Instead of shipping the wrong engine they immediately informed me of the incompatibility and went above and beyond to help me. They provided me with detailed technical information and even helped me locate the correct engine from another source. Their honesty, professionalism, and knowledge really stood out. My teenage driver had a fender bender and needed a pearl white rear passenger door for his 2013 Altima. There was some slight miscommunication about what color I needed, but by the next day they had the right color door waiting on me. The color matched perfect. They have an impressive operation here and I'll definitely be back whenever I need a replacement part. Door marches perfect and looked like a new one.
Part, sun visor, arrived quickly. However, it was very dirty and took some time to clean. By the time I was able to get it fully clean and tried to install it, I found out it's more broken than the one I'm wanting to replace. It's too late to return it, and now I'm out $100.

Been waiting for two weeks on a rim and have gotten no updates and have called several times. Finally got someone to answer asked about my order and he said “hang on” then sent me to a voicemail. Called back again and he sent me to the eBay help desk. I ordered directly from their website.

The fact that everything here is twice the price of basically everywhere else is wild with the condition. Maybe price match similar items. Better driving 100miles to NC or west TN to pay half price on large items
Beware if you’re ordering an interior part or seat. I ordered a heated and cooled leather seat for a Cadillac only to find it sitting in the rain with other seats. Not only was it soaked but it looks like who ever pulled it just yanked the connectors out leaving it useless. Another customer who was picking up a seat he ordered was equally appalled by what we saw. I’ll never pay for a part sight unseen again.
They want you to pay up front sight unseen for parts that haven’t been removed from the vehicle yet, and then wait days to be able to pick up your own part. Wont allow you to remove your own part to speed along the process. Corporate entities such as this one are exactly what’s wrong with the auto industry and part of the reason why prices are continuing to climb. I found the part I needed, absolutely no reason I shouldn’t be able to get it and return to work tomorrow, yet here I am stuck out of work while I wait on a “salvage yard” to disconnect 4 bolts and sell me a bumper.
Order a front 4x4 axle for a 2nd generation Dodge, they called when it was ready for pickup. I arrived and they loaded the axle after I checked in at the front office. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They will definitely get my repeat business and I'm going to tell all my family and friends.
Just wanted to leave a shout out to Kyle Boyd I had an issue and he resolved it by reaching out to me and after explaining my reasoning. He did not hesitate to help me out out within 2 emails.
Ordered a part, lady on the phone said ready tomorrow, 3 days later it was ready. Got it home on Friday, it was missing a piece. Had to Wait till Monday to call back. Was told they will call me back, they never did. 2 days later i Went into the knoxville office and spoke to Ivan, he said, I will have it tomorrow and call you back to confirm. Ivan called me back the same afternoon and had the part ready and waiting on me the next day. Ivan is amazing and needs a raise, the people on the phone in another state, they're terrible.
Once upon a time they used to be a great company to use for parts. Now I've called for things and they don't answer the phone. Ever. Have to leave a message but no one ever calls back. Maybe they are too busy, or only have 2 csa's but either way someone should at least call back if they have the parts or not.
Just terrible customer service anymore.

Well, I bought a transmission paid a $1550 core came back to get my core a week later and they tell me they don’t have cash on hand. I gave them cash but they can’t give me cash back said they could mail me a check that would take 10 days, or put it back on the card that I didn’t even use To do the purchase I have never seen a savage yard this big not be able to write you a check on hand or give you cash back if they are going to charge a core of $1550 they should carry that much cash in the office and said their bank is in Kansas City they can’t go to the bank and get it. Do they not make daily deposits or weekly deposits I guess they drive to Kansas City every time I’ve never had a problem with the parts they’ve always been good. They’ve always honored their warranty, but the core have always been a problem.
This place is a gem! The service is excellent, and the sales team, regardless of gender, is exceptional. The facility is always clean, and their warranty is fantastic. The staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm excited to become a frequent shopper here.
Don't waste your time or money with this crooks. Just go buy new parts most times it's cheaper anyway. Just sat on hold for 20 minutes was told the part was on the shelf then was given a work order to go pick it up so drove an hour over to be told it was sold 3 minutes ago. I hate this business. Closed account will never use again. If you must buy used highly recommend lamberts on Clinton hwy. More than fair pricing and knowledge.
Went through Knox Auto Parts when my rear end in my Ram decided to go out. Spoke with Angelo and he was able to get me a rear end by the very next day delivered to the shop of my choice. Once the part arrived, there was an issue with the part but Angelo was quick about getting me another part the very next day. I have continued to use Knox Auto Parts because of Angelo and his helpfulness and professionalism.
The customer service was excellent, I talked to Richie. OMG he was so professional and patient with me, I didn't know anything about transmissions before this interaction. If I need a part in the future I will definitely use this company, so polite and knowledgeable.
Bought a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis wheel from Knox on their eBay site. It arrived quickly and as described. They had fair prices for the parts. Based on this experience, I would use them again as needed.
