Phillip went out of his way to help us after our daughter recently had an accident. Her car was totaled, he not only towed it to his place , but bent over backwards to help us in any way possible. He even offered advice and helped us sell it. I would highly recommend A plus to anyone that would listen. If you want to be treated like family, go to A plus collision!
Philip gave estimate set the date for September 2nd, time to take the vehicle he was sketchy and said he had on the book for October 2nd. He clearly after hearing the same situation from another customer doesn't want to do the work. But he had already gotten money from State farm! This accident was in July! Would never recommend them!!
The hours they post are not real. You can only get an estimate from 8-12. Don’t dare go in on your lunch break and expect an estimate. The guy sent the message that he was getting ready to go to lunch (not all ready gone). Guess they don’t want or need business.
Had minor rear end damage on my truck. When I got my truck back from A+, it had missing/broken and improperly installed parts. When I brought it to the owners attention he wrote down a part number and said good luck. I can't tell you what body shop to use in the future but I can tell you what body shop not to use .
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! THE OWNER CALLED ME AND MY FRIEND "IDIOTS!". WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. THEY BANK OFF OTHER PEOPLE'S MISFORTUNE. THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.
I can only rate the towing. I've used them on several occasions and I will not use anyone else to tow my vehicle.

Horrible horrible place! They shouldn't even have 3 stars. Some young man died not even 24 hours ago and you're holding personal items for ransom. You as a company should be ashamed of yourself and the person who told this young girl no about getting her stuff back, should be fired. Unacceptable. What about compassion..consideration of the situation? This young women lost someone very close and special to her around 1 in the morning and you wont even let her get her things out of the vehicle. Like I said in the beginning..horrible place of business.
This place does not care about people. Only getting money. And holding peoples belongings hostage.even after a fatal accident was the reason for towing.
Deer collision. Minor body damage. Took 8 days to fix, and had to wait 27 days for them to deal with insurance because of terrible communication. Got the car back and it's so out of alignment, the steering wheel is almost upside down. Paid for that out of pocket to not deal with this place further.
Phillip and his staff are professional and friendly! They take away all your worries about if and when the car will be fixed correctly. I’ve used them several times and have been happy with the results!
Great service!! They just did work on our truck and this morning my son got locked out of his truck and they were here quickly!!! Joe was as sweet as can be!! I enjoy all the folks that work there. Very professional. Happy customers here!
We have had to call on Phil a few times over the years. He has always been polite and helpful.
The work is fantastic. He even checked extra things for us that weren't covered.
He is a great lical business to use for all the aura bodywork you may need.
Very unprofessional work, I hate even giving them one star. I wouldn't take a bicycle to them in the future.
UPDATE: Had to have my car Re- Repaired at The Dodge Collision Center. went through a process with the insurance company. And they did APPROVE THE REPAIRS. I sure learned a lesson TO check my reviews on people.
Great experience! They fix the quarter panel on my truck blended the paint perfectly and clean my entire vehicle. Their price was better than any other estimates I had received. Highly recommend!
Worst experience that I've ever had dealing with a body shop. The owner was very rude, and unhelpful. Doesn't like to fix the things he screwed up on the vehicle. Poorly ran establishment.
Very poor customer service. Would not let me get my personal property out of the car. Told me that I had to pay $300.00+ before I was able to obtain my personal property. No holds on my vehicle to prevent me obtaining my personal property. I STRONGLY recommend to never to business with this company. They are rip offs!!!
This is the worst customer service I have Ever experienced. They do not care about the customer or the reputation of the business. I would not recommend anyone to use this body shop!!!!
Probably the worst service on a car I've ever had. It took two weeks for them to get it into the shop and another two weeks for them to fix it. THEN, after finally getting my car back it was completely screwed up. The damage was repaired, but the controls were all messed up. Every time I hit my brakes my blinker came on. Every time I turned my blinker on, my cruise turned off, etc. I have never in my life gone to an auto repair shop that was a redneck and unprofessional as this one. Do not recommend.
