Worst towing experience I've ever had. After picking up our truck he decided to go get lunch then went to pick up his girlfriend and then didn't show up to deliver our truck 30 minutes away or even call us to tell us he wouldn't make it that night. How do I know this? He posted our truck on his tow truck bed on his Facebook page, and him and his girlfriend were talking in the comments! After multiple calls and promises of "being on the way" we called again now 5 hours later and 11pm he finally said he can't make it and will be there first thing in the morning. Next morning came and went and he said he "got lost and stranded in Kentucky" which later turned into "had a call to go to Kentucky" then "the truck broke down" (after reading the reviews I see his truck breaks down A LOT) however on his Facebook page NONE of this is what's being said so I obviously see it's a lie... After waiting all day for him to show up he still doesn't come.. Day 3 he finally shows up AT MIDNIGHT! Him and his girlfriend were slurring their words REALLY BAD and SUPER SLOW! Even blinking looked like it was done in slow motion. Only good thing that came from this whole fiasco was the Yorkie they brought with them to FINALLY deliver our truck 3 days later for a 30 minute drive...
