Autozone Store #2061 Jasper, TN - My wife and I were traveling from Memphis to Chattanooga when my car dash started to light up while going 70mph down 1-24. We pulled off at the Jasper exit. My wife googled Autozone and fortunately coasted into the store as my car died. This was 4 pm on a Friday. Clayton ran diagnostic test and determined that I needed a new alternator and probably a battery. Clayton offered 2 suggestions on where I could get these parts installed. The best solution was a mobile repair service which showed up within 15 minutes. I knew both of these items were previously purchased from Autozone in Savannah, TN. Clayton looked them up and both were still under warranty. So within an hour we were back on our way. I can't adequately express my thanks to Clayton and the rest of the team that day Kenny, Corey and Noah for being so helpful, considerate and going the extra steps needed to help us out. Was stuck in Jasper Tennessee luckily towed to AutoZone where I could work on my van got it started went on my way back to Florida. Good people there. They helped me all they can appreciate it.

They are always so helpful! I just had to replace my battery and when I returned my old one, they checked my alternator to make sure it was okay.

Last evening we had a severe thunderstorm/ possible tornado on the Jasper and surrounding areas. I had just left Ingles grocery store, when a torrential downpour made it impossible for me to see. I saw the AutoZone sign and crept in my car until I could find the entrance. I figured I could wait out the storm in my car, but the young man inside ran out and said " ma'am, you need to come inside with us." Once inside, the two young men, Nolan and Clayton, locked the doors, and proceeded to tell me the next emergency steps in the event power was lost and if conditions worsened. They showed the area where we would have to go to in the store. Thank the good Lord, the storm did pass, and I was able to get home. They very well could have saved my life had I stayed in the car and the weather got worse. Even the large trash container outside the store was blowing away. Not even a half mile away, in the town square, huge trees were toppled at this very time! I can't say enough about their attention and knowledge of emergency protocol. I hope this information will get to the powers that be, and they're recognized for this!

I've bought too much stuff in that store to be left standing at the counter with a quart of oil and nobody want to help me or ask me did I need anything so I'l go somewhere else..and two of them saw me. Never said a word or even offered... Gotten much better.

So I ended up breaking Down 14hrs from home.Corey and James both went above and beyond to ensure I got back on the road in a timely matter. These guys made sure I got my parts quick and they were quick to offer a helping hand when I needed it. I wish other parts stores had guys like this! These guys are a prime example of the type of people parts stores should hire!

Corey and James are the best. I've had to go there twice within the last month and was taken care of with my headlights and on my way within 5 minutes! Very appreciative for the fast and thorough work they did!!

I needed to borrow a screwdriver to check the clutch fluid on my motorcycle. The associate was quite pleasant, and eager to find one for me to use. I really appreciate him making the effort to help me out.

Not going into detail but I stopped at the jasper store to get assistance for a module problem. I left my phone in the car and went inside after locking the car as normal because it auto locks and got Corey to come out and to help me reset a code on my car. I threw my pocketbook in and shut the door and even though it had the key fob on it my car has always said it would never lock if the key was in there. Corey helped me took the battery cable off. We left it off. We put it back on and we heard a click apparently that is a security device which means you will not get the doors open no matter what you do. I know that it has a manual key. I know how to use it however, where is the manual key , inside the fobs so therefore I could not get to the key . we went back in and Cory and Kenny both helped me tremendously on getting everything they could possibly do. We tried and we tried and they offered the phone for me to call someone , it was 9 o’clock. I knew they were closing. They both assured me that they would not leave me out there alone. I had someone come and get me. I went to my son home where the key fob , the extra one was kept. I got it , came back out and we still had to use the manual key because the battery was dead in that fob. Although they were closed Kenny, Cory and James all hung around not to leave me there alone after the store had closed, they made sure they would not drive off even though the person that picked me up was still there they would not leave until they made sure that my car would start and then told me what all I would need to do tomorrow . so I WILL BE GOING BACK tomorrow to visit the AutoZone in Jasper, but in the meantime, I want to tell you if you ever have problems go by and simply ask and talk to any of them but I know as for my part there were angels there tonight and it was Corey Kenny and James. They help me get back on the road . They provided me with safety which is very important these days and I think that says a whole lot plus all three of these gentlemen were about the age of my children, but never one time were they disrespectful they were extremely respectful they said yes ma’am, no ma’am, and answered me politely and did not treat me like they thought that I was unable to understand anything under the hood of a car. So if you have a problem or you need anything go to the Jasper AutoZone ask for Corey Kenny or James. Again I apologize there are probably others that work there that have helped me but this is for tonight Friday, July 26 at around 9 o’clock at night and the biggest thing I think that impress me of all is they all said we won’t leave you here alone and I really appreciate that. Thank you guys and I hope that somebody reads this and you get a big pat on the back.

