Quite literally the worst service ever. It has been six hours since I called to have a car towed. 24 hour service is a lie. I called twice after the initial call. This was at 2 am and 6 am and the only thing they could say is that they were busy. Yeah, thats a lie too. So call them if you want, but they’ll only tow if they feel like it or if it’s convenient to them. Lazy, unreliable service. I will say that I’ve used the service once before and it was quick and easy. They showed up less than 30 minutes after the call which is why this is even more rage inducing.
This is a criminal enterprise that shakes down college students for cash to avoid paying taxes. Once the police officers I called arrived, they were suddenly able to accept a card and provide a receipt.
Had a dispute with one of the employees. it ended up being I was wrong. I acted like a butt and had to apologize, a poor apology but hey an attempt. Their toe fee they were charging me was $100. Not sure if that is standard but it's what I was getting charged. Actually it is a fair and resonable price others cost more. Also noticed while on their premiss they had lots of new equipment that was kept clean and presentable. They have what's needed to help you out if you get in an accident or need help in a ditch. They have the up to date equipment to do so. My apologizes guys rather I was right or wrong my actions deserve a correction and a apology.
