Definitely predatory towing company. They towed my son's truck on a Saturday morning when his friend had let him park in his reserved parking place. They drive around campus looking in certain lots for any vehicle that doesn't have a sticker or tag. $245 when a normal tow might cost $100 or so. Don't use these guys, there's gotta be better companies out there.
my friend had an AWFUL experience with this company for parking in an overnight visitor parking lot. when he tried to calmly resolve the issue, he was cursed out at and eventually made to pay $250 cash. i’ve been towed before but, $250 for a visitor lot is ridiculous.
Just wouldn't want or have anybody else tow my vehicle. They are all like family to me and it's my home away from home Terry and Bulla are two of the finest people. Thank you very much