I cannot express how thankful I am for this team and their staff. Cory, and ESPECIALLY James, and the gentleman from this morning has really helped put their brains together and figure out why my check engine light was flashing. It was a two day effort, and they were super patient with me. They tried their best to educate me on what was going on with my car, and give me the best guidance on how to resolve the issue. I plan on moving back here soon, they will definitely be the team I come to if ever needed again.

Adding some commentary to my review. My 3-star rating was due to the fact that in my consumer-oriented opinion you should carry the fuses I was looking for. The guy didn't even offer to order them for me. He just said "No, I guess we don't have them." You had similar fuses. I was needing 100, 200, and 300 amp battery terminal (marine grade) block/post fuses. They are small enough and you have enough boaters and RV owners in the area I just assumed you'd carry them.

Absolutely the worst 2 minute experience. My windshield wipers went out coming up the road. I pulled in Auto zone and asked the guy about checking the fuse and putting one in. He looked so dumb founded and said uuhh I don’t know what goes in it. He asked the other guy and he said and looked the same exact way. I was like whoa. He said I don’t even know what goes in that car. I was like it has a panel to show you exactly!! Didn’t even offer to look it up for me on the panel or in the computer. Needless to say I’m about to pull out with no wipers in the pouring rain after the useless employees refused to assist or well plainly do his job! Do better Auto Zone!!

If you can't find something in the store just ask if you don't know what's going on with your car they will definitely hook it up to the tester tell you what it reads if you need suggestions they're great for that too mine just needed a gas treatment and I wasn't sure about them so the help there explained each of them as well as showed me where the cells were this is the only store I go to to buy my parts sure wish Mike was still there or Corey they were my advisors

The team at Jasper Auto Zone is the absolute best! Josh helped me change my car battery and tested my diagnostics. He was helpful and super kind! This is the only place in the area to take your car because these folks really care about the customer! Kyle and Mike are really awesome too!

Went into this autozone because we had a clogged ac drain pump with no way of fixing it ourselves since we were on our way from Kentucky to Florida and it was after 5 so most garages were closed, James W greeted me at the door and although was not able to help us himself, he sent us next door to a garage to help us, without his help and referal I am not sure we would have gotten the help we needed. Extremely grateful for his kindness and willingness to help, he could have easily said no I can’t help and sent us away with us having no knowledge that there was a garage next door to help us. GREAT customer service! Thank you!!?

Excellent store with even better staff. Always a pleasure going there. Hunza is a very personable employee. He always projects great vibes and a 10 min visit turns into an hr. Others there as well. Makes a customer not dread but look forward to going there .

Roy Cole at the Jasper, TN store is an amazing employee who went above and beyond to help me and my little car when a different store didn’t tighten the bolts on my splash guard, causing it to drag on the ground and get a little torn up. Roy helped me fix it up and hold in place so I can finish my road trip back home. Definitely an outstanding employee!

Being from Massachusetts and having my car break down road tripping to Tennessee was nothing short of a nightmare. Humza and James were able to quickly diagnose my vehicle and get me the parts and help from a local mechanic at 7pm at night. They were very reassuring and provided me with comical relief during a stressful time. Without them I wouldn’t know how to move forward in a situation I felt stuck in. I cannot thank these men enough!

customer service is always #1 here, I have been coming to this store for 15 years and they always make sure you get everything you need, to even explaining how to fix it. The store manager is a great and sweet man, always looking for new ways to stay up to date on newer vehicles and knowledgeable on fixing them. Every employee is great!!

By far the most excellent customer service experience I've ever had! I found myself stranded just down the road from the shop with (what I thought was) a dead battery. After calling the store, the store manager Mike drove down to give me a jump. He then checked the output voltage and the battery and alternator and found that they were in working order, so he cleaned off the jumper terminals I was able to start my car up with no problems and continue with my day. Mike and his team didn't try to sell me anything, and genuinely cared that I got the help I needed. Thanks again Mike!
