arrival I was shown every issue known to the owners knowledge with the bike I purchased without having to ask. Very friendly people, helpful in everyway they can be. Highly recommend this business.
What an amazing place!!! We rode our motorcycles down from Michigan to ride some of the Smokey’s. Great experience!! The day we were packing up and heading back home, the risers on our handlebars broke off. I mean broke off!!! Now we are stuck in Sevierville TN, none of the many Harley Davison locations had the parts needed. Someone mentioned Cars and Cycles to us, I looked them up and of course they were closed on Fridays (this was Friday morning). We took the chance and called anyway. They answered!!!! They had the part on hand!!! The owner went to the store and hide it outside for us to pick up later. Not only did he have the part, he trusted us to leave cash hidden in place of the part.
We picked it up, replace the broken mounts and headed back north.
Great people do still exist!

Very small selection of parts, especially considering how highly this business came recommended. I generally dont like to post negative comments but feel I need to mention that The staff/ owner(?) was really quite rude and made us feel as if we were more of a nuisance than valued customers. Disappointing, after driving over an hour specifically to go there.

a very professional place with great deals. I bought an HDUC and absolutely love the bike. He was more than willing to go the extra mile for me to be happy with my purchase and helped make adjustments for items on the bike to suit me better for the test drive and explained how the entire bike worked (bells & whistles). Was sold a low compression oil burning engine through eBay seller only offered a couple hundred dollars for the inconvenience has been playing games with return labels starting off with a USPS label for freight contacted eBay case was put on hold for seller to provide an accurate return label seller provided a form on July 17th dated for delivery the 17th with no information following I contacted eBay I was told to give the seller a date and time I told the seller July 24th Seller never responded or acknowledged. Seller provided the same label again that was dated July 17th and asked me what day it was convenient for me. I told the seller July 28th again. Seller did not acknowledge or reply to the date that I gave him than 30 days was up case was closed in his favor I appealed. eBay case was manually overridden. I provided all the proof of the lack of seller providing adequate information for return. Decision is made in my favor and was given seven days for approval which will be up August 15. Seller offered only a couple hundred dollars for the defective junk motor! I give reviews from my experience the seller has lied to eBay representatives. I've had many supervisors side with me, but due to the high amount of money that has taken longer than usual the money is still on hold and if for some reason, I do not get my money back he will pay in other ways!
Great guy to work with. Made me a killer deal on a road glide. Then my Tahoe radiator busted and he help fix it. Went and got parts and everything. Hard to find these kind of people these days. Would totally recommend buying from. Thanks

So for ive bought two Harleys from them and the description was very accurate im very pleased with the Harleys and also have purchased used parts from them and the parts where well described. I'll keep doing business with them super friendly and honest love the watch dog too.
Amazing service, purchase an engine from them in what was supposed to be running condition just had some broken fins. Tore it down to have the fins repaired and found a busted piston. Took pictures of the busted internals to them as the engine was locked up in the shop and they made it rite on the spot no haggling, argument or anything just from looking at the pictures. Will definitely do more business with them and recommend them to others.

horrible business i bought a bike on ebay from them i live in ohio they are in KN so i called before i purchased the bike on the listing the add said the bike ran great and rode good also so i called to confirm that and i was told that the bike was in perfect running condition so i drove to KN they had not gotten it ready they went in the back room it was burried in with junk it had to be put on a jump box as it was totally dead the bik would not start they cranked it non stop for 30 mins then started spraying it with starting fluid it would not stay running then they started turning the adjustment screws on the carb to idle it up and try to get it to stay running the bike ran horrible it was backfiring and puffing black smoke threw the carbs he then kept telling me that it was running great they would not work with me and treated me like crap just kept trying to get me to pay them 4000 so they could load it i left with no bike 1300 mile round trip happy i diddnt get it shipped
Was told about this place from a friend. Showed up to look around and see if they had anything I was looking for. No one was willing to talk to me and ask me if I needed any help. Then when someone did show up. The door was closed in my face with still no assistance.
