Broke down on the mountain with a Dually and a trailer with a show car in tow on my way from Wisconsin to south florida. The driver for the company was from Massachusetts or up north had just started there not to long prior. He was super friendly and had a great attitude. He took extra steps and was extremely careful with my show car and truck. This guy is definitely the type of individual you want leading your fleet. Whoever hired him did right. Give him a raise and don't lose him. He didn't leave my side until my vehicles were at a place they could be looked at immediately. Much respect for this operator.
Doug Yates towing was prompt both times I requested a tow. The driver/operator was courteous and very professional. The second tow cost more than the first one for about the same distance. I'm not sure why but I think it was priced a little high. Overall I can say that I would recommend them for your towing needs.
Very poor communication DOT called them out so they charged double is what was the excuse of having a very expensive tow never in my life have I paid as much as they made pay then after the towing was told no credit card payments over 1000 which was B's then he recommended that he got a guy to come out to prime the truck which was a bad decision also paid 650 for 15 mins after I was told 150/HR guy said limit of four hrs charge worth of work for coming out this company is money heist from out town truck drivers beware!!!!!! Very unprofessional like
We had a semi overturn. We were charged a huge amount that was not necessary, Treated my driver like he was a Felon and Spoke to me as if i was also! Yates is huge and has very nice Equipment.
Easy to see overcharging can pay for nice equipment! I believe Tennessee has now passed a law so you can not be over charged Like I was in the past.
