Worst company ever. I scheduled a vehicle to be picked up. They never showed or called. Called them they said they would be here next morning, didn't show and again no call. The they blocked my number. I then went online got another company. Don't use this company. The woman I felt with was rude and I had to repeat my information several times. Acted as though she didn't care if she got my business.

These are criminals who knowingly deal in stolen goods. Do not ever do business here or you’ll end up in court like they are. It’s disgusting to be such low lives that you steal from others. Karma is catching up and so is the justice system. Avoid these criminals at all costs.

I’ve now had two bad experiences with this company, albeit indirectly. First time one of their drivers nearly ran me off the road while he was texting and driving, second time I heard one of their drivers yell a racial slur out his window at a gentleman commuting to work on a bicycle.

Great place with great service. I live right down the street from them and I have to admit, when I first started seeing the hearse with Junk Car Mafia on the windshield around my neighborhood, I thought it was a joke. It would crack me up every time I saw it out and about, but jokes on all these other scrap car places, bc they are doing the damn thing. I love to see small business thrive after starting small with basically nothing. My vehicle broke down at a gas station, the busiest one and the one most frequented by cops on Rutledge Pike so I was afraid they would call Dan's to tow it. If you've ever dealt with Dans then you know how financially devasting that would have been for a single mom and full time student.( Its almost $500 just for them to hook up and drive it thru their gate.) A family friend called CJ and asked him to bring my truck home and even tho that's not really what they do, he had it picked up and brought to me for extremely cheap. I also called them a couple years later when the same vehicle had its last run and was towed by fountain City. They came right out and paid me for my truck and towed it out of their lot. Great place to do business. So what if they aren't all bubbly and run a little late sometimes, they are hard working grease monkeys that tend to be a little rough around the edges. What matters is that they do good fair business and won't screw you over.

Called them yesterday. Got a call back almost immediately. Gave a brief description of the car and got an offer. This morning, a tow truck was here to pick up the car, cash in hand. Driver was very professional and courteous. Totally recommend.

Great customer service. I called on Saturday to get the car picked up. He told me it would be Monday. They called to let me know where we were on the list and approximate time. The driver called letting us know he was on way. He arrived arrived was courteous and friendly. It was a simple transaction with the money quoted given to us originally. I recommend them for a junk car removal. My neighbor called them immediately for a car removal due to the customer service and price given to us. Great experience all the way around.

I called because my Camry was broken beyond my abilities to fix her. The gentlemen I dealt with were awesome. No they didn’t answer right away when I called, but they did call back. They gave me a better deal then most. They were all professional and nice. I look forward to the derby this fall. Need a junk car removed give them a call! I know I am recommending them to all my friends!

Fast, efficient, and responsive! A HUGE thank you to Junk Car Mafia for taking care of an old truck that was in my father's estate that was full of critters and couldn't run without thousands of dollars of work. They were able to meet me on my lunch break and had it hooked up and taken away in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Only minor complaint is that it seems like only one guy takes phone calls, so if he's busy you'll have to try again later because you can't leave a voice-mail. Otherwise excellent work done all around. Friendly and professional over the phone and in person. Driver showed up on time, got my vehicle loaded quickly, paperwork was easy, and of the six companies I called in the area, I was offered the most with these guys. Definitely going to use these guys in the future if the need arises.

They tell you over phone $400 if motor and trans is there. Then first thing driver does is lift car check for catalytic converters then calls his boss and then drops the price. I'd rather take straight to the crusher myself they to deal with these jerks

This is the absolute best place in town, and surrounding counties, to call if you need a junk car picked up! They give you top dollar for you car and the customer service is wonderful. They came the same day and the gentleman that picked up the car was very respectful and professional. If you have a vehicle you want gone. Junk Car Mafia is the place to call.
