This company has a deal with Knox county schools they tow kids then charge them $240, cash only. This is not a fair fee. Not a business I will choose to support.
All reviews didn't disappoint.. the woman answering the phone were extremely rude and wasn't helpful at all.. she is paid to be rude to keep the car over the weekend so they can get paid.. i had an accident Friday afternoon and for sure they weren't close yet and when i called she said she doesn’t have the info and kept arguing to call back on Monday. They are unbelievable how are they still in business making money off of vulnerable people that just lost their car
These guys nearly took out my family driving. They tailgate everyone they are behind (no joke within 5 feet at 40-50 mph. I counted three different times in a 2 mile period. I have proof and even though they think since they are in a flat bed tow they have all the power. They are Completely reckless and unprofessional. Driver flipped us off and tried going on the opposite side of the road. Terrible choice of employees! If they had less than one star I’d give it.
Got into a crash on the worst weekend possible I guess. The office was closed all weekend and Labor Day, and of course they charge storage. Even though I was ready to pick it up that day. Also, charging a storage fee for the day I pick it up, much less showing up almost as soon as they open is ridiculous. Screw these guys.
I called this place to have my motorcycle towed, and specifically requested a flat bed due to the mods I have installed. They instead sent a hook & chain, and ended up causing over $1,000 in damage in just parts alone. Now they are refusing to replace the parts they damaged. What's worse is that they strung me along for 3 weeks before telling me they are refusing to replace the parts. Cowardly, dishonest people.
Worker responding to my sister’s wreck was extremely rude answering our questions with short answers and attitude. They caused more unnecessary damage to her car during towing by being careless and irresponsible which impacted the amount of money insurance gave her. Would definitely not recommend especially in a high stress situation like a life threatening wreck.
We were having a hard time loading a dead hybrid car onto a car dolly. Everyone one else was gong to take an 1 or 2 to get to where we were. Jim's Garage got to where we were in 30 minutes. A friendly smile and a helping hand later, we were on our way.
I got stuck in a ditch last night, waited over an hour and half for roadside assistance from my insurance before I called these guys - they were there in about 7 minutes and the driver Andrew who helped me was ABSOLUTELY wonderful - I would 10/10 recommend this company and ignore the bad reviews that are from disgruntled people who have had their vehicles repossessed or towed!
