Everytime I go in there im greeted with a hello and a smile. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Tbh the 4 local oriellys in columbia and springhill ive always had great experiences at all of them!

I had the best experience at this location. Romeo went above and beyond and helped me with my headlights. It took like 30 minutes and he was so kind and patient and he seriously saved me and my family $600 from the Ford dealership I’m so grateful I’d appreciate.. we will be coming back here again!

No one answered the phone for the last 2 days trying to fine a part poor service

Don't come here unless you want to spend all your day. I came to get windshield wipers amd I was the only one there with 3 people and a manager and the guy was struggling to help me with a simple thing like this and the manager didn't care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Travelling from Alabama to Tennessee and started having A/C issues (please note, it is August 🥵) Thought it may be a freon issue so we stopped by O'Reilly and was assisted by Todd...he was the best!!! We bought the item we thought we needed and he assisted us with how it works....because the issue was more involved Todd referred us to an auto shop within the area. Todd was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just an overall nice guy! Thank you again for all of your help!

I was told my part was in spring Hill so I called spring Hill to confirm. They said they had it but when 8 drove all the way there from Lewisburg the part did not have rear air so it was the wrong part. It was a disappointing trip in the rain for nothing!

Bought an ac compressor (remanufactured) and it lasted less than 30 days from installation. There response was that there is no warranty coverage because I didn’t buy the “compressor kit”. So I burned $425 because the guy behind the counter (Payton) didn’t tell me there would be no warranty without the other $60 of stuff. Won’t buy anything here again.

I was helped. I did notice a clerk taking some extra time with a customer and going with them to their car and helping out. Hence the 5

Sold us faulty spark plugs. Had to take it to the shop and spent a ton of money to just tell us that the store gave us faulty spark plugs. Could of been an $80 repair but ended up being $600

Had the best experience here today getting a new battery. Both Romeo and Ryan were incredibly helpful in determining whether I needed a new battery and went the extra mile for me. They got me an affordable solution and made sure I knew how to get the new battery hooked up. I will come here for all of my auto part needs from now on.

Colby at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on Port Royal is the absolute best!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient in exchanging my battery at the very last minute an hour before close. I couldn’t ask for better service.

yes, some of the parts I needed were the stock other ones had to be ordered, but came the next day. One of them worked the other one stopped, but they exchanged them for me. No problem since then I’ve gotten other parts. The staff is pretty helpful and it’s easily accessible, if you live in Spring Hill Tennessee Dennis B Spring Hill, TN

This is the closest auto parts store to me & I always end up going here for some kind of emergency. They're always very helpful. Tonight was Andrew's turn. He was so patient with my tansmission fluid issues & went out of his way to help. One less thing I have to worry about tomorrow. Thank you!

Very helpful service, no issues whatsoever to be able to get in and out quickly and find what I needed. Definitely recommend if you need anything for your vehicle and live in the area. Overall good customer service as well. The only downside is the prices, I will say they are not the cheapest place to get your parts, but you will get customer service.

Ethan helped us out checking our battery, alternator, and starter health, and replacing our warranty battery as well. He was quick and professional. Definitely great service.

Very helpful and not just out to get your money. They were honest with me when it came to cost and I really appreciated that especially since I know nothing about cars and I was by myself and that was the second time in less than a month my car would not start. My car broke down on the side of the road during a three state long drive. Fortunately, I was close enough to an Oreillys to ask for help. Even more fortunate for me, they employ two of the most kind and honest and helpful men I’ve met, Brock and Colton. Brock first assisted me in locating the problem and finding an efficient (and not expensive) solution. With the assist from Colton, they let me know that my car wasn’t going to go anywhere because I had blown a head gasket. Then they went even further and helped push my car into the Oreillys parking lot and assured me that it would be safe there until I could resolve the issue. I live in Kentucky and it was so nerve racking that my car was a state away and I couldn’t move it home immediately, but their assurances have comforted me through all this. GIVE EM RAISES AND PRAISES PLEASE MANAGEMENT. thank y’all for everything!

I normally like O'Reilly auto parts. I am at work and my wife is having battery trouble. So I told her to goto O'Reilly and have the battery and alternator checked. She was nervous so she called. The person who answered the phone not only was rude but was condescending! I will never shop there or send anyone there again. I plan to let everyone I know how we were treated!

This was my first time visiting this new location and the customer service was fantastic. Brock was very polite and extremely helpful in finding the products that I needed and even installed them for me. I would definitely go back. Brock is an asset to your store.

Amazing. It's right off the interstate. I was traveling and needed windshield wipers and fluid. I purchased both for less than $20. Employee came out, in the frigid cold, put on both wipers and filled my fluid. Wow. Two nice guys working that day.
