I’ve got nothing but great things to say! We got a flat tire at 9:00 PM on a Monday night and ended up at a gas station near their location. They were quick to answer the phone and come out to replace our tire. Rates were reasonable despite being past traditional business hours. We are incredibly grateful for their prompt, courteous service.
They done great with towing my mini van and getting me back on the road and was very honest with the issues I may encounter in the future since the van was a recent purchase ...
They were actually open om Sunday when I broke down on the interstate 3.5 hours away from home. They started looking at my car at 8pm that night! They fixed multiple issues on my car and stayed up working on it until 3am the next day to get me back on the road. They gave me multiple options for the fixing of my car. They answered all of my questions and the owner is so friendly. And even offered to tow it all the way home because I was on a time crunch. I could not have asked for better service and they were reasonably priced. I was lucky to break down near them.
FIVE STARS ISNT ENOUGH!
don’t think I can put into words how amazing my experience here was. My friends and I were on a trip down for Mardi Gras from Pittsburgh for my 21st when my car decided to shit the bed leaving us stuck on the side of the interstate on a Saturday ☹️. LUCKILY for us- LB AUTO SERVICE was the only place open (other than Pep Boys but..).
After we made sure we could be helped today we found out AAA was going to take 5 hours to get to us we reached out AGAIN to get a tow as well and they said “No problem!” And got to us within the hour. Being a group of frantic 20 year olds it only set in that- now without a car-
we were just stranded on the interstate now!
Once they realized our situation they offered to squeeze my two friends and I into their truck. They drove us to the shop and directed us to the motels, restaurants, and shops in the area to help us pass the time until we learned what would happen. And helped us again and again constantly offering the most above and beyond help. They worked late into the night to get the diagnostic for my car to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately my car needed all three of its catalytic converters replaced! Well they organized with me to get it done just in time for us to go to Mardi Gras and just pick the car up on the way back so we wouldn’t have to extend our stay.
I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend these mechanics enough. They were nothing but kind and helpful and patient. They did everything they could to make things easy for us. I truly think they are outstanding.
